Love the app BUT it needs fixing asap! I just had to update it, now on 2 seperate devises its saying I'm not connected to internet which clearly I am because I just had to update it. Please fix ASAP!
Fix your app. It is irresponsible to continue having an app run this poorly when it involves people financials. The previous mobile banking app worked fine, but this new app is useless and marred with bugs. I use the app primarily for mobile deposits and it is unusable. Hire somebody to fix the bugs in your app if you are incapable of doing it yourselves. I have been a member of your bank for 14 years with no problems and excellent customer service. The app is in a shameful state. Handle it.
What is wrong with your app. From Google Play store or your website it does not load. The one time it did load it would not let me login. Yes I deleted the previous version.
Can't log on! It's been over a week & I can't access my mobile banking app. It won't even allow me to store my information after I re installed the app on my phone. It just says technical difficulties try again later.
Constant blue circle. Wont let you log in and when you think you did, sends you right back to home screen.
Same errors as mobile app "system error, please try again later. Uninstall another one, thanks Mission Federal Credit Union. Can I have a job designing apps? I have no experience but that doesn't seem to matter.
Can't access my account! Can't re-install the app,.can't open the app, can't access my account! Says come back later- uh, it is later. 12 hours later. Y'all need to fix this!
Hate this application! I love everything about Mission Fed, except this online banking! I have to continuously delete the application and then download it again!!
Takes forever to load and sometimes longer than worth waiting for app works then when I come back a day or so later it doesn't work
App sucks, it keeps telling me there is a mandatory update but when I go to the store there is no update.

What's the point of a Quick Balance option of I have to log in every time I want to use it?
Your app sucks I want to get in my checking account and it keeps going in circles I want nothing to do with this app if I had my druthers as many others I have read their reviews also they think your app sucks!

You should be able to logout of one account and log into another without having to close every app on your phone. You previously could check your balances on 2 different accounts by logging out of 1 account and logging back in to another all within the app.
