The contunual having to log out and login again is a deal breaker. Login issues are more complicated by not being able to see your password entry and login may fail because of an issue with internet. You fail 3times and your profile is locked until the office is open agaim.it would be nice if the keep me logged in functionality was still available. For security concerns if you lose your phone you can always get your profile blocked. The AI camera incident footage does not play on this platform.
Now that it can veiw mix vision clips its 95% done. Remaining bugs are that it can take 3 tries to get the correct vehicle loaded when selected (about 1 in 15 attempts). And lacks a button in settings to flush the cache to download added vehicle images or edited descriptions/ regos
I have a log in problem whereby it says " we have encountered the log in error, try calling support"
Disgraceful is the only way to describe it. It's like it came from 30 years ago. Interface is disgusting, extremely unintuitive. I'm sure the companies that use it pay top dollar but not worth a cent
Great app, but why do I have to select assets everytime I open the app for use. No option to "select all", imagine if a company has 300 assets, selecting them one by one is tedious and annoying. Is there an option to save selected assets to avoid reselecting again whenever i want to use the app?.
One has to click on a vehicle several times before it is selected. The previously selected vehicle keeps on coming up
Hi Support, Everytime I open the app, Ibhave to reselect the organization and all vehicles. Why isnin not being saved? When will a fix be released? Im ising a Huawei Mate 20 Pro device. I have done the update to 20.4.6, but the problem still persists

Very slow, continually crashes. The old MiX app was way better than this. Searching for a vehicle can take several minutes (including on wifi)
I am currently working at Hestony transport? If I download this app will I be able to see my trucks from home?
Thanks fixed the issue with where the vehicle shows on the map. The app now works like a charm, exactly what you want from it. Problem now lays with battery usage. Drains battery if app is opened and in the background..

Often Frustrating. They're is no user manual to explain what the different icons on screen are for. Some it just seems are there so there is something to touch with no discernible use other than to highlight that the button is pushed. I've searched online for a legend to no avail. I have added employees to my company/department, but they don't show up when I go to select them as drivers to display unless I uninstall/reinstall the app. They are in my web interface, why not the app? Aggravating!
