Mirror Lab, distort effects

As an app for editing, very good appeal, mixed with other applications. The basic functionality is pretty amazing on the basic level, and with a bit of thought I've created a few album covers using this. Some points the application will freeze, but I suspect at least 75% is basic human error for me on a phone screen. Would consider trying on a larger tablet size, probably will at some point. As of now, I believe it works for a creative tool, plus a few extras to explore.

This app is great for adding a bit of excitement to your digital artwork, or just passing the time transforming artworks that you may have given up on. Loads of useable presets. Very well-designed app which works without glitches every time you open it. Saving is really easy too. Highly recommended.

Pretty great app, very crisp and flawless graphical design and a very clean, easy to use interface. They have lots available in the free version and even more fun waiting in the paid upgrade, plus I'm not plagued by an ad every time I save a design. If this is what you're looking for, I highly recommend it and even if it's not, give it a try, you never know what you may be inspired to create with the tools available in this app.

Super, except that I can't sync the app to my android tablet to use it on the bigger screen. That's not so important. I can view the pictures with a different photo editing app on my PC. I could play with Mirror Lab for hours and produce hundreds of super interesting patterns starting with almost any photo from my collection. I could not praise this app enough. It's fun...and very creative.

Fantastic tool for creating fresh designs from old images. I find this app is stable and wonderfully flexible but not overly complex. One setback is the inconsistent functionality of the Pro features. Sometimes the Pro features work while other times I'm prompted to buy. However, clicking the BUY PRO button doesn't do anything for me. I.e. the buy prompt disappears and I'm left with the same sub set of features/functionality.

Like the other image editing apps made by this developer, this one is amazing in every way. They all let you create the images you have in mind, and even if you go in just to mess around, every app is easy to use, and you can make some pretty amazing stuff just from nothing. In 15 minutes you could end up with something you can be proud of. And even if you choose not to purchase the premium version, there are still a myriad of editing options available. Seriously, each app is incredible

I was very surprised by this app. I thought this app might be decent, but this defied all my expectations. I love it, it has so many great features, easy to use, you can do so much including basic photo editing tools. But that is the least of it, the features allow you to distort a photo in many different creative ways. I have been able to make some very interesting art using this. All the example photos displayed on the app page on Google play are all possibilities and relatively easy to do. To clarify if anyone was wondering, you can import photos from anywhere or use you own photo.

Hands down the BEST (only!) abstract graphics app I have ever seen or used. I've done digital graphics for 25+ years, and I can use one base image and create an infinite amount of incredible pieces and enjoy every second of it. Don't believe me? install the free version of Mirror Lab and spend 10 minutes with it. It is easy to use, it will be a learning curve to.master every possible nuance, but in 1 minute from loading an image to work with, I had results I had never imagined! PC version???

I've tried loads of free photo editing apps and for the most part been totally disappointed because of the limited amount of actual free effects and filters. But I'm loving this one. There are, of course, optional pro effects that you can buy, but the amount of free effects is more than anything I've tried before; and all can be adjusted and manipulated in so many ways. I've found no issues with saving images to my phone either. I can see me using this app a lot. Absolutely 10/10. 👍👍

I just can't wait to see what the pro version has to offer. The standard version is awesome. once you learn the how-to's(which takes no time at all). it's simply amazing at the options you have in the manipulation of your photo's. Or you can use preset designs, or generate a new one. Get it and let it speak for itself. Truly a great APP, easy ui, great clarity, and fun to boot.👍👍👍👍👍

I was comptely happy with the free version for about a year now. If you never take it further, there's still a TON of amazing things you can create out of the simplest photos. It's a ridiculously powerful app. Recently, I decided to dive the rest of the way in & unlock pro. If I have one complaint, it's: I'm putting my puny little phone through hell just exploring how deep this thing will go. It will turn your brain to origami. Highly Recommended.

This is an absolutely fantastic app. Even if the photo edits weren't high quality, I would still recommend this for anyone who just likes taking pictures and wants to highlight a specific point that isn't necessarily right smack-dab in the center middle of the whole thing lol. It's very fun to use, and I've found it compliments a separate photo-editing app (Snapseed). If you use the camera on your smartphone, at least give this app a shot.

Very good full in-depth photo editing software. Gives Photoshop a run for its money. Some how-to videos would he helpful in going into detail on getting those perfect images. I myself am wondering how to get my image to look like the first image in the "about the app" section. A three dimensional triangle in the middle of a city like something from Stranger Things.

I have become totally obsessed with this app. It's absolutely amazing, I can't believe how well it works, so powerful! I upgraded to the pro version within 2 days of installing it. There are some features that I can imagine would make it even better: - fine/coarse control switch - axis lock - save preset Very excited to see how this app develops further, keep up the great work guys!

