This app is such an incredible inconvenience. Apart from it just being an app from what seems like 2005. I upgraded my phone and they needed to verify it was me, sent a pin to my email. App said it was an invalid pin. After a few attempts my account locked. Had to call to unlock it. Lady helping asked me to uninstall and reinstall because the phone wasn't syncing with the bank. I did, still nothing. Lady told me there was nothing else she could do to help. Called again and thankfully got in.
It downloaded fine but wouldn't give me an option to create an account. I'm gonna uninstall and reinstall to see what happens. / It turned out to be my email address. I called the Help line and a very nice man sent the "get your code" page to my other email address and I was able to get into the app. Sometimes I hate gmail. Thank you everyone for your help. I'm good now!!
The application literally will not open. I've reinstalled it several times, restarted my phone, tried everything I can think of, but it refuses to work. I'm at a loss and really unhappy, this has been going on for over a week.
I tried calling Mission Federal for help with this app and they're not even sure what's wrong with it. They claim there's nothing wrong with the application's codes, but I tried signing up for mobile banking dozens of times now with the usual trouble shooting methods (uninstall, restart phone, clear data, etc...) I'm sure I'm entering my password correctly because I can access my account on the Chrome browser. Please please fix this.
update, I am aware of what happens after an update. I did try everything that was suggested in the reply many times before giving a review. original review: biometrics stopped working on my Huawei Honor 5X after the last update. please fix. I've uninstalled, re installed, through the app settings I've turned on biometrics, it registers my fingerprint but after signing out biometrics doesn't work.
I logged in just fine the night before. Then my Samsung Note 9 updated and the suddenly the app said "service temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your device and try again." all my other apps work fine, better even, exertion this 1
Credit Unions are far better than big banking hogs! Credit Union customer for life! I have the new app and have had zero issues with both. What I would love an answer to is: (It doesn't make sense) Why do you still have the old app available for download when you want everyone to use the new one? Curious to know the answer!
does not work with android 9. popup that says service is unavailable and to reboot device; rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. bring back my app! :)
Now that my phone unpdated it wont let me use the app. The app says it can not open at this time try again later. It also says restart your device. i have done this and a lot of other things and it still keeps saying the same thing. so i cant use it anymore.
Cannot access the app get message saying service is unavailable and the message spams your device which causes the device get stuck, this violates the play store application rules looks to be a fairly common issue as well
The app, while simple and bare-bones, did its job. However, with this new update I can't even open it up. Fix these bugs so that I can at least check my balance!
Not working with new Samsung S9 updates... it keeps telling me to restart my device. I even tried uninstalling/ reinstalling to no avail... I hope they update it soon! I'll update my review when they do!
One of my favorite apps. Easy to navigate, any time I have ever needed to speak with someone, always been beyond helpful.
Does not work with Android Pie operating system. Worked fine until the new OS was released. Update..... Fixed.... Works fine now.
update: this has been resolved so im changing from 1 star to 5. thank you! userpass lockout has rendered app useless and no clue how to resolve.
It needs an option to receive push notifications whenever there is account activity (deposits, withdrawals, etc) similar to what other banking apps have.
Is this app not compatible with Samsung Galaxy 9's update? I have uninstalled and re-installed the app and can no longer use it.
After my Samsung update, this app no longer works and I can't log in. All of my other apps are working fine.
I love my Mission Fed mobile app and I love my Mission Federal Credit Union Bank. I cannot stop saying enough wonderful things about the employees the app and the bank itself. I will admit that it is highly inconvenient that they are not open 24/7 but that personally works alot better for me. there are not enough nice things that I could say about this app this company or its employees.
If you updated your phone and it's giving you an error, uninstall and install the app. It's what I did and now I'm able to log on.
Unfortunately I can't even use it as it is not compatible with my pixel 2 XL phone. Android P pretty much ended that love affair
Well, it looks like the app has been fixed. It's back to the helpful, useful app it was before. Thank you for fixing it!!!
This app is alot better than the new app you guys are forcing us to use, easier to navigate and use. Loads up better!
Not working...takes you to a screen where it says you need an update but none available. Uninstalled nd reinstalled...
keeps crashing. cant open. edit: have to uninstall and reinstall to check balance.
The app did the job prior to the S9 phone update, now the app does not work at all.
Sense I open an account my service is great they are polite with a smile all the time for any problem they traing to resolved they are very cooperative on every problem.
over the course of several months,and using the latest updates, mobile deposit its still very unreliable. When photographing the check usually on the back, the app doesn't return after the image is captured. This does happen on the front at times, too. There doesn't seem to be any place online where the status of the software and bugs is available. If it doesn't work for you, you can't find out if there's an easy fix, or even if it's a common problem.
