Missguided

I have been ordering from Missguided for aaaages now and I have never experienced any problems. I rarely send things back so the sizings work for me 99% of the time and I have not experienced problems with the app. It is very easy to find clothes, shop specific outfits, the deals that are on offer page work really well. The bagging and checking out system is really smooth. I would not change anything about this app!

On the whole it's a good shopping app, however I could not find an obvious option to remove items from the basket. The lowest quantity you can have is 1 and there is no button to click to say remove. This became increasingly frustrating and I couldn't continue with my purchase. Hope this is fixed soon.

Very poor. Went online and tried to order some clothes but it said 50% off on the app. So on the app none of the 9 items are available and even though I selected the filter for my size clothes were still coming but without the size available... Very very poor and deleted immediately

Cannot use this app. After opening it there's always this awkward 1 minute waiting and staring to the girl modeling MISSGUIDED and then "something went wrong"

It used to be a great app. But since the last updates my wishlist becomes blank. I reinstalled the app but again my wishlist seems lost. Please fix it!

I really want AUD currency so I know exactly how much an item is, but it's only GBP or USD :( The app looks good in all other aspects.

Horrible app, horrible clothes store. Sizes allways off. Got a dress size 4 in us which I almost choked myself with. It's size zero, it can't be 4. Just put this company in a trash where they belong to

The app is awful. Doesn't have option to change to euros or any country other then the UK and USA. Set up of app is terrible in that you can't filter by size price and category. Also the app and site don't always match.

Not sure of it's the app or MG itself, but discounts don't show appropriately in my cart, and I'm unable to purchase VIP shipping Np point in using the app at all.

I bought an outfit and the sewing is awful. It's a blazer where the stitching is on the outside and shows 😔

The app works, but it's missing important features. The app lets you filter clothing by checking a box to only see "petite" or "tall" options, but there's no box for "regular." Why?? It means I have to scroll through so many items that won't fit. It also doesn't give your order history in any detail. It would be handy to have pictures and hyperlinks to items like other apps do. Weird app, not gonna lie.

It'd be fab,as someone from Ireland, who uses the Euro, if anyone bothered to put a option to select multiple countries instead of just UK or US. Even just a Europe option would be better than this. I've downloaded this app so many times over the years, being a loyal customer, and each and every time I'm disappointed with this. What's the point when ye intentionally "forget" customers that have helped make the business what it is. Should I do currencies in me head? Couldn't be bothered.

Pretty straightforward to use in terms of browsing. However if you have an item on your wishlist that's out of stock, you won't know until you actually add it to your bag. Order History isn't itemised - it just shows your spend total but not the items in your order. Couldn't add VIP Delivery Pass to my basket as I couldn't find it on the app, so had to use my PC browser to add it. Also way WAYYY too many annoying push notifications. Uninstalling. ASOS is still hands-down the best shopping app.

Horrible. What is the point of shopping if you can't remove or adjust items from the shopping cart? I foolishly uninstalled/reinstalled app to override the cart issue because I fell in love with a pair of shoes. Yes some of the merchandise from Missguided is cute but not worth the hassle. CANADIANS BEWARE YOU WILL BE CHARGED DUTIES! Ended up PAYING $20 WORTH OF DUTIES FOR A $25 ITEM.

Yes you are right, it doesn't work on the app, it's not make sense to keep the app then! IT/MSGD fix the problem. Try to login online and place the code in your checkout .. should work, it's worked for mine.

I'm always finding the pants but not the shirt on the model, or vice versa. Not finding the same exact color matches. The app doesn't have the US version with usd prices, or size conversion to US. Really upset after trying to put in my first order, & at checkout the price didn't change to my country's usd amount so I found out the hard way, $28 pants ended up being about $40 charged to my account, & my code didn't post either. Canceled that order. This app really needs an update, uninstalling.

I've ordered a lot from missguided so I thought having the app would make ordering quicker and easier but the app is horrible! The images don't load, you have to add items to your basket before you can select size only to be told that size is out of stock. I've not ordered through the app as I don't trust it to work.

Easy to navigate (no need to press "load more options" button that's found on the actual website, but no option available to change currency (US). The reason I downloaded the app was to access the limited time extra savings (40% off website/50% off app), but kept sending back error message upon entering the code for additional savings.

There's some beautiful clothes on this app. I've heard of this brand before, but never ordered from here before. So i decided to try, but when i pressed the button to purchase the items i was planning on buying, it took me out my bag and deleted the items from there. I had to start all over again. I tried again and again, so many times I've even lost count! I don't know what's wrong with it. I live in the U.S, i hope that's not the reason. I'd still really like to shop from here.

Really want to but stuff of this app, a few things a making me want to delete it... When you've put so much stuff in your wishlist and want to go back to buy stuff you can't see every thing you put in there... Also be good if when a product is out of stock it says that on the pic. Bescuse I've tried putting things in my basket cuz it doesn't say out of stock any where then a little bar pops up at the bottom saying out if stock when trying to put stuff in my basket.

You can only view 50 items in you wishlist. Should be able to see all items. And after you view an item, it takes you all the way back to the top after scrolling for a long time. Finally, if you don't log in for a while, your wishlist/basket gets deleted. This makes the shopping experience long and inconvenient.

I dont see an option to change the currency, so its stuck on Euros. The wishlist on the app doesnt have the items that i have on my wishlist on the website. And the filter is only based on size and color. I hate this app, but I love the website

My bank needed to ask me security questions to confirm the payment (already a bit weird, it was the third time I'd bought from here) and by the time I'd confirmed the payment (literally within the hour), misguided deleted my order and made it so I would have had to start from scratch. Considering how rubbish the layout of the app is, this didn't feel worth it. Back to ASOS for me..

The app is easy to use, however I find it quite annoying that they only show the price in one currency. It almost makes it unusable. I would not put through a purchase on the app based on that reason.

No option to switch countries or currency even though I logged in to my US account. On the website, it said 40% off everything if purchased through the app - I did not see this anywhere. Uninstalling until it's made accessible for those outside UK.

It could be more user friendly. You can't even look at your order details lol. Also I think it would be nice to see suggestions for items I might like in addition how the app only shows things I've already looked at.

This app has crashed around 20 times!!!. I've only been using it for about an hour. The only reason i gave it 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the good customer service i had. I accidentally ordered something i thought I'd deleted and they refunded me within 10 minutes of speaking to me.