Awesome photo manipulation and mirror effects, free version has like 80% of all features unlocked. Was an easy decision to upgrade to the pro version for money. Love it. WITH THAT SAID: This developer has basically made the same app several times but just relegated the 'filters' to themes across several apps. Glitch Lab, Mirror Lab, Chroma Lab are identical and function the same, they just have different effects. I wish there was an all-in-one app where i could have everything together

This app is quite powerful. The generator alone is worth the few dollars to go Pro, and that tool box only scratches the surface of the greater creative potential here. I do have a complaint: the interface operates in portrait mode with no option to toggle to a landscape configuration. This app is more than just a zany gimmick for a cell phone, but the locked portrait-style interface gives me a neck ache trying to work it on my tablet. Not everyone does everything on their stupid phones!

I couldn't live without it. The options are beautiful and inspiring. I never have enough time to do all the things it is capeable of doing! Easy to use. I am like a kid with a game, only worse. I would never do ANYTHING else but make designs with this ap if I were lucky enough to have "extra" time! I can't say enough about this ap. I've had it for way over 3 years and never grow tired of it or its capabilities. Mirror Lab truely rocks! 10 stars. ALSO- It makes my job a breeze. Im a designer.

Such a fantastic app. Can't live without it! It would take multiple apps,tools and filters, not to mention time, to manually create some of these effects. Thank you to the Dev for coding a brilliant set of art shortcuts and tools. I especially like the interpolated animation and the simplicity of use. Even the free version is fully featured.

I can't begin to calculate the amount of time I've spent using this app. 9000 images saved over the past several years. As many have said, paid version is worth it. Here to say PLEASE add a target tool to just the main kaleidoscope feature! You're killing me smalls. Either that or the ability to pan a multi layer kaleidoscope in glitchlab, once you've used the inner/outer target tool. This is the one drawback I'm continuing to need to move images over to photoshop to finish.

Although coming across a glitch everyonce and a while, this is a solid app. Sort of like the desktop experience of android smartphones in terms of how much can be done with just such little play. This app is absolutely incredible and I wouldn't call it a photo editor in the conventional sense. In sort of bridges the gap between 2D and 3D visuals while also mixing in math to create stunning pieces in literally less than a min at times. The fact that it's this low in price is mind blowing.

This app is really fun and creative. I have the basic free version but it has lots of features and combinations and effects to play around with. By far my favourite photo editing app. It's too bad that there isn't a free trial, though. I'm not willing to invest in something without being able to try it, even if were only for an hour or two. Aside from that, great app!!

I almost never give reviews.. but I had to on this one. This is the best phone app I've ever come across for insanely creative photo-manipulation. I bought the pro version because the extras are more than worth it. To the developer, I desperately need you to create a high-quality-output PC-stable version of this app with more options PLEASE! I'd happily pay another $100 or maybe more if that happens.

This is an incredibly full-featured app producing extremely high quality images. It's so full of unique and stunning effects that I immediately upgraded to the Pro version. Don't be afraid of messing with all of the sliders and adjustments. Dive in. If this app can't get your creative juices flowing, it's not the app's fault.

Ok at first I thought I'd lose interest quick in a kaleidoscope-effect app, but I should have figured, being from the same developers as GlitchLab, there would be incredibly impressive capabilities and the amount of tools and features in the free version alone can lead to endless possibilities and fascinating results. I was on the verge of deleting the app but I'm glad I took the time to play with all the effects because now that I see what can be done, I'm definitely upgrading to Pro version!

Really love this app but hate using it on my phone. I have a Galaxy S7 so I'm not in the dark ages, but I still prefer larger screens to squinting at my phone when it comes to editing and viewing images. Will you ever be releasing a PC or Mac version. I've seen lots of ads out there but not from your company so won't download. I really love the app but would just like to see it better!

i'm unable to use the video animation mode. i'm using an samsung galaxy s9. I've activated all necessary settings including bookmarks. i then generate several bookmarks but everytime I try to create a video, I get an error message saying I must use at least 2 bookmarks. I've watched several tutorials but, i'm still having this issue. I would appreciate help from the developers of this app. UPDATE: I contacted the developer and he responded very quickly with links to his video tutorials. thank you

I cannot give this app Enough stars!!! I love it!!! It is pretty easy to work with and with it i am able to craft Original beautiful pieces of fractal art that I have always loved, each unique and as I use it more I am getting better and learning more amazing techniques. I should look to see if there is a guide to give me a little more knowledge but so far trial and erroris still keeping me captivated. Thank you so much to the developers!!! I love it!!
