It's a great app to keep track of my driving skill when I don't notice it myself. They also offer great road assistance for anything that may happen. Mitsubishi is great and really helpful by coming out with this app. I already pass the first reward where I got 10% off any a Mitsubishi Accessory, so the better you drive, the cooler stuff you get in the app. They don't tell my car insurance company about my driving habits, but they do offer car insurance quotes from car insurance company partners.
Installed this app on my wife's phone, wasted ten minutes trying to get it set up, and it somehow disabled the goddamned volume controls on her Mitsubishi's stereo. Uninstalled, and now it works fine. Come on people... Plus it seemed like it wanted to track our driving. Gtfo of here.
I had started using the app not long after I purchased an Outlander Sport, the app worked great, no problems at all. But when the covid-19 tap started the app didnt record my trips. All my car info was gone, I tried to put it back in and it says, try again later?? This is ridiculous please fix this!
This has to be the worst app ever, let alone app for a vehicle. First it isn't synced to your Mitsubishi garage, you have to find out in frustration after reading these reviews, and then you have to re-register and re-enter in all your info including your vin, like everyone has that handy. Second it wants to record mileage to gain points and badges which is so stupid I cant express into words. Like what we all need is another drain on our mobile battery for some stupid mileage tracker that no one uses or cares about. Here is some advice, KEEP IT SIMPLE! Keep road assist just that, don't cram all these other things into road assist app with a tow truck logo. This app alone makes me seriously reconsidering buying another Mitsubishi vehicle ever again. I'll even go as far as to tell people about it, I'm that motivated by hate for it. I wish google would allow negative stars! I read the negative reviews before and thought people were just being too cynical or something, my mistake.
Full of unnecessary features that can be opted out of, but you still get notifications constantly about not having permissions set up to allow those features. I just wanted an app to order road side assistance, I don't need the trip tracking or other battery consuming features
The first time I was frustrated because I couldn't find the battery assist to turn it off for the app. It was buried deep in several places. When I finally figured it out, the app works as advertised. The one thing though was that the app tracked a drive in my daughter's car, and I'm unable to edit that trip out now. I have contacted the developer, awaiting response.
Tried logging in multiple times but it just keeps on telling me credentials are invalid. can log in into website just fine. Useless application. Now my online access is also not working, this is very unfortunate. Cant even reset password, never get the reset password email. So if i ever need, i wont be able to use roadside assist.
Good luck getting access to app. Cant login. The system was nice enough to send me a pw reset link good for 20 minutes but apparently is impatient and expired IMMEDIATELY and wont send me a new one. If the app isnt being managed then it needs to be removed. This is supposed to be a perk of being a Mitsubishi owner but this is an absolutely worthless app.
When I first used it for service, I got a text message with ETA etc. The next two times no texts at all. Nobody can figure out why all of a sudden I'm not getting the texts. Then the app symbol stay at the top of my screen non stop. A shame I must delete the app after service just to get that symbol off my screen
I was so excited that Mitsubishi had its own app that could keep track of my trips. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a few days. Now it only tracks the first 2 min of my driving then stops. I'm deleting the app.
Have used this App for 2 years. Now, I got kicked off and need to re sign in. Won't work. No place to reset the password. Loved the app when working. Now, completely useless!!
POS app. Worked for a while. Forgot password, sent in reset request and it never sends email for reset code. Tried to create new account but it said an account already exists with my email. Contacted customer support and they were worthless. uninstalled the app.
just bought a new outlander sport. i was told to download this app so i did but it does not work at all. keeps saying incorrect cradintial. but i can log into the web version just fine. there needs to be a update soon.
For some reason, it is showing last trip recorded in November 2018. I have tried to update it in settings to no avail. The app was great at first now it's not....
So the first time I had to use it(today) was because last night I slid into a ditch because of the snow. I waited until morning because I had somewhere I could stay that wasn't far away. Within the hour of contacting them through the app, I had a representative contact me and then a tow truck came to pull my car out. It's honestly helpful. Thank you Mitsubishi!
I think Mitsubishi is not serious about this app. Login is practically impossible after setting it up. If one request for password reset, nothing is sent to the email. Since 2018 no update on the app. I wish it's possible to give negative 5 stars rating. That's what the app deserves.
The app notifying me about my battery being low is really annoying. My phone notifies me about that already, I don't need this app notifying me every few minutes as well. I like the app otherwise.
Won't accept my established password. Try to reset password, and I never get the email. I try to re-register, it says the account already exists. Useless app. If you need to use it you are screwed .
Same experience as others on not able to rest password and receive and rest link etc. Also, you are only allowed 1 battery jump start per month. You have to pay out of pocket if you require another jump start.Also something Mitsubishi didn't tell me while scheduling. The provider called me back to tell me.
Be great if I could log in. I got a new phone and cannot log in. I keep trying for the reset link each day but I get nothing. Manage the app
disappointed, it doesnt record trips accurately. i drive 100 miles a day for work and it records 0.22 miles. i havent needed to use it otherwise. im debating on deleting it.
I rather use the older version for road side assistance. I do not need to be track concerning my driving skills, or putting to much of my personal information out there for others to steal. Can the older version still be used?
this would have 5 stars but, every since my galaxy updated I get an error message from the app every 5 seconds... literally, and it is so annoying I have to force stop, plse fix
records every trip but 15 days ago trips stopped showing up on dashboard. app seems pretty useless in current stage.
Terrible. Nothing will register on the leaderboard even though I opted in. I get no scores, no profiles,nothing. It's a waste of space.
Love my car and it's super awesome road assist is an app away. Great coupons wasn't even expecting that. Keep it up mitsubishi!

It's been very helpful with managing my milage for my business. Not to mention the occasional coupons you get.
does not deserve one star. the app does not work. I have installed and uninstalled several times and nothing. called the 888 number and ain't been able to get any help.
Absolute garbage and the support is even worse. I bought an outlander sport 3 years ago and haven't been able to get into this app for over two years. I have reached out to support multiple times and never get a reply. I try to send a password reset link and it never comes through. But if I try to register an account it says my email already has one.
