Very frustrating and useless right from the get go. Signed up using my email and phone number. Got the phone number verified. Did not receive any email from Mitsubishi. Couldnt login as it seems I input the "wrong" details. I already tried forgot password, STILL NO EMAIL. And now I'm gonna end this review with my first sentence. Get this fixed. You have tons of customers complaining already about the issues of this app.
Frustrating! Awful awful app. I do not recommend this at all. If I can give zero stars, I would. Not user friendly at all. My agent mistakenly registered my car to a Guest account and now she cannot unregister the car.
Worthless piece of App! Could not even successfully book a service appointment and ended up as a walk-in customer despite the pandemic.Complained this to the CASA and they even recommended not to use it and just call directly.for the REAL booking. The App is very unstable, freezes very often. It's a waste.of time and effort.
I only started using this and already having issues: - Getting blank screen when attempting to input Address/Postal Code in Personal Data. - Chat option is not working (unable to load after clicking) - Booking for General Repair is not allowed. As it doesn't have any Service Type to choose from. Thus, preventing from adding the Service needed. - PMS should have at least the base range indicated, not just "Will be informed after inspection". Customers are not aware of the price, and having a ange could help in preparing for it.
There are pages that doesn't load like the service/booking history. Design interface is bland and UI could be improved.
This app is useless. I filed a service request but I got approval only after 2 wks. Then I cannot request another service because until now the service data still not updated by casa. Better walk-in or by phone transaction. Update Aug20,2021: Do not use this app. Until now I cannot set service appointment. It's a waste of time to use.
The app used to work before, I was able to book my 1k and 5k PMS through it. Now, I can't book my 10k PMS because the app won't recognize the email address I used in creating my account. I can't even proceed as Guest since it accepts none of the email addresses I give. And to think I recommended this app to other Mitsubishi vehicle owners before. What did the developers do to screw up what was once a functional app?
App is so slow that it doesn't show other dealers. Internet service providers are not the issue. Btw just started to use the app 🙂
Navigation is very difficult. Cannot book for maintenance. Useless apps.

Poorly developed app. It makes you wonder whythey wasted their time and money for an unusable investment.

This app is probably made by toyota or a 5yo kid to keep mitsubishi owners from booking a service schedule.

Abysmal
very frustrating to use, not user friendly. for example, in the home button, it would list different model of cars which are of no use to the user. What a user would expect in the home button is a summary or transaction history of services done to the user's unit. It is quite hard to locate in the app where is your active booking requests. during initial installation, the user will be immediately presented with ads instead of how to use the app or at least an instruction on creating an account.
