MissionChief - 911 Dispatcher

The games great, love playing it to pass the time or even when I'm just a tad bored. Only problem is the UK version is missing a lot of feature that are in the American version (that also apply to the UK). For example airport emergencies simply don't exist in the UK version and there is no units or missions for mountain rescue or water rescue. Other then that I'd say its near perfect!

Unable to load, very buggy and ruined experience, gone from 5 stars to 2 sort the idiots out clogging up the server and stopping paid gamers enjoying a perfectly good game. Also the patient lists hurt my eyes and head when scrolling it's very uncomfortable. Management features in game are all over the place. Considering the cost to upgrade for features that are no better, the lssm that's out there seems to have more features than what this game can generate on looking at screenshots.

Slow moving without using actual money, but a great game for casual, long term play if you're good with slow but steady progression. Overall, very impressed with what the dev team has accomplished. Wish there was a way to incorporate non-emergency IFT/CCT infrastructure for EMS, but still. Great game.

Fell in love with it, never fallen out. Just wish there were an offline version with simulation: if it had that it would easily surpass 911 Call Out. Excellent, very well done.

This game just gets worse. No response to help solve issues from developer at all. Alot of new changes just made this game even more horrible to play. Support refuses to reach out and help solve the continuous problem's.

The mic clicks could be replaced with an actual voice. Things such as "en route" "on scene" "all units clear" that sort of thing would make the game more enjoyable. That way your not having to turn the sound off for all the mic key that goes on. Just a suggestion of course but I think it would improve the game immensely.

It's a decent game however I'd love more customization abilities. I'm going for a realistic take in New Zealand and some of my stations are 30, 40 and 60 minutes away. So for example if I get a call requiring a turntable ladder it could be 60 minutes away. I'd love to be able to tailor my game to what I have, where it is and how I'm playing. Cash building is quite slow however a decent game none the less.

Great mechanics to the game which partners up with a large amount of detail in vehicles and their specific equipment that they carry

Strangely addictive! There are no fancy graphics, sound or music and to be honest the game controls are a little weird to navigate, but the raw strategy and desire to see more missions etc keeps you playing. After you join an alliance you can then give and get help from others near you, keeping the game exciting. They could definitely work on the UI a bit. It's actually better on the computer screen but handy on the mobile to build your credits up a bit while you are out and about.

Overall, this is a cool concept, but it is very poorly executed. In the beginning the progression is insanely slow, even with the 'recommended' building and unit slots. You will never have downtime in the app. There is, for some reason, a system that makes you always have 1 more call than you have units. This, coupled with the insane response time just makes the game boring. You will almost never have a unit at the station bc they will be bouncing from one call to another with no break.

Great game. Interface on android is horrible, takes a long time to load the game, maps and transition between screens. Playing this game on a PC on a web browser is a lot easier. The app is very cumbersome and not laid out well, not very intuitive and requires you go to multiple screens before even getting a menu option.

The game is a little buggy, and takes some finesse to use. Overall it's a very addictive and simple game. Most of the critical reviews are people who cannot problem solve without a hand holding tutorial. I would recommend learning about emergency vehicles before playing. The one most common bug that frustrates me: when the app is opened then switched away from and goes to sleep, reopening the app brings you to the German login page and the app has to be closed then reopened.

Overall it in an addicting game with a lot of potential to become something very good. Has good to see the variety of units and missions. Building up is a challenge, but is fun to earn more stuff :) The only downside would be the AAR Regulations. The AAR only work on available units in the dispatch menu and not on any that could be used as "follow up". If you are doing alliance missions setting up follow ups take time so it would be beneficial to have them work on follow ups too

This game is pretty enjoyable in my opinion. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is I would like if the stations continued operating when I wasn't in the app, and I would like the option to see more details about the call. For example, when the mission comes animal stuck in drain, I would like if there was a place to tap and see that the caller said there was a dog that fell in and they can't get it out.

Really interesting game which is quite fun to play. Very minimalistic base design but customisable to be more detailed. I have found a few points of frustration the worst being rewards for missions - they are quite random and don't take account of how mnay fore engines have been committed to a mission nor how long they were there for. I also find training to be quite annoying as my ability to build bases has outstripped my ability to train recruits for incidents.

