MISTPLAY

I've been playing for a little over 2 weeks. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong because it seems to take forever to earn redemption points. Now ads pop up almost constantly. Solitaire won't let me complete a level without an ad popping up. Cooking Master plays an ad at the completion of every level. Once I redeem my gift card I'm definitely deleting this and never playing again. What a joke

You download and play games to build up credits seems easy enough right but then you go and cash out your credits for the gift card you want and something goes wrong you contact mistplay and they send you some unhelpful generic email basically saying they can't do anything about it. This is the second time this has happened the first time was $15 and the second time was $10. I understand mistakes happen but at least look into it and correct the ones that are being cheated out of there gift cards

Close to getting enough points to cash out for a $25 dollar Amazon gift card but the app shut down while I was playing a game. I can't open it anymore, just a flicker of the app then back to my phone's screen. Thought it just needed some time, next day and still does it. I can't cash out and I'm losing my streak, I've downloaded and played multiple games I don't like just to be screwed out of everything.

Just updated 5/20/22 and can't open portal in order to access games within it, which is only way to maintain streak. It was malfunctioning before updating and doing update didn't fix. It's not my region, it's not my phone, it's not my data...portal was working not more than a few days ago. I can't, can't can't loose this streak, it's over a year long! Please help!!! If I uninstall and reinstall will I loose everything???

It does take long to get points but I had an issue where it wouldn't open the games it just gave me an error code I sent an email to customer service that I was getting an error code when I signed in they told me to remove app and reinstall .By the time they had responded which was faster than I had expected they fixed it for me. If you want to play these games you have to allow permission for a few things for it to record your game play and it eats your battery but worth it.

I have no idea whether the promised gift cards are real since I can't figure out where to go to redeem points, nor do I know how to tell how many points I have. Mistplay has a great selection of games covering multiple categories and the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the app crashes repeatedly while loading and loads successfully rarely and only from clicking a notification. If that issue is resolved I'll update to 5 stars -- I really like the app!

Edit: The error issues have been resolved. Updated review: I rather like the app and use it regularly. It's algorithm has definitely started to pick up on the games I like and frequently offers good suggestions. If you're impatient or looking for instant gratification you probably won't be happy with this app. However, while the points can take some time to accumulate, they do accumulate and add up to significant amounts. It's easy to cash out as well.

I've cashed out with $5 & $10 amazon cards multiple times (There's a lot more options than Amazon cards, that's just my preference). It does take a little time to be able to cash out, but for just playing games that isn't bad. Usually, it takes about 5 days to get the email with my code in it after i redeem my points, but it's free money for literally just playing games. I've made a good amount of money since downloading this app and I'm still very much a fan. Definitely recommend.

I've discovered some fun games, but I've recently cashed out for a visa. Anywhere I use it, it won't work. Gives me an error or that my purchase wasn't complete. Seriously disappointed. I've reached out to the prepaid digital people but it's going to be at least 2 days before a reply. Would be nice for things to actually work the first time.

I enjoy playing the games, but I wish there was some variety. I mean there's a lot of games to play, but there are several that are the same concept just different themes. OR I would like the games that I do like to play would reset to the first checkpoint once you've reached 20 instead of maxing out the game. I successfully cashed out several times this past year, which is awesome! I always recommend this app to friends.

Annoying pop-ups while you play. Thanks for the update that I'm .3% closer to a "level" in Mistplay, but I should be able to turn these off. Even worse when you accidentally click them trying to do something in the game and it takes you to the Mistplay app. 3 stars because the payouts are relatively painless.

I actually love it. I didn't expect to after a lot of poor experiences with other similar apps. They are easy to use, they have a big variety of games and layout choices, and quikish payouts. I asked for digital visa cards and got them in about 2 days. I play games a lot and get bored quickly but they have a ton of choices. I make $5-10 a day if I'm playing. they have competitions, contests, personalization options (not extensive but still fun), and achievements.

I've gotten so many gift cards from this app! However, now it won't even open! I have so many points to use and it won't even let me play. Sometimes it'll open easily, but most of the time it's just a flicker of the loading screen and back to whatever screen I was on. Very frustrating because I lost my 150+ daily streak because I couldn't open the app the whole day!

I really enjoy the gift cards I've received! It would be really great to get more than w points on some days. But the game selection is good. Also, can you create a (not sure of proper term) a 'lock screen' option? Sometimes I have to drag items across the playing area and the whole screen shifts. It would allow us to lock the screen & merge items one area at a time. But the last w days, I was able to log in. It asks if I want to log in thru FB or Google. And set an account. Confused !

Works great, until it doesn't I have force stopped and uninstalled & reinstalled but even when opening games through the app it will only record game time for a minute or so tops, making it close to impossible to get rewarded for time played. I went through the troubleshooting tips listed in FAQs & its still an issue. I would give more stars if this was fixed.

Great app. I've already built up $30 in my PSN wallet because of these games. If there is any issue with it, my only complaints are: unit rewards are rather small for the amount of time playing it takes to level when you start getting around level 10 in a games checkpoint. (Averaging 80-125 units per level 10+ with fastest/hyper games) And it can be frustrating when checkpoint xp freezes because you played a game too long without swapping to another.

I earn about a dollar a day by playing these games. my lockdown routine involves a lot of downtime I was spending on games anyway, this way I get something for it. I've already redeemed twice, and spent some of the money, it does work. they add games all the time, and the earning availability on each game is decent. you don't have to spend any money to get good payout.

Dear Mistplay, I used your app since it first came out. Why do we get small amounts of points after spending hours playing games. By the time i get enough points for a $10 paypal or visa, i say forget about the ones that are worth more because time drags like a turtle. But its legit and it pays. Customer service is excellent. Great games to use.

I've redeemed rewards and can confirm the payouts are real. If you're expecting to make a lot of money from this, you won't. But you can find games on here you would want to play anyway and you'll get money you wouldn't have had in the first place. Even despite the money it's a great app for finding enjoyable games rather than all the games that spam ads. They're constantly working on adding games.

Good luck proving you're human... Mistplay requires you to submit to facial recognition in order to claim your rewards! The app for this is very wonky if not downright unusable on many devices. I have had trouble with it both times I've tried to use it. The first time they courteously gave me an authorization code, no problem. The second time I was told it was my devices fault and basically my problem, not theirs. TLDR: total waste of time if facial recognition doesn't work on your device!

I've had this app for about a year. My son logged me out and I couldn't get back in as it was linked to a Facebook account that got hacked. So I started a new account and was having issues because of the old account. The support was fast and got me going again with 2 separate issues!! Love the game and the support team that goes along with it!!

TERRIBLE! A waste of time to use. At first, I thought this would be real as I started earning units. But then, I was instantly kicked off for “ Suspicious Activity ”. A scam! I contacted the customer service and they said that I was autoclicking for points. A scam, don't use! And a second point is that my friend had to do a face recognition. That's suspicious activity if you ask me, not just playing a game. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! An absolute SCAM, and a way to get you to watch advertisments.

Overall I love the app. Getting payouts is quick and simple. Decent game selection. But, since April 4th I've spent approximately $200 on a game trying to win a competition... I have not received any recognition from Mistplay, nor have I received any points for the money spent. As a platinum member I would have thought customer service would at least acknowledge my contact attempts. Boy was I wrong.
