Using on Android phone. Biometric login works less than 50% of the time. When I have to enter my passcode manually, I have to do it twice on two different screens. App is frozen more often than it is working. It is exhausting to troubleshoot all of the bugs and glitches with this app while trying to provide timely service. Zero stars

Issue based been occurring the past 2 months or so. Pages will be sent to my phone but no Audio notification, only a 2 pulse vibration. It worked fine the prior year and a half. I have an an android phone, the volume is at max, chimes is selected in the app and the phone was restarted this morning. All other apps/notifications still have audio notifications. On another occasion I had restarted in the evening, but then pages after midnight had the same issue with no audio.

Alert not functioning well. Like other users the alert sound has spontaneously switched to a soft chime rather than pager that is set via the app. I only barely notice it when I am awake and sitting beside it but unlikely to wake up if a message comes in while I'm sleeping. I have messaged and am awaiting a response from customer support. Hopefully can be resolved as it looks like this problem has been ongoing with this app.

I use Android, used to be able to click on the phone number to append # into my Phone App, then could add *67 in front before dialing. About 6-12 months ago (or longer, idk) it no longer does that. It'll dial the number if single tap and dials it WITHOUT the area code (so even when I call the hospital from a message, single click doesn't work). With tap-and-hold, it no longer pops up the options to copy or call etc - it selects whole message to fwd it. Working around this delays patient care 😡

Suddenly app won't let me change notification sounds, it's stuck on some gentle sound which wouldn't wake up anyone. I tried everything I could think of but it would not change to pager or alarm which I would need when I am on call.

This used to have an override do not disturb but the latest update removed it so now you have to be kept up all night with regular texts or you can't get pages. Why get rid of that and break things? Just saw tons of negative reviews and insincere apologies from the devs. May change answering services. Will delete this review and replace if fixed. Tried the suggestion but it still doesn't work unfortunately.

Repeatedly stops audio notification, just vibration. Every time it stops have to uninstall and reinstall which requires admin to input codes. Very annoying problem that has been going on for some time with no fix!

App stopped sending audible notifications again same as last year. Emailed the developers with no reply. Uninstalled like suggested in another review. Then had to wake administration at my company because you need an access code to get back in. She had to drive in to the office to get the access code. Not pleased

My wish list for this app is: Custom notifications would be nice, instead of using the pre picked ones. Dialing out is kind of rough. The app tends to have issues with creating links to phone numbers. I would prefer if when you tap a highlighted number it takes you to the phone app without immediately dialing. That way I have the option of blocking my personal cell number.

Poor design that looks like it hasn't been changed since 2012. Does not take into account fingerprint readers, Android Wear other modern APIs. On call schedule is an old iPhone format thrown in that doesn't even match the rest of the app. Unfortunately forced to use for work. Please take Android more seriously not everyone uses an iPhone. Edit 11/21/17. Requested to re-review but no real changes made. Fingerprint would be great but not found anywhere in the app. Same design issues and iPhone call schedule still present. Only nice change was light more. Update 1/4/18. Listed as an update but no fingerprint settings or actual use found. Still same issues as above. Still no Android Wear integration or listed fingerprint login, and annoying to add attachments with a log in needed each time. Still not close to the level of the iphone app.

Need secure texting for work. If WiFi is on does not notify of text. Apparently they have no intention of fixing software or addressing these concerns. With better, more responsive software developers this app would have had potential.

Great app. Initially had an error message on my Samsung Galaxy S5 but Jen worked very hard to fix this issue. The pager function now works perfectly.

Doesn't have caller ID hiding! The previous version allowed me to tap the patient's phone number and it would bring up my phone dialing screen so that I could add *67 to the number before initiating the dial. Now it just calls the patient directly without the confirmation screen and it does not conceal my phone number. So now there are a bunch of patients out there that have my personal cell phone number (since we use this app from home for answering service on nights and weekends) because I accidentally dialed them directly from the app. Either bring back the confirmation step or have an option to conceal the number I'm calling from!!
