Mississippi Power Mobile

Get some help from your cousins over at Alabama Power their app never acted the way that yours does half of the time when it loads up I'll see the Mississippi Power logo and then the screen will go completely White the other half the time I can see my balance. It stinks having to reload the app several times and sometimes restart the phone for it to work correctly. Using a Samsung A10E

When I open the app all that happens is a ms power symbol appears on screen. I delegated and reinstalled the app with some results. I really would like an app that I could use 2 pay bill pay my bill Etc. Hope you get it to work soon

The worst app ever. Dont really on the app for making payments. And the app is so screwed up it shows they payment is made even if it has not been. In the long run screwing you over. -5 stars. I have an andriod like 90% of America. And I cant get a copy of my bill because I have an Andriod. Talk about behind in updating and keeping up with app as well as website. Never thought I would be so disapointed with the service of Mississippi power. And so rude as well. Im even thinking of a lawsuit.

This app sucks worse than the website. I hate this power company website. Making it a thousand times harder to pay my bill than necessary. Every time I open the app it says I'm not connected to the internet, when I know that I am. I hope this garbage app gets fixed, or the website.

I love this app, you can easily go on it to pay your bill especially once you love how it works

I love it. I know what my light bill will be before I get it in the mail.

When it works, which is most of the time, it's very useful app.

Awesome app now for sure great new design and it's actually useful which is the best part. Definitely 100% better than the last one and being able to view my usage and past payment amounts is exactly what I was hoping for

This company will charge you almost $3.00 to pay your bill using this app, like the electric company doesn't screw us enough, what a joke!

This isn't a true app. It's really just a mobile website viewer. Nothing special about it.

This is a great app.

I'm sure it's a great app when it's working, but unfortunately all I can do is log in. It'll go to the home page fine, but if I try to go anywhere else, it just loads forever.
