Mixtiles

Not good. It took me 3 different times the 1st time I ordered before they actually could get my pictures loaded correctly. When i got them. Theu looked beautiful! . Then the 2nd time......this would 5 times, that I have had to reorder because something went wrong on their end. I won't receive my 2nd order because they can't seem to either fix whatever is wrong on their end or help me with what I may be doing wrong on mine. I even un-installled and re-installed the app and still nothing.

These are just what I've been looking for...a way to hang my photos without damaging my walls. I've been doing photography for over 40 years & I was very impressed with the quality & customer service. Emails were answered in a matter of hours, not days & they follow up to ensure your satisfaction. I had a problem with the way 2 photos were formatted (probably my error) and they immediately gave me a coupon code to replace them with free shipping. I wish there were more size choices!

They have great customer support. I've been a returning customer. I had a problem with the adhesives since i bought the mixtiles wayback 2018 and i've moved to different apartment twice already. The customer support i talked to was so friendly and accommodating. Just need to improve the app i guess. Maybe you can add some basic editing functions in the app coz i had a hard time fitting my landscape pictures into the square tiles. I have to use a third party app doing this simple editing.

The tiles are awesome, but the app does not work well for Android. Every time I try to use a promo code in the app it says it doesn't exist (I've done this 4x over the past year and a half). I always have to use a browser, which is less user friendly than the app. I would love to see an upgrade to make the app work correctly for Android devices. I've bought probably 40 tiles by now and love them, but would probably buy even more if it was more user friendly.

Mixtiles was so easy to use. I was able to quickly add my photo, adjust cropping when necessary and ordered. I was very impressed with the photo quality. The foam back makes them very sturdy but they weigh almost nothing. The lightweight design makes it easy to maneuver and hang them. I figured out my design on the floor before hanging them up which allowed me to rearrange them quickly. My photo wall looks amazing and i love looking at it everytime I go by.

Great concept, quality and service. I downloaded the app, selected my picture and ordered. The whole thing took about 4 clicks. The picture was with me in less than a week. The resolution checker is a great feature of the app - it will tell you if your picture is likely to come out blurry. The after-purchase service is also superb - proactive and really friendly. Highly recommend!

Not bad. Very simple to order and fast processing time. Many people complain about price, but I would say they are priced very well of you're ordering a larger number of prints (12+). If only ordering 3 prints, then it's a rip-off. Black & White prints are absolutely terrible quality so avoid those. Customer service was very good, they gave me credit to get different prints to replace the B/W ones.

I wouldn't know if this is a great service because I couldn't get past the payment portal. It was very obvious that my email correspondence on the payment issues were being responded to by bots. It would have been nice to be able to communicate with an actual person. Additionally, though there were some nice features of trying to find photos to print on my phone, like greying out ones that were to lo res, overall the experience of the app curating my photos from my phone was not simple and as easy as it could be.

I love that it holds onto my photo choices, it took me about a week to decide on which photos to use and the app kept those selections for me so I didn't have to do them all at once. It also grayed out photos that would come out low quality and let me know that if I chose them, but I still could have chosen them if I wanted. I had a great experience choosing my photos, the app is very intuitive and easy to use, and the interface is very clean and nice.

I placed my very first order a year ago. you have tripled in cost since then, and I have to select the same edging on all 3 photos. How's that for options?! If I wasn't happy with how my first tiles turned out, I would not be ordering again. Hopefully these turn out just as well and that you will offer some loyalty discount because Walgreens is looking as a much better option in the future!!

Easy way to get prints of your photos. Some may think the limited choice (to be exact, currently only one choice) is limiting. But I see it more as an enabler - your only focus is the framing of the photos and, later, the endless ways to rearrange the collage on your wall at home. Also, great customer support that actually does help you! =)

I love mixtiles. They have the hands down best customer service ive ever had the pleasure of contacting. The app is easy to navigate and the photos come out clean. the only thing id say is keep the sticky surface as clean as you can. Mine got link and stuff on them when we evacuated for Hurricane Florence and kept falling off the way. Purely a failure on my part but a lesson learned.

App was easy to use and the tiles came, looked great, and were easy to apply to the wall. The problem is that they do not come down easily. When we moved these tiles took not just the paint but also the plaster down with it in several spots! I now have a very big expense of repairing dozens of holes in the wall and repainting. So disappointed, especially since I chose these for the advertised feature that they won't damage the wall.

