Mirror no ads

Sometimes there are moments when you really need to get up close to see what you're doing. Whether it be applying makeup around your eyes, getting lipstick on perfectly or plucking out annoying nose hairs. But you either don't have enough light or you can't get close enough to see the area you're working on or both. This app is amazing because it does both. It gives you all the light you need and the slider allows you to perfectly magnify the area that you are specifically working on. 5 stars 🌟

I tried out at least 10 different mirror apps and I finally found one that works exactly the way I wanted. This one is simple and easy to use. It just has zoom and screen brightness with an autofocus equipped with a very sharp camera so it seems more like a real mirror than the other ones I tried. As an older person, I appreciate this app's no frills design. 🙂

I get carried away and have a tendency to write short novels instead of just a quick, "your mirror is great - unbelievably clear"! See, I'm doing it again! Your app truly deserves the 5 star rating! I'll come back later when I recover from the up close and very clear look that I had of my morning face and my needing to be colored hair roots! Great mirror!

One of the best mirror apps I've tried so far. Very easy to use. Personally, the biggest bonus is that the ads are on a banner at the top so they don't intervene with using the app (unlike other mirror apps where ads keep popping up while using the app). The image resolution and light, both in normal as well as magnified image mode, are excellent not blurred. Overall, app delivers what it promises and is really handy when you have to do make up on the go like in a car or on a plane.

It's pretty effective. I didn't get the zoom to work at first and it's mildly sensitive to distort while on zoom, but it does exactly what I needed it to. I would of given 5 stars, except for the mild distortion I kept getting with zoom. I'm on an S10, so I would hope it's not from a bad camera or anything on a brand new phone. And it says no ads, but I had ads at the top.

The mirror app works great! It's handy to have it on the phone. It captures the full face. I gave it four stars because I do wish it had a way to b brighten the light so that the appearance doesn't look dull as that makes it more difficult to see the intricate things that will be noticeable in sunlight. Overall it is convenient and it does do the basic job.

This app is not amazing; it's not designed to be however. Am giving 5 stars because it actually performs the simple function that it claims to offer.... and that's to provide the equivalent of being a mirror. Nothing complicated other then using your phone's front facing camera while allowing the user to zoom in or out. There's no stupid full screen ads that interrupt using this app. The small banner ad at the top of the screen is not a hindrance at all.

This is the best mirror app I've tried. The lighting feature is superior, the zoom quality takes full advantage of my device's excellent camera quality, and the ads are non-invasive. OTHER mirror apps I tested had a variety of shortcomings by comparison... In a sea of hastily-released software, gimmicks, & unkept promises, I appreciat a decent tool that makes life a bit easier. Thus, I found it worthwhile to donate, as it is my habit to reward worthy developers when it's as affordable as this.

Tried to report an error with one of the controls on this app. I was required to submit a screen shot of the error, which would not have helped the tech support folks understand the issue. Choosing to uninstall instead of fiddle around with teying to fix whatever is wrong.

We all need to check our faces and hair at times. This saves me from having to carry a breakable mirror in a pocket or bag. It's cool that it comes with buttons for a frame and magnification. We can also use it to see who that creep or gorgeous one behind us is.

Its functional, which is better than some, but when its not pestering you to rate it, the constant blinking ad on the edge of the screen causes continuous light change which results in the image blinking from dark to light and back which is generally undesirable for any typical use of a mirror. Edit. Docked another star for spammy manipulative non-response from developer below 🙄

After installing/uninstalling mirror apps trying to find one that isn't garbage, this one's the best. The others were blurry, or had blinding pop up ads, or both. This app actually focuses, and no pop-ups, just a banner at the top and an optional ad to watch if you push a tiny present in the bottom left corner. You can donate to remove ads, idk if it's better to watch a few ads every time I open it or pay a certain amount, let me know devs

The last time I tried a mirror app for shaving, the delay through the OS was too great, making it useless. I haven't had a chance to see how this one fares, but in every other respect, it is up to Aussie standard. The only thing missing is an OFF switch.

Works! Not super high resolution, but perfectly adequate. I apply eye ointment with it with just a touch of zoom. The zoom is oversensitive and the slightest touch makes the reflection jump to HUGE on my Note 9, but I can deal with it. One star off for the mild grainyness in the unzoomed image and blurryness in the slightly zoomed image.

'Mirror' is pretty neat. It appears to have been well thought about to make it the best it can be. I have only just installed the app, but so far I like what I see! Works really well: Clear and bright image, and it allows the front flash to be used for illumination. Also allows zooming in, which isn't possible on my Samsung J5 if I just try to use the front camera as a mirror. At least one reviewer complained about problems with ads and nags, but perhaps that is phone specific because they are discrete and I had no problems. However since I donated, the ad had gone. Go on, spoil yourself.

For an app that does what is described this definitely is what it claims. Good picture with or without the frame. I prefer without. The mirror stays on until you turn it off, that part I do like. It's a good one. Not many adds either.

I've downloaded several mirror apps over the years. I only write a review if I genuinely have a strong feeling. I think the person or people who made this app think. Even the "ad" has a drop down arrow and thus has an arrow "dropping it up" when I want it off the screen! Why don't more free apps do this? Why don't they want my loyalty? They do it for $ This developer and this app don't. They gave me a better-than-possible mirror instead. Thank you!

A good mirror app with unintrusive ads, unlike others! Simple and easy to use. It's easy to adjust zoom and lighting, meaning that it can be very helpful when traveling! Highly recommended!

I like this app very much. I have some vision issues. I've been able to use this mirror with it's lighted feature and ability to increase the power so I can tweeze my brows without pinching the skin. It's done very well for me needs.

Works great! I really needed a mirror to get a zoomed in look at something but my phone's camera won't zoom in in selfish mode. This worked perfectly for my needs. This is even better than my magnifying mirror at home because I can choose how much magnification I need and I don't need to move my face in a weird angle to see anything.

I have gone through several phones looking for this mirror app. Others don't compare. The picture is crisp and clear not blurry. Easy to figure out adjustments. I have downloaded so many other mirror apps and none are even close. I found my old phone and I have finally found the good mirror app again. I have my mirror app again.

Great lighting effect! A bit grainier than the regular front facing camera, but perfect for when u need to apply lipstick in a dark car and there's too little light for the selfie cam to be of any use. Love that I can adjust the shape, size, and brightness of the frame. Wish I found it sooner cos tdy is my last day of early morning shift 😂

Really handy, simple app. I use it regularly. Reduced stars as I Hate the new video adds that start unmuted, blasting noise out when I'm checking my make up. Will look for less noisy alternative if continues.

It gives me two error messages due to permission problens when I try to save a photo taken with the app. After allowing the app access to storage it still says "Something went wrong. Try again later". But it's better than no mirror at all.

The app works without allowing it to take pictures and videos, at least when I tapped allow this time only. Works much better than my camera enabling you to zoom in and adjust the light. I just downloaded today so we'll see but very happy so far

Very nice app. Works very well on my Samsung Fold. The brightness and magnification sliders work perfectly, they are immensely useful. The ads are very annoying. I was thrilled to see there is a way to donate to stop the ads. That made a really good mirror app PERFECT.

I like this mirror. It's clear. The colors are true. I have not tried others. I use it for a quick check to see what my hair is looking like. It's much easier than digging in my purce for a compact mirror...and much larger than a compact. This mirror works for me.

I love this app. Even I, without any technical skills am able to navigate through it quite easily. I love that I am able to zoom in & out, or dim & brighten the light. All with the touch of a finger. I don't need to hunt for my compact mirror. I have one right here on my phone.
