Nice to know!You must be a Telenor customer to use the app. If you’re new to Telenor, or recently upgraded your subscription, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill. The Telenor app is free, but any data you use to access the Wi-Fi finder or other functions will be taken from your monthly allowance. Account information isn’t available for business customers.Why do we ask for access to your location?To provide correct rates and additional services when you are abroad. You can also get relevant offers based on your location (for example an event or in a store). Your location also helps you find a Telenor shop near you.You can easily switch this function off/on under the position section found under "settings" on your device.

Telenor literally litters the profile/family pages with "helpful" adverts for their own services constantly. This belongs to the shop page. Except for this it if mostly intuitive, but does not show when it's updating values in the background which sometimes makes you look at the wrong data due to the lag, especially if you are quick and 'just checking'. Also functions that don't work at all (show puk code for family members) should be marked as such. Otherwise the app is ok
Same here.. after the latest update the app keeps crashing several times/day (even if I didn't open it). I just get a popup message that Telenor app crashed. It also made my phone behave kinda weird. It vibrated shortly every 2 minutes without getting any notifications, and it drained out the battery like crazy. I thought it was something wrong with my phone, but it was actually the Telenor app. After I uninstalled the app, everything was back to normal. No weird vibrations, no errors. The app worked just fine before the update. I just uninstalled it.
Crashes multiple times a day, I'll keep spamming reports until they fix it. Lovely design and rather intuitive. If only it worked.
Won't show how much data I have left. Has not worked since I got new phone 18 months ago. Update January 15. '21: Widget still displays "Select subscription" no matter how many times I delete app, restart phone, download app etc.
Why cant they just make it plain and simple? I would like to manage my goodies from my computer. My phone is just an old brick which I use as my router. I have to change my entire plan now. The app wont install since my phone is too old ( not that old), and I am left with nothing.
Has English and dark theme. Overall, you can check your balance and usage. Good app.
App is broken. I can authenticate successfully but then nothing shows up except a white screen. Tried multiple times and cleared cache in between.
Only useful for viewing billing and data details. I can't figure out how to use this app for disabling foreign calls or voicemail.
How do I register as a tourist without a Norwegian birth number?
Telenor ignores us, the issues and does nothing to fix it. Or reply to me and tell me facts thx! Issue is OLD, are you poor or incompetent Telenor? Otherwise fix it!
Data not showing when outside of EU/EEA countries. Earlier versions were good.
The app does not work anymore. When I try to open it, I just get to the website. What's the point of that? At least you can pay with visa card. Helt ubrukelig app, du blir bare sent til Telenor nettsider når du forsøker å opne appen. Vi som har kont kort kan ihvertfall betale med visa kort nå.

After the recent update the app just crashes everytime i try to open it(Huawei P9 lite)
Can't login, used to work some time ago. Default browser is Edge.
App does not work at all, I uninstalled and reinstalled but it doesn't work.
No longer works. Cannot login. Fails to load websites.

I never get the offers promised, it says activate in app n i cannot activate anything.
And would like to see the house and garden and would need a little more time and consideration also
"A network error has occurred" is constantly showing. Cannot see mobile usage. Cannot see invoices. Cannot use "Security services" because of network error.
Nice app when it's not constantly crashing!
The best nettwork in the world with safe security. It means you dont have the trouble with id theft and more. Telenor take good care off the customer they have. And not more expensive rhen the next one.
One of the richest companies and don't have money to make good and working app. Shame...

Very bad info on how to top up pre paid card and just selling of subscriptions and Mobil phones! I'm deleting this app minutes after downloading and just sticking to top ups via normal shops like coop or joker etc
