The app does not work !! You can't even signup or login. And if you try it the other way direct access and bypass the login you still can't even connect to your device. Now i had an app called "KeyBand" and that worked on the "iPhone" but to try and use it on a Android phone it does not work. So pretty much I've wasted money on this watch thing because I'm not able to use the app to program my watch. This needs to be tested and fixed asap.

U.S.E.L.E.S.S. This app is the definition of useless. It takes crashing to a whole new level. No point downloading something that doesn't work, so I'll save you guys the trouble. Too bad there's no zero rating.

When this app is on, I have no problem with it, but when I log out, it does not accept my password to log back in again. I have re registered on three different occasions and when I try to log in again, it tells me that its the wrong password over and over again. Then it asks for a code number which I have no idea what it is because I haven' seen or received a code number. If I leave the app on, I then get messages stating that Mistep is running and using up the power. This is a catch 22 and I am getting Pi---d off with it. What should I now do, re register again, only to have it then to reject my log in as before? Please help before I delete it once more, but next time will be the last time

This app worked amazing at first but ever since the most recent update it keeps crashing on my phone. It wont even let me log in to my account or connect to my band.

Not good . First one was good but band broke after a few months. Bought another one and have nothing but problems getting it connected and working. Very disappointing

well not good the app wont work and the pulse smart waych is just as bad charger for watch does not charge properly BT will not connect and app just keeps crashing regardles of mobilr or Android version please pay a lot more and get a good reputable make i wouldnot give it a star i would give it minus stars but then it wont let you post review so that's all

i cant even as far as connecting the watch as the app keels closing. fix this ASAP or ill be returning the watches to the store and warning people on social media to stay away from this product.

I have not used the smartwatch even for a day. this app just crashes the moment i try to connect the bluetooth.

they did an update now app won't open....so my watch is useless. Their customer support email is undeliverable....not impressed
