The App is user friendly & makes transactions very easy irrespective of distance. I think the system can be upgraded from time to time
I refuse to give 5 stars because you do not have a debit card. But honestly the app is good and happy for you guys going on degital. Please try all possible means to get a debit card provided t your customers. I will really love to see that happen. Thanks for the app

Why people who are outside sierra leone cannot access banking in sierra leone and even to access their account and also this cannot allowed you to create account is only asking for user id and password at least there should option of sign in or sign out or also create an account but this is so boring try to update it to internation standerd please
one can't even enrol. I have been trying since. l cannot delete the name on the field to type in my name. I think it should be left blank so that someone would be able to enter his/her name.

it was absolutly wicked services
App worked before. But for the past 3 weeks, when I try to log in, it hangs at the authentication screen and after like a minute, the app displays a 'no response' message. Disappointing