I had to organise the photos I wanted to use into a preset album on my phone so I could easily find them. The app greyed out the photos that weren't good enough quality which was really helpful. I selected all the photos I wanted and then I had a chance to check each one. It was really simple and quick to adjust by selecting adjust and zooming in or out and moving the photo around until I had the part I wanted in the square box. Easy! Withholding 1 star until I receive and see the quality

Repeat Customer Here! This is my 3rd or 4th order w/ Mixtiles; my 1st since they've introduced the various frames. I like that I'm able to choose photos from so many different sources. I also appreciate having the ability to adjust the selected pics (zoom in, zoom out, shift up), to get the image just right. The checkout process is quick and easy and I appreciate having the option to edit my order all the way to the end. The turn around time is quick, and the final product is superb.

The simplicity was nice but it left me missing some features. I would have liked to be able to apply filters it edit light settings in my photos on the app as opposed to outside the app. The biggest issue though was that it didn't pull photos from my Google photos which is where I store everything. I had to look through my photos then download them then get them. I really like the grande options everything I could wanted. Pricing is a little higher than I expected.

Easy to navigate and adds weren't intrusive. Didn't even notice any to be honest. I've seen how these come out. My son has them on his wall and they were fantastic! They were clear and the color was amazing! He gave me a gift card and I Couldn't wait to order mine! I love how easy the entire process was! The hardest part for me was picking out my pictures! I definitely recommend if you want a hassle free way to display your favorite photos!

This app was so easy to use and everything worked the first time. I spent HOURS uploading pics and it never messed up. It's very basic and straightforward in terms of editing tools so make any changes before you upload. I can't wait until my family member sees what I created for them with the help of mixtiles! Most of all, it is set to arrive withing 4 days...that's a major plus!

First time using mixtiles, I like the app and how simple it is to use. It is a bit pricey but I did order 5 tiles. If they are good quality i will be very happy with the price. I gave 4 starts because i seen somewhere the first 3 tiles were $12 and each additional one was $9 but at checkout they were all priced at $12 each. I went back to find a promo code for that deal and couldn't find it. I ended up paying $60 for 5 tiles. Like i said, if they are good quality, I'll be ok with paying it.

The delivery times are a bit long. Really wanted these prints for a Christmas gift but only arrive 2nd Jan. Ordered today. So I'm quite sad about that as I'll obviously only be able to give the gift after Xmas.. 😓 Otherwise the app is easy and clear. Nice design, good price. Other size options would be good too but not massively important. I was also expecting to be able to do some basic photo adjustments but had to do it out of the app. Just a suggestion for later updates. Overall I like it if I wasn't in a rush.

Easy to use. Received the pictures and they look great - very good resolution. The customer service team was very proactive. Two suggestions- somehow let the postal service know it's ok to leave the package at the door ( it took 3 extra days to get it), and consider lowering the price. This was fun to use, but $50 for three pictures is pretty expensive compared to Walmart and other options.

I placed my first order, and accidentally place it three times. customer service was very quick to respond, and correct my mistake. I received my order on December 24th..... I was told it would arrive on January 4th. I could not be more happy with my photos! They look great, and arrived so quickly. I plan on placing my next order very soon. I love this app!!!!

Their cropping/edit options are extremely limited. If I wanted a wide shot, a whole body picture, I couldn't because it zooms in too much and I end up with headshots only. If I want a wide picture, it doesn't edit out background like other people or I have to edit so I lose part of the person I am trying to capture. If they had crop option like on phones, they would get more customers. I wanted to buy more tiles but it keeps cropping off parts I want to keep or leaves parts I don't want.

I've ordered a total of 33 tiles over three years. They make beautiful, simple reproductions for my art. The detail and colors blew me away when I received my first order and my most recent was just as excellent. The customer service is excellent and so fast! They even replaced a tile I messed up for no charge. It's 1 am and it took about 5 or 10 minutes from me emailing them to submitting the order. Can't recommend this company enough.

Very easy to use and select photos. I would have given 5 stars but the app only lets me select one type of frame for the whole order. I wanted 4 pictures and each one (because they were going to different people) to have a different frame. So I had to make 4 separate purchases rather than just one.

Cancelled my first attempt to order at the end after spending over an hour selecting photos. I also had trouble getting photos. For some reason the app didnt pull everything from Google photos, there were blank months. So I had to email myself the photos from Google photos so that I could load them on my phone. Hoping they look great when they arrive.

Edited Disappointed it did not let me put in my discount code and end up paying $20 more than I should have. Mixtiles customer service did respond to me eventually and they credited my account. Was very pleased in the end with that. One small thing bothered me there were two pictures that were blurry so next time I will make sure to send them pictures that are absolutely not blurry. I wish they would have notified me that they were not going to look good. The rest of them look really cool.

I love it. There were quite a few photos which I was told had poor resolution which surprised me. I chose them anyway and took a chance. I would have also liked to order more than one of certain photos. I think I will need to go back on to order more I will be interested to see the quality as others o know have been terrific. And different sizes someday would be great.
