Missed call reminder

The last update introduced a bug: The "Stop Notifications" notification does not work. Notification reminders continue to sound after acknowledging it. I have become so dependent on this app over the years. Please fix!

Since the final February upgrade for Pixel 3 XL, some issues with the notification display but the overall functionality is still on par. Great app. Have been using it for years and with several different phones.

Provides a necessary function that Google just doesn't understand. The app has worked perfectly for the past 2+ years. It's never not worked, which is truly impressive!

New version (3.3.5) fixed the issues I had. _______________________________________ The downloaded apps I included to alert me disappeared in Prof Reminder & I cannot add any. It is basically not working any longer since yesterday's update.

This is more than just a missed call reminder. Although that's what I originally got it for - to repeat the notification for messages in case I missed the first one - I began to realize that it had other features that were very useful, at least for the paid app. I use it for all my notifications instead of the app itself, so I set the apps to silent notification. Why? Because this is much more flexible, plus they are all in one place. You can set the notification sound (if desired), plus its volume, something you can't do normally. You can also add different vibrate patterns, and repeat it as many times as you want according to your own preference. So for less important notifications, I set a low volume sound.

This is it. I've tried all the other apps. Many have most of the same features but this one has them all. I can make sure I never miss an important call, text or even app message again. You can make it so it first does things like play a vibration and then a few minutes later make sure it wakes you up, even if your phone is in silent mode (if you set the app up that way). You can even have it do certain things if the texts have certain key words. This app has helped me to be the best employee of the company and ALWAYS be available for emergencies, 24/7. One thing I wish would be easier would be the ability to (more easily) choose sounds from alarms, notifications and ringtones, right now I'm only able to choose from one of those. I can technically move them but it would require moving sound files around with a computer from certain directories to another, very very time consuming and nearly impossible, while other apps seem to be able to let me choose a ringtone, notification or alarm. I use Zedge to download musing and unfortunately this app isn't able to let me choose those easily.

The app does not play a sound when I've missed a call or text. I have adjusted the volume in every setting I can find-within the app and in the phone, and still there is nothing but a short vibration. I miss my LG, which had this feature built in! thank you for responding to my concerns. I don't have the phone in silent mode, and I'm talking about daytime settings. When I look at the volume settings, I have it turned all the way up. Also on full in phone volume settings.

will not work consistently! I cant believe this feature does not automatically come with Android phones, but if this app worked, it would solve that problem. Unfortunately it works only randomly and more often than not, I do not get follow-up alerts for missed texts, calls or voicemails. The user interface is fairly straightforward. Will uninstall and try a different one if I cant get it to work in the next day or so.

So far, this app is great! I'm starting a new on- call schedule today, and I wanted a way to be able to override the myriad of nested call and text notifications to specified settings at the click of a button. This does that, while also putting all notification settings in one easy to navigate and test place. It also has the ability to back up settings - all without distracting ads. Galaxy Note 8, Android 9.

Works perfectly on a Motorola G7 Play running Android 10. A little hard to set up because of all the options/customizations but I would rather it had too many options than not enough. That being said the only thing I would like to see is to be able to change the "Notification Settings" for each individual app instead of just setting them globally. Well worth taking the time to figure out how to set it up.

Amazing Missed notification app. Only app I could find to notify of missed voicemail with a sound. Great Customer support too. After a bit of trial and error on my One Plus 7 Pro, it is working perfectly. Any time a voicemail comes in, I have it set to remind me with a sound so I don't have to look at my phone. It looks for key words in notification. Did need to turn on Visual VM to work on Verizon, not sure why but it's the free version anyway. Thanks again for fantastic customer support. MB

Doesn't work properly, I get the 1 reminder for the 1st 20 seconds interval, then a reminder every 20 or 30 minutes, it seems to vary although in the settings I've set to remind every 20 seconds. This is with the phone sleeping. If l open the phone it works properly, one ping every 20 seconds, which is what l set. Not much use if l have to open the phone to see if I've got a missed call or text. 😬

Great app! The ONLY thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars is if you can add the ability of instead of playing a sound, have this app using TTS (Text-to-Speech) to say stuff. For example, I often forget what different alert sound mean. For example, I'll forget the difference between the sound of waiting voicemail from a missed call, or if I have emails or new text messages. Being able to speak out loud a phrase instead of playing a sound would be so much more useful. For example, you app could say "You have waiting voicemails" when it detects those notifications from the phone app. Or I could setup a content filter and when a get a text message from a friend, it could say "Text message from Andy". Other notification intercept apps will say the senders name *and* their message out loud before I can stop it. Which can lead to embarrassing situations!. The number of uses is only limited to your imagination if you could add this ability!

