Advertising an "unlimited" subscription with a 30 year archive and then clarifying that back issues aren't included (while showing a back issue in the ad) is unconscionable. Coupled with a buggy app, buggy registration process, and snarky tech support, this is an embarrassment for MIT. HBR is in a different league.
For a business school that is renowned for technology, this app is a major let down. It is extremely slow, feels like if it was built in the 90's. And advertisement get first priority, making the experience even worse. Will definitely not renew my membership.
It's not a native android ui experience And there are scrolling and navigating issues on the app
Good content, but although I'm a subscriber using the app is a lottery, the articles most of the times are not reachable through the app and there is no click for support within the app layout. It is sad to see an MIT product like this app.
Unusable app. Everytime I click on an article to read it takes me to "From the editor" page.
Won't load my account. Won't load quarterly issues. Freezes. Terrible app. What an embarrassment.
The speed and interface make me thinking about windows 98. Too bad for the amazing content

MIT-SMR App doesnt live up to expectations. please improve navigation, provide bookmarking, introduce night mode. MIT and SMR, you have put your reputation at risk by such an unprofessional job as this application.

This is a really poor app. The administration is far from simple and the update app on mobile device has just made the process even worse and the subscription is showing now not paid when it is paid up to Jan 2018 and there is no simple way to get this updated / corrected.
Still a lot to improve. There are different versions on Amazon and Google. Which one should I use? Difficult to zoom and no possibility to set bookmarks or where I left off reading.
Simply doesnt work properly. Says it downloads content, then is does not display the text version at all. Ie. A blank screen. Please repair urgently. Disappointing.

Thought I had downloaded the content but it seems to need an Internet connection to work. Either download is in believably slow or its just a browser page in a frame. Security is bad too, doesn't check your password, just your email/id. Deleting it now, stick with paper until they get something better.
Nice to have MIT Sloan on my mobile.
There is really no use of downloading this app.
Subscribed online. Can't login on my phone saying my email was not found. Also the UI of the app looks like it needs more work
