Mix Colors!

Very good idea for a game! This can be used for learning color theory, or kids just learning about mixing colors. The levels aren't particularly tough although I don't think they're ment to be. I have found a few bugs, like the bucket not being the right shape, the spouts overlapping the color on them, and letters being blocked out. I also feel this game can use some sound effects and/or music since it's dead silent. I feel like there should be a free spin or other every few levels. Fun game!

It's a fine game. Fun, simple but nice art, most of the adds are short and easy to skip. But some just make the game unplayable. Literally. I don't know if it's on fault of the game creators or add creators but some of the interactive add literally will not let you back out of them, or if they do it crashes the game. Im tired of having to close the entire game and reopen it because of a select few adds

Definitely in love with the fact its mixing colors which can help artists in a way, but there should be a level look back function to see the colors you cleared in case you saw one you liked and wanted to know its name. Also, the skin selection screen does not show any signs of being able to scroll or move, so that needs to be fixed. Also, an option for some artists, primary color mode so some of us who paint with primary colors can figure out what to mix. Should also show percentage when mixed.

Good idea with mixing colors, but lots of ads. For me it's ok because I can just exit out of them by clicking the home button on my phone, and tapping on the app again. It goes right back to the game if you do it quickly. But I know that doesn't work for everyone. The game can get repetitive, with all the levels being so similar. Skins are fun. Also I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but the spin the wheel only gives me 100 gems, every time! Even though I've spun it plenty of times.

It's a fun game. Only issue is that there are too many ads! For me its only been ads for the cat game. There are literally ads after every single stage. This is some advice from someone who has taken a HCI class, try to trim down on the ads, it can cause your users to become frustrated and not continue to play the game thus causing a decrease in revenue. There needs to be a balance. I also feel the game needs some sort of objective.

Everything about the game is good, but the amount of ads is horrendous. After ever single level, you get an ad. The game forces you to spin a wheel, but to spin you have to watch an ad. To skip a level, you have to watch an ad. I understand needing to make money, but the enjoyment of your game should come first. I probably had about 10-15 ads when completing levels 1 through 8 within 9 minutes or so. The ads just make the game unenjoyable and annoying.

The game is actually really fun if you like a challenge. I would of given it a higher score if it wasnt so laggy. There are too many adds, its ridiculous. You have to watch an add after each mini level and to spin the wheel. The paint takes too long to dispence and its kinda hard to get a certain amount of paint to get that shade of colour you need to pass the level

While the game is simple and easy to play, there is a glaring amount of ads, almost after every level one pops up, there's optional ads to spin a wheel or open a chest (with the no thanks option showing up after a few seconds) and some skins that are locked not behind one ad, but up to three. There's no point in having so many ads, it just makes the game look worse than it is.

Amazing! Although the three-star review and the complaints about "too many ads", I bought the game and I loved it!! Having an Android, I had barely any ads and when I did have them, they were very brief. The colors are beautiful and unique, and the game can be challenging! The intro is a little laggy, but everything else runs smoothly. Highly suggest, especially for people who are artsy-fartsy like me :)

Sadly, it gets kinda boring very quick. There's no challenge to this game? You can hit "okay" as much as you want, there's no change in the minimum amount of color, and the most "challenging" one with color pouring out suddenly can be finished in seconds. Ads after every level is annoying, and there's nothing new the further you go. Feel like it could be a good game with more challenges and level variation.

Decent game, not great though.There was very little challenge to the game like I had hoped, I got almost every color first try and when I failed I easily corrected it. Not bad necessarily, but when a game is advertised as difficult and doesn't live up to it it's disappointing. The ads were what really tanked this game for me, I could barely play it with ads coming at me from every angle. I understand having ads, but this was going way too far and discouraged me from even playing.

I like the idea of a color mixing name, but it's clear this was made for ad sales with gameplay as an afterthought. There's no reward for getting it right on your first try. No penalty for testing your answer a bunch of times. No difficulty settings. No challenge. And ENTIRELY. TOO. MANY. ADS. Watch an ad to collect a bonus item or skip a level is fine, but also just beating a level forces you to watch 1-2 ads. Looking at your collected items or opening settings, more ads. Uninstalling.

This game is very nice. It lets you create different colors with the original colors they give to you. I only rate four stars, 1. Because I have not played much of the game 2. Because it needs to be more challenging, and 3. There are excessive ads, but that is understadebale for most free apps to support themselves. Overall very good game and concept.

I love the game but it crashes every few minutes. Esp when going to and coming from the ads. Being forced to watch an ad for a skin I don't care about just to have to quit and reload the game 3-5 times makes this groovy game not worth it. Add that it also crashes during game play... Yeah. Not worth it. Great idea though. I'm okay with a few ads, especially for bonus things like skipping a levels or to collect more points, but most of these ads are really long and they are constant.