When I open an app for the very first time I expect everything to be very clear. When you immediately open this app you're not sure what you are looking at with Daytime Nighttime Etc. It really needs to be explained what is needed to make this app work. Clicking on any one of those selections also yields options that are confusing. Why not separate and distinct sounds for voicemail and texts?

Great app. Does what it is supposed to do. Relatively easy to set up and I'm no wiz with smartphones. The only thing I searched for were the explicit permissions needed to access the phone and the messages. Eventually found these. From main screen (Profiles), tap day. The is some very small text in red under both "Missed Calls" & SMS MMS. Very hard to read. Tap these in turn and the app asks for the permissions. Choose "Allow" for both and you're ready to go. DND and night time exclusions easy to find & set up. Good job !

I love this app. It's so versatile and customizable, while still being pretty easy to set up. I love that you can set reminders for basically any app's notifications. I also love the custom vibration patterns (though I wish I had the option to manually make changes rather than having to re-record it in real time). The app vibrates my watch, as well, and with the custom pattern, I always know exactly what it's for.

This app works intermittently. it's not reliable.I even purchased a brand new phone and it's doing the same thing as my previous phone. Most of the time I just get the one beep from the phone with no reminders. It would be a great app if it worked all the time. also it has never given me reminders with email. Only with text messages and missed calls. Hopefully the developer will do an update on the app to fix it.

Great app so far, a lot of features and options!! Have tried other apps which either don't work correctly or only work so many times then you need to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it working again for a limited amount of times. Running Android v11 on my Samsung S10e. The S10e doesn't have a LED indicator so I am using the option in the app to flash my screen instead. The app does not have any ads! I bought the premium version to help support the developers and to get some extra features.

It's a keeper! Does what I need it to do. Pixel 4a user. Lots of setup options. Takes time to work through them, but worth the effort. It wakes the screen when the flash activates, though. This will unnecessarily drain the battery. I haven't figured out a workaround for this. Just keep it plugged in and charging? Plus limit the duration of the notification to something reasonable, if possible, like an hour or two. Try it, you'll find it well designed and useful.

Works well on Pixel 3 XL with Android 9 Pie. I can't miss calls/texts from family, so I like that it works on calls/texts only not other notification types (you can get that though with the premium version). Is silent when Do Not Disturb is on so I have it set to run 24/7 and don't need to use the day/night modes. It's rediculous this is not built into Android and I might have returned the phone if I hadn't found this app!

Work exactly the way it should be! My pixel 3a stops sms notification all of a sudden, but with this app it essentially solve the problem. Five stars! 6/21/21 updated Not sure how and when it happened but the app only turn on the screen only when I miss calls. It doesn't sound the ring tone or vibrate although I have configured it to do all three. I have installed another sms app that comes with repeat notification so Missed Call Reminder is not configured fory sms anymore. Pixel 3a.

I have been using this app for about 4 years & love it. It has never failed and is EXTREMELY programmable. You can set app specific settings so I have different reminder settings for texts, email & What's App, and missed phone calls. I have them all shut down from 11pm to 8am. Not sure what I would do without it. Now,..if I could only find something similar for my wife's iPhone.

Absolutely the best! Easy to use, easy to customize, easy to learn. Now it's almost impossible for me to accidentally miss a phone call or text message. And it is highly customizable as to duration of sound/flash, loudness, frequency of reminders and much more. My congratulations to the developers, you did a great job!

Easy to set up for what it does. But it lacks voicemail notification, as does every similar program I've found. I don't care who called and hung up when it went to voicemail, I care about who called and left a message. I fail to understand why there does not seem to be a single developer that understands this concept. App I had for years stopped working with Oreo update.

After initial good impressions, few months using it, I find one thing pretty annoying - notification doesn't stop when you turn the screen on, or answer the call. It keeps bugging you during the call. It stops only when you unlock the phone. Would be wonderful if this could be fixed.

Outstanding app - well exceeded my expectations. The free version is plenty good for most things, but I got the premium version for a few dollars. The premium version was worth it for me as it allows me to set missed call / message reminders for specific people and for non- SMS messages (WhatsApp, FB Messenger, etc.), which I am finding to be very useful. This app allows me to stop compulsively checking my phone and just be at peace that my phone will let me know if I've got a message or call!
