Another garbage house app that populates expired ads. Too many price discrepancies. I don't get the point of why it sends you to another website. What's the point of this app then other than a waste of time. I got carpal tunnel just trying to naviagte it's useless design. Cool it lets me draw a specific place but then populates it with low quality ads.
The app definitely has the most properties advertised but a lot of the properties are already sold or sold subject to contract. It's great to see so many properties but it's hard to figure out what's already sold. I've been using property search apps for a few months now and properties that I haven't seen for weeks are appearing on mitula.
This is the best app for finding any type of house, be it rented or sale. It has a lot of variety. Everytime you visit it, it has new options ready for you. Just one thing that concerns is that the map takes a lot of time to open up. I therefore use google maps instead to search for the address.
Everytime i go back out of a listing it takes me back to the filter page and reloads it. Super annoying. Also not sure if the listings are up to date or if the contact actually goes through. The first time i signed in i saved a load of listings but now cant even find the option to look at saved listings
An easy app to navigate, but where it differs from other sites /apps is that in most cases it will show a property's true market value, or lost it as being to expensive etc. This is great for potential buyers and may keep some sellers in line with market prices.
Awful app, the select map area feature doesn't work well. The app is clunky and the search criteria is very limited. Half the properties have already sold and no option to filter them out.
Very frustrating. Constant errors, no results. Same as the on-line search functionality. Spews out the same properties time after time. Does not deliver quality content.
Let agreed properties are left on the search for ages after the fact. You should have a filter option to select to avoid having to view properties already let...it's a big waste of time.
What a waste of time.. could find the pictures of even one property.. this app doesnt even apply the required filters. And always directs to other apps for any further information.
This app does not show photos in the initial view of listing when you choose to view photos of listing they are not available to view. The app forces you to contact agent. Poorly designed.
No disrespect, but it's annoying that your sending me houses for sale. I'm not interested in any houses for sale. I want to see houses for rent in my district, not only that when I go to the rental site it's the same houses that's been on your rental site for weeks. Sorry to say, but I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
It's very bad app. Don't waste your time on this app because it requires multiple improvements. It say that poor connection and then the page is not going to up or down so please don't waste your GB on it.
Epic fail app scrap this app waste of time even trying to get a hold of anyone price list is wrong screen can't zoom in etc...Playstore needs 0 star option.
I love the app. It's easily navigated. My only issue is that the 'hometap' listings will not open...it goes to error every time.
HOAX!!!!!! DONT USE THIS APP!!!! thought this app was great until i noticed all the removed contact information for each ad. they want you to download the app but not get the correct info. ive emailed the mitula homes ap contact information to ask why or if they could help and nothing has been done. this app is a hoax. cant give zero stars
Very disgusting app. In filter when i select buy option, it also shows thousands of rental properties. There aren't many options to filter.
I certainly found some good properties in this app though I won't call it an app I've been satisfied with as there is very less detail given about the properties and many irritating ads that I am not happy with this app needs a few improvements
No rental properties listed in 50 km radius. seems to be a high end housing app but that was not clear when I installed this waste of space app on my tablet. Falsely advertised app.
Very bad experience. Everytime while clicking a link it redirects to another page and not showing us owners contact details. Really a waste of time
I never expected this, me and my partner have been looking for places we could afford and we found it really difficult. I wish I'd found this app sooner it's amazing, it's been a huge help
No insult intended, please, my frustration "Same ole Same Ask for rentals and you get Sales, most frustrating. But it's not easy for you with Covid, perhaps after Covid has dropped better all round, yes? I have taken my thinking outside the box, MATULA HOMES, Looking back your amazing, all will be good for us all when Covid put to rest, yes? Good.
Very bad app... no direct property has listed. All are linked with quiker and sulekha. No proper updates. When ever trying fetch any property either it sold or page not get open. Please dont waste your time with this APP
The problem with it is that they show us good houses some with the price others not but no any contacts,now how do someone get details if he or she want to know more on how to pay for it if interested.
Old results are far too common an occurence to have any real confidence that the property is actually available. Found ourselves having to cross check results and still got "We sold that property last year!"
Very helpful and very easy to use this app to make it easier to find a better way for you if you're looking for a place to live in peace and quiet in any part of Australia and I've been trying to find my "forever " home since I have had this amazing opportunity with this app to help me along the way to doing so, but I just haven't seen it yet so I'm still looking for it and I'll let you know when I have found it on this site.
I can look for apartments and houses in my price range and get alerts when something new is available in the state Ummm looking to move to.
I don't like the app can not see inside of homes and some homes listed are way back in 2017 would like to see what is available today or maybe 6 months prior to date ..It is important to see inside home if you are moving from other area
Cannot be used.. I tried to find house to be rented in 4 different areas in Jakarta... The processed has never ended.. I had waited for more than 3 minutes each times. Just such a waste time to download this
Throughout my search I found a lot of options but no one to contact. Truly wasted a lot of my time. Still homeless!
I haven't even book any properties here because: 1. A lot of annoying ads that makes the pictures and information confusing to read. When click photos you get redirected by ads. 2. Most are for students only. 3. Either sold or off market but still shows on the feed. 4. Some infos you are redirected to a link that isn't even working. Conc. Useless app for me, just like the properties listed, this app needs fixing.
