Mit Sygehus

My Hospital - a lifeline for you who is a patient in the Region of Southern Denmark.

In My Hospital you can find a number of patient pathways and more will be added regularly. During the individual courses, it is possible to read pamphlets or watch videos that can help you as a patient in the current course. If you are a relative, it can also be useful to read and see the material.

You can find contact information for the departments that help you with your progress.

On some occasions, the hospital offers that you can write with the staff and submit pictures if you need it.

In some cases, it may be relevant that you continuously record measurements such as your weight, temperature or blood pressure, so that it is available to the hospital the next time you need to consult.

Consent

The purpose of My Hospital is to provide you with information that is relevant to your particular course in the hospital and enable you to communicate electronically with the hospital.

In order for you to use the app, you must give your consent to data from your patient record. For example, appointment times can be forwarded to you via the app. Your consent is registered in My Hospital and is accessible via your patient record.

If you record measurements such as weight and blood pressure, you can only expect it to be seen by a clinician during a consultation. If you save something in the diary and notes, it is not available to the hospital.

On some occasions you have the opportunity to send messages to the hospital, but if you become acutely ill, contact the department or call 112.

The app is secured with encryption and password. If you don't have code on your phone, don't let the app remember you. The region is not responsible for making data available as a result.
