It doesn't work consistently. Often it'll find a satilite no problem but other times it won't detect anything despite having perfect phone and data service. I need this for work but it isn't as functional as it should be. I use a Samsung s7
New version freezes phone when connected to WiFi. App stops working and must be force closed. The app does work when NOT connected to WiFi and new version of sat finder is a bit of an upgrade. Update: 5 stars new update fixed error when updating modem key.
sat finder does not work, when "it appears to work" the accuracy is way off, now it doesn't even work for connecting to modem for p-n-p, only good thing is the last part of the install for the provisioning takes u straight to viasat w/o having to find an unsecured website, and all the problems that brings
Sat finder is not working, i can not get the point and peak info never ...it keeps buffering few, times work but please fix it ASAP its giving me hard time trying to find the satellite point.
The upgrade took a great app to a tool that is costing me a lot of time. The app is running continuously. It's killing my battery and phone data. FIX IT!
I have to use this every day for work, now when you show up to a job and this thing doesn't work it makes it very tiresome to try to find the satellite, but it works just fine on my buddy's iPhone but not my S9
since the last update the app is not working properly, the sat finder does not work and after I input the modem key it says the modem must be updated in order to connect. Samsung note 5!
was working great last week. now stuck on initializing status on phone, while laptop reads correct. uninstalled and reinstalled still no real tuning data for viasat satellite.
Constant crashes. Unreliable satellite finder function. Do better.
If on-site no signals. Can't open the app. Sad.

When connected to viasat Wi-Fi, mite app will keep crashing. You would think with Viasat tech knowledge they would be able to get this fixed. It goes to show that Viasat could care less about their technicians and productivity. It seems to only be getting worse.
