There are many steps in which the relative department don't behave as it should do. Social Activist always go against Army. Army always go against Politicians. Politicians always go against Population. So we cannot keep all of them up simultaneously.

Could be better if invasion by another country does not happen too many times in one game
I try to leave one side happy the other does not like and because of this I end up losing ...
Fun game. Impossible to "win" my best was after 44 months another country invaded and conquered me... 87% popularity $8,000 expenses still over $200,000 in the coffers.

Not a lot of help, but once you get passed that you will notice a lack of substance. I don't know of a country where the USA, and the Russians, give the president a higher eatinyg than that country's own population.
The game don't show thing's like population, taxes, investment and all the possibilities to do in real time.
Very good and has a room to grow but a bit of background music would help
