loved this card at first. last summer all of a sudden it would take my payments and then a few days later my payment would be returned back to my bank and then I would be over due. called several times never was fixed although customer service tried their best each time. eventually had to get another account to make my payments but because of this issue, it really hurt my credit

When I first downloaded this app about 5-6 months ago, it was great!! And it let me log in with my thumbprint making it very quick and easy to log in, it was great and it did what I needed it to do.. But since about 3 days ago I can't even get in anymore..It doesn't even let me use my thumb to log in, so after I put my password in, it just loads and loads and loads... Making me have to go to the website instead. Very inconvenient!!

so far so, however the one issue i have is your app doesn't allow payments by debit cards. This makes it difficult to make payments on line you require a routing/account numbers of my bank and it is risky business to put that kind. of info on the net Other than that, I am a very satisfied customer. They need to have more options on their app for us to get our new balance, transactions made, and also payment information when made. It doesn't send you anything but an email, and there's no options for even text alerts. Also, it would be super awesome if you were able to add an authorized user. A lot of my credit cards allow me to add my husband without a charge too. It's really nice because then we both get our own cards to use when needed instead of having to hand it back and forth.

I've had an account with them for like 6 months and so far everything financial wise is pretty good..but the app!! It worked for a couple months but now,..you sign in, it barely loads, and then i get kicked out of the app. I have to go to the actual website now to view any details or pay my bill. Uninstalling it now, will reinstall when the problem is fixed!

I highly recommend Mission Lane. They are not only a highly reputable company. but they also offer educational video's, that teach you about credit, & how it work's. That may sound kind of boring. Actaully, they make it fun, & interesting. My only regret in life. is... Not fully understanding credit, & how it can affect my life. Mission Lane can change the game. Basically, they have all the cheat codes to this system, that "We" so created. GOD Bless You.

See some complaints in the reviews, I have had zero issues personally. App works well in all aspects, and the company has been great to work with so far. Good card for fixing credit!

I like the layout of the app. It crashes pretty frequently. I almost always (4/5 attempts) have to open the app and log in twice because it crashes the first time. It would be helpful to have a PIN or pattern that could be entered to log in with. A quick balance option, too. The Capital One app is a good example of how those two features are implemented well.

This is the first card I was able to get in years after finally recovering from a credit disaster, and ultimately I needed it when it arrived. However, the app crashes too much all of a sudden and there's no alternate access method which should be fairly trivial for a credit card these days. Thank God that I accidentally set up another account after the fact (and with a much better limit at that) because once it gets here this is going to be paid off and junked. At least the app is easy to use.

** Edit from 9-21** App has not been fixed still can not log in, can only use in browser. Deleting. 2 stars for your app crashing. Been working well, but all of the sudden getting messages like "It's Not You It's Us", like I'm in a bad relationship. I would like to pay my bill but have been un able to because of this issue....and I'm not going to call and go above the amount to have someone take my payment. Please fix your issues!!

Not a good experience, they have many technology problems preventing my login, then access me late fees. then claim that I need to pay the late fees so they can refund the late fees... and if I don't pay the late fee, additional late fees will automatically be accessed. SCAM, do not do business here.

I can't get logged in, I am using the correct password and user name, but after two tries I get locked out for 30 minutes. Very frustrating. Hoping new update helps.

This is cc is a waste of time, you will never ever get increase no matter what u charge and pay odd, I maxed it out 3 times a month and payed it off completely so they can increase my credit and after 1 year they increased me 100 dollars, no shame. All my other cc are over 1000 except this one, so if your desperate for a cc they will approve u but for anything else don't count on it.

I handle all bills that have to be paid, no matter who the company has as the "customer" (meaning for example, my husband's credit card), which I just made a payment via Mission Lane App it worked wonderfully, for my husband's account, now I have an account as well, totally separate but can't use the App...so we've decided to just pay via phone to lessen the inability of smartphone app. Next update y'all might want to allow ability to choose up to ?? Accounts. Thanks

Recently this app is nothing but trouble. I've been happy with Mission lane for a couple years however the last couple months have been frustrating. Not allowing me to check my account, opening briefly then kicks me out I've made calls and was told to uninstall app then reinstall it and the hoops that I had to go through are ridiculous. Disappointed card holder.

On Wallethub, the card gets 2.9 stars out of 5 of 110 reviews. Many say their customer srvc sucks, one said their 1st transaction was declined, & Mission made them provide tax docs! The app was easy to set up, but most of the time their website is the ONLY way to do simple stuff. There's also no shut off feature for this card & the card doesn't work w/Samsung Pay. Lastly, they have LOW daily spend limits, I had a $221 Amazon order declined w/$700+ avail credit, & their Cust Srvc only works M-F

Have only had card for 1 month. So far so good. App is very user friendly. Very easy to check balance and make a payment. Happy so far!

very user friendly, interface is simple to navigate and app provides all the current information in real time to watch payments as they occur instead of a day or two later

fully functional and does what it supposed to do I've never had a glitch or any problems with the app and have never needed to call customer service or support so don't ask about that since the app is all I need and so easy to use and streamlined

I love this card. I have not had any issues and after 6 months of on time payment I received a $100 increase. it's not alot but its something. Great way to build your credit

It's a decent enough card, but I have had it declined multiple times for no apparent reason. Last time the company said I entered wrong exp. date but my Amazon receipt says differently. I was told it would now work. It Does Not.

I have had this card almost two years now with no problems application was simple credit increases came just as they advertised great for credit rebuilding!

CAN'T SETUP AUTO PAY VIA APP! Funny how nearly every competitor of theirs offers this very basic functionality. Gee I wonder why they wouldn't offer this? Perhaps it's an EASY WAY to score late payment fees and interest? SCUMBAGS

Good card, I even got a credit increase within a year without requesting one. Payments seem take more than 3 days to process which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Wife and I had to file chapter 13 bankruptcy a little over a year ago and I wasn't sure that I would be able to qualify for a new credit card. I was pleasantly surprised that Mission Lane approved me for a Visa with a $1,000 credit limit. I'm trying to re-establish my pre bankruptcy credit score and this will over time help me do that. Thank you Mission Lane!

Overall this app has been pretty easy to use. The problem is that it crashes ALL THE TIME! I can't get autopay to work and as long as I can get in to schedule a payment I'm ok. Fix the crashes and I'll give more stars.

I have been with Mission Lane a long time now and with a very low credit limit even though my credit score has improved by a lot. Mission Lane advertising is false when they tell you they will increase your credit limit as time goes. While all of my other credit card companies increased my credit limit and some up to 6k. Credit limit with Mission Lane is $450 after all the years and phone calls I made to them. So, I will be closing this card soon just before they charge me the yearly charge.

I had this credit card and for the first month or so no problems getting on the app everything was smooth now I have to log on through the internet rather than the app because every time I enter my username and password for the app as soon as it loads it shuts down I've tried everything including deleting the app and turning off auto updates redownloading it everything it still does it it would be nice to be able to pay my bill through my app

This is one of the few credit card apps I have never had any issues with. These guys are on par with some of the big "household name" credit card companies when it comes to how well their app works. Have never had any issues with the company itself either, so all around good credit option with Mission Lane IMO.

No way to provide current address on the app if Mission Lane makes a mistake during online application process. During application process if you have more than one address showing on your credit report it will autofill this information most likely with the wrong address. Provided documentation of current address and they still refused to correct they're mistake. I had no alternative but to cancel the card and close the account. Hard inquiry and -4 points on my credit report. What a joke.
