can't sign up cause the "verify code" button won't work,tried calling support and all they did was give a whatsapp number to contact and when i did i got no answer

The app claims that my phone number is invalid, I tried looking for a contact but couldn't fine any. Also, I tried calling the supposed 2778 number but obviously that number is invalid
