Total waste. I've made several conplaines about Sewage Blockade, Street lights & Malba but nothing happened in the last 2 months. The Thekedar is giving reasons that he doesn't have machines/ officials aren't listening etc. *And the Excellent part of this app is* "They close every complaint from their end in the promished time even no one's visited and without any correspondence from the Authority."
Evertime I submit a complaint, it gives error saying unable to submit complaint. And gives no further detail on why it is failing.
Dropdown never opens up...issue with the app. So not able to register complains. Not useful app
Totally waste of time..I tried to create the service request however every time getting alert pop up that this can not be submit ..no proper error message..
Bad app otp comes after you lost all hope that it will come. No surprise it is govt app.also if you thinking to lodge a complaint, submit button won't work. Login can only be by gods blessings.
this app does not work at all. i have been trying to submit a complaint since yesterday bt after pressing submit, u see an endless circle and waiting.. Is this intentionaly ?
Not able to file service request. Seems like app is provided to full fill the formalities of department.
Only areas favorable to authority are posted.. there should be an open section for complaints against sports complex etc as well
Updated the app many time it will keep notify to update, still goverment not able to improve the quality of greater Noida authority.

Once password is changed through invest GNIDA then I'm not able to login to my account with old or new password.
Everytime I submit a complaint, it gives error saying unable to submit complaint. I wonder the app developer is sleeping and enjoying his life and getting money for free. GNIDA Says ki online karo , online karo, and the reality is that tthe online app does not work. amazing, Isnt it ?

please do not spend time in this application. i installed this app and requested a service to clean malba at front of my house but they have not respond my request. I requested multiple times but they are not looking for that. Finally i'm going to uninstall this app. Authoritt workimg on paper only not on ground level.
