MixPad Music Mixer Free

I use Mixpad for the edit features. I output mostly to mp3 and wave in 44.1khz. If it lags, I save project and restart, then it's fast. The app has more features than I use. It lets me sculpt complex songs with over 50 clips/regions sequenced for the final export. Grouping and ungrouping, and timeline looper are big helps. It takes precision touch to grab handles, and patience to learn what the app can do, but i think it's worth it. I've used it to make over 100 songs. Thanks to devs!

Unfortunately, this application cannot store its data on an SD card, so it hogs far too much space on my already crowded phone. It seemed to be working well, but I noticed the space hogging it did caused my Mucrosoft Launcher to uninstall, and it caused several of my favorite applications to disappear because of that. If the developers could make the data storage for the software to be moved to an SD card, I could probably use this software, but I had to uninstall it.

Seems to work very well over all! I think reading the manual is a must and it's still not that beginner friendly, but the real issue for me is that when you are in the effect editor the effect setting window is way too small so only 2-3 sliders are visible and it's a pain to scroll (both vertically and horizontally). I don't think that would be hard to fix.

Very progressive apps, intuitive, man, let's keep these guys in business, for work well done. Just a few personal issues I had with the app, but well done. Give the guy a noble for good touch screen apps, but I noticed that unless you have a paid version, files get corrupted, not sure what is happening there and so on. B.

It's hard to believe you can have such a powerful audio editor and mixer on your phone. It is indeed Audacity on your cell phone! Kudos to the developers! One humble suggestion/question: would it be possible to add an icon for zooming in horizontally, and another one for zooming out horizontally? Thanks! and keep up the good work.

I can only give it 3 stars. Because editing is very hectic here. I can add fade points easily but there is no option to delete it. I saw the instructions to delete. But could not find the option. I think the help instructions are outdated. Also horizontal scrolling is too difficult. Please fix it. Otherwise the application could be much better to use.

It has an impressive array of editing capabilities, but there is no audio input. Other apps have input. The manual only says if the meter doesn't move, then your input devices are not set up correctly- but the app has no option to set up input devices anywhere.

The app's functionality is awesome. The appearance is outdated, but it gives the user flexibility and control when creating audio and music projects. I have limited experience with audio and video editing so the interface seemed pretty intuitive. The ads are hardly noticeable.

as a veteran of mixpad using it for over 15 years on pc, this is mind blowingly sad to use, why is it that everytime i boot mixpad up it has a add on the bottom of the screen blocking every button i need to use. ( record, rewind,play, ect ) it crashes a ungodly amount of times just cutting clips and using it in general, making it less then enjoyable even to use, the word "use" is used in this review alot because it is hard to use it. lol.... i paid for everything in app, and still get adds

great concept terrible excecution, this app crashes at randon, does not auto save. doe not always open up. hard to navigate at times. glitches all of the time. freezes up at random. however, its still a great concept and is amazing when its working.

Complete garbage. Controls are unintuitive. Despite lots of familiarity with audio looping software, I had no idea how to play back and record at the same time. App kept randomly locking and then my progress would be lost. Don't waste your time.

Idk, feels like they took a desktop website and slapped it into a phone app. Its functional and everything i need but a nightmare to use on my tiny phone screen. So its a little un-mobile-user-friendly.

Not very easy to use. Not for an android and I saved my project and it saved in multiple weird files that I can't open! Its free and I was able to download my file thankfully but it didn't save my project. All work lost. Not the best in my opinion.

Before the update the app was very good. But now it's useless after being updated. When I record the voice audio with a beat. The bet goes after the audio. Plz fix this small issues.

My number 1 wish for this app is that there be a way to enter a key into the app for the PC version purchased and installed on PC. That way when using the mobile version you can access song projects that are saved on the PC directly from your mobile device. Instead they make you purchase or download a version/copy where none of this is possible. Maybe someone could help me with this. Thank you.

its so hard to use! i try and move it, it resizes or something, and when i try to UN resize or something like that, it just disapears. when i find it again, then everything is bad. its all scrambled up, and when i try and copy and paste, then it keeps selecting different parts so i paste there, and then when i finally get it in place, it says its not responding. this app is STUPID. i recomond this reader to NOT install. geez..

Long time, avid user. I could use some tutorials on mixing but for the most part, this app has allowed me to hone and perfect my craft to my current point in life. I heavily appreciate the due service and I do plan to continue using the app. Through every update and maintenance. Godspeed.