There's no instruction at all. You're literally shown a map and a few buttons are on the bottom of the screen but you're never told what the buttons do. I clicked them all and happened to stumble on the New Player Guide which was only vaguely helpful. It's cool that you can actually make it realistic to where you live. However, after adding a police station, I'm stuck. It says I need transport for a parole violation and I have no idea what I have to do. I thought a police car WAS transport!

I like the game. Well thought of nice system. But it seems like it still has so much work to be done in fixing major bugs that make it to where you are not able to play. Almost got prem but good I didn't due to the bugs. I'll to download in a few months to see if they are fixed. Still get 5 stars for the hard work done and for how entertaining it is.

Love the potential of the game. Incredibly and off puttingly slow to start but it does pick up with patience. One gripe i have is the unrealistic and magical travel paths taken by vehicles. For example vehicles will sometimes take a direct line from base to mission......a straight line through the sea.....or through several streets. Seemingly it doesnt always recognise streets as defined on the map its using....... Mostly a good game.

Extremely rewarding, not too simple not too complex one of a kind game. I do wish recruitment could happen faster without the use of coins (mostly obtained with real money) but it's definitely not pay to win. While the game starts with fire stations, police and EMS services can be added if you wish. I wish there were more documentation on the other 2, but it's not that hard to figure out - especially after consulting their extensive community via the forum.

I really like this game. I only have one problem. I've had several parole violations but when I respond to them it requires a transport, the mission status says the jail is full but when I go back to my jail is cells there's are no occupied cells. Other than that, it's a pretty neat game. I just wish building cost a bit less or the missions rewarded more. I started with a police station and it seems like it takes forever to get a hospital because it doesn't play in the background.

It's a real time game. So brace for an initial slow drag. Read the FAQ or be prepared to restart entirely. I love the game otherwise. I love that this was made by a firefighter, former paramedic myself. Honestly a 5 for me but the interface can be a little clunky and I'm not good with real time games. If it takes me 5 minutes to get to a call, I'm okay sitting in a rig going to it. But watching little icons on a screen for 5 minutes and I'm asleep at the wheel.

Very good game, the prices for things are definitely too high! Hospitals fill up so you have to spend coins ( which have to be bought) to clear them, and you get missions that you can't complete because you don't have the necessary equipment, meaning you have to buy it (more coins) and the coins are very expensive! Other than that though a very good a detailed game

I absolutely love this game, sort of a tactical logic game. But let's be real, the cost to build some of the buildings and upgrade them is terrible. Without being glued to it 24/7, it'll take a week to get enough credit for a new building or level 4 upgrade. Then there's the crew situation... Comes with 10 people, but you can only get 1 person a day during recruiting without spending the coins. How is this logical when you have 10 stations with 3 or 4 vehicles to fill? Fix these and I'll give 5⭐

This is a fun, addictive game to play - when it works. I'm increasingly having issues where the game won't load and will just sit on a blank white screen. The issue eventually seems to resolve itself, but it takes hours, and forcing the app to stop or even restarting the phone don't seem to help. I've had this issue happen 5 times in the last two days. I wish I could keep playing because it's an enjoyable game, but these issues make it really frustrating.

Great idea, poor execution. When you try to play you basically have no idea what is going on. The interface looks like it was made by a blind person from DDR. Edit after answer from the developers: You'll get more stars when you fixed the shoddy interface. As of now, you can't see how much credits you got, or at least I could'nt find it and nothing in the UI design made me want to look. The game is also severely lacking a tutorial, there is a FAQ, but that is about as useful as a 'rhoid in a bike race.

I mainly play on PC, and when it's working, it's a great game! Recently buttons in the dispatch menu have stopped working (to select each vehicle class fire, ambulance ect) among others and it's just completely ruined it for me! Yeah the mobile version is good but it's just not the same

Great app, very addicting, u guys have already made probably 100$ off me from buying coins. My 3 suggestions for improvement... some missions should be worth more credits, it takes so long to progress. Being able to upload pictures of crew members would be cool, kind of a creative roster thing, but I also understand some people don't care about naming and personalizing their crews. Lastly boats need to stay in water, my fire boat shouldn't be going thru downtown Boston to get to a call.