Real fun game and is great for those who mix paint irl... except for the constant barrage of ads, its every other level you get an ad, ontop of the constant string if ads playing at the bottom of the screen. And there is no way to disable them. The developers should actually read through the comments and see that people are uninstalling their game because if the ads, the ad bar at the bottom of the screen its fine, but a 30 second ad after every single level is too much.

The game is fun for the first 5 levels.. after that is way to repetitive. There's a sure fire way to beat each level so i wouldn't consider it close to a challenge. just add a lot of one color.. then slowly add the second color checking if it's right over and over. Guaranteed to win every level without overflow. THE MAIN PROBLEM - After EVERY level. right? There's an ad. there is an ad after every level.. it makes it so I'm watching ads more then playing the actual game. it's another cash grab

Fun idea, but I could not hit "claim" on special prizes I supposedly earned, so got the minimum rewards. Also could not "watch ad to skip" when it was offered. I got stuck on level 44 when it provides a color, but then you use two other colors to mix to match. However, no matter how much I tried, by the time I got to the required "fill line", I needed more of the color they provided, but no more was provided. Not going to waste my time.

Too many ads. The ads between every other round are bad enough, but the 'bonus' ads that you have to wait to skip are even worse. The game itself looks nice and is fun, mostly, however, you're mixing colors on a colored background, while the color you need to match is on a white background. This can make it very hard to get the colors matched correctly, as the background influences the color you see greatly. Not sure if this was intentional.

Should be called "Ad Watcher" or "Revenue Ploy". The concept is clever, and the actual gameplay is simple yet fun. However, the ratio of actual gameplay to the amount of gratuitous advertising is unreal. If being forced to watch an ad after EVERY level wasn't enough for the developers, they included advertising on the bottom of the screen as well to fully capitalize on ad revenue. I'm surprised there isn't pop-up ads when the app isn't running and microtransactions; Perhaps in a future update?

I don't mind the ads or anything, but as an artist I'd personally like either the ability to replay levels as a reference for actually mixing these colors, or for just all colors to be added to collection and not just the cute ones. I get it's a game, but this can also be a great tool for anyone learning if it's tweaked just a little bit.

The other reviewers are correct: 1. You spend more time watching ads than playing the game! There are 30 sec ads between every level and if there is a bonus prize there are TWO ads between levels. 2. Some colors are accepted if you are anywhere in the ballpark and others are ridiculously precise. The first 12 levels were doable and even enjoyable, but not worth 6+ minutes of ads.

Ads crash the game about every other level. No just the game but actually freeze my phone. The game itself isn't so bad except for the constant pop ups for special prizes if you watch an ad. I also found the design too busy with lots of buttons and information and, the worst part, flashing arrows telling you the start the game (as if you haven't figured this out by level 7). Could be a good game with ads that don't crash and a more minimalist interface. As it is, I'm uninstalling.

Too hard. It looks like a lot of fun and has some good potential, but you have to be really good at mixing colors to play and I mean like really good. I feel it could be better if it would tell you whether your paint is too light or too dark compared to the one it wants instead of just saying miss all the time. You also can't add just a small drop at a time, it's either a lot or none which will throw your color off dramatically

It's a good game... But not a 5 star game. First of all it has too many ads! Which is annoying. But you can either out your phone on airplane mode or just turn off your wifi. And the other thing I have been experiencing is that it closes and opens Google Play without any warning. Other than that this is a great game!

The concept itself is really good, however it feels as if it hasnt been finished. Like key aspects that make games fun to play havent been implemented. Easy exit buttons for example, or a menu for the game, and when you watch ads to get the chest, it doesnt register that you've done so. Overall, im more dissapointed then anything :/

Really great idea and the first level was fun! That's where the greatness ends, however. After I completed the first level... I couldn't do anything. No buttons would work, couldn't tap anything, it was like it was frozen.. except that the "watch ad" part. That worked.. so y'know.. "yay". Please fix it.. seems like a fun idea.

The game itself is fun, but there's an add between every individual game (which lasts less than a minute), there's adds when you go to different screens on the menu. And anytime you reach a bonus level, or get a prize, you have to watch an add to open it. Shameless cash grab.

Fantastic game. Fun and different from other games. Way too many ads. I don't mind playing an ad for extras/bonuses but an ad after almost every level is a bit too much. Would be willing to rate much higher if there were less ads or an option to purchase ad free.

The games boring and it lags horribly. I usually don't give out bad ratings but I can't see who the game how such low but high ratings for all the game does. I got the color 👌 but the game said miss over and over. I even took a screen shot of both mine and the games colors and out them in a drawing app and the colors were pretty much the same. This game frustrated me and I don't see the need to keep playing

In all honesty I really, really wanted to enjoy this game. The gameplay is fine, it's a good relaxing color blender which would actually be an enjoyment to play. But as other reviews stated, unless you keep wifi/data off the ads end up getting ridiculous and there isn't any sort of "pay x amount to remove ads" which tbh I would probably do for this sort of relaxing game. But since the constant ads actually end up causing an endless loop of ad > popup store > ad store, it ruins the fun.
