It's Austrians trying their best to compete in services with apps like Deliveroo; the app works, you can order. However, if you get the wrong thing delivered don't expect any support. If you click the order and try to get something fixed, there are no options. It just says delivered.

I really want to like this app but the UX is terrible. Strange colour scheme. No way to easily understand which restaurants are currently available. Cannot mark restourants as favourite from the last order. 90% of menu entries do not have pictures. There are no multi-language options to translate the menu too. It's just frustrating to use once start using it a few times a week.

The app decides to just not work even though its updated. I can see restaurants bit when i tap on them to open so i can order, i just get the "something went wrong" then the button to "try again". Nothing happens and nothing changes. Its very annoying. Please fix this issue.

Absolute disgrace of an app. No alerts of when the delivery is on its way to you or if it has arrived. No contact from delivery personal. Delivery guy forgot half the order. By the time it was realised delivery guy was gone. No way of contacting him or even having the ability to contact customer services about it. I've ordered twice from this app, both times the app did not work properly. Will not be ordering from it again. Do not used mjam.

How is it possible that this app turned ordering food into the most difficult and complex UX journey ever? Let's say I want to reorder food from a restaurant. I don't see it on the home screen, because it's too far back. Okay, I go to the history, I see it, click on it. It doesn't take me to the restaurant page or to the menu, but I can click reorder. It still doesn't take me to the menu, but offers me only to reorder the same food I ordered last time. Can't uncheck everything, doesn't work.

I ordered food for 2 people at 9PM. An hour later the order was marked as delivered but neither the driver nor the food were anywhere. I texted support 20 minutes later who told me to wait another 20 mins instead of investigating anything. I texted them again then and they told me the driver wasn't able to contact me even though the phone number and door number I gave them were correct. While I did get my money back the only compensation they offered was a 5 euro voucher.

This is the worst food delivery experience you can possibly get. Food is marked as delivered before it actually arrives. Pictures of the restaurant do not need to be from the restaurant. Ratings are not trustworthy. Customer service is slow. Delivery time is never accurate. Altogether terrible

No place to register complaints against your orders. Inefficient and incompetent application, should there be any delay or cancellation you have no place to notify. Really bad app.

Please, update your app in English too! Vienna is way too international not to have English as an option. Also, it is not clearly visible or trackable, very poorly made. But good job for lovely drivers that never mess up and are doing their best ♡

The app itself works great. On the other hand, the guys running this business should also check on the quality of products delivered by the restaurants . Many times I had the feeling I'm throwing my money away since I trust the images and descriptions in your app. For this, would have been only 2 stars. The third is because I hope things will change . Enjoy your meal !

They always lie about how long it will take the food to arrive. They blame it on the restaurants, but after so many years they should have made some progress in this are. Plus its impossible to get any help from them

"i'll never buy from mjam again" I ordered the food at night as it was in the app, it should come after 55m but only after the successful payment I was shown that it would arrive tomorrow at 1pm. There is the option to cancel an order but it didn't work. The money just gone ... Embarrassing! "I take every opportunity, here and everywhere, to share my bad experience and my dissatisfaction with this program"

After a long 12h drive, I got to my hotel in Vienna and since I was quite tired, I decided to order something from VAPIANO Wien Mariahilfer Straße. I ordered at 21.14 and when I did not get my food by 22.10, I contacted the support team. They did not have a rider available and it took another hour, BEFORE THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER. I don't recommend this app/ service to anyone. It's not reliable. Customer Service is 0. Even more, the first agent that I was connected with LIED by confirming that the RIDER has picked the order and it's on it's way to me. • mjam Kundenservice 22:34 okay so I have great news :)) The Rider is at Vapiano and should be with you in about 10mins :)) ME - 22:37 Thanks - But in the app, I don't see that the order has been picked up. Mostly using this due to a lack of alternatives. Design and usability is good. The sort does not seem to work (e.g. For distance) and what drives me absolutely mad is that I get the notification that the selected place does not deliver to my address after (!) I chose a complete menu. Just don't show me the restaurant. You know my Adress in advance. I'd even accept longer loading times, if this takes longer to compute. Again. Drives me mad. Destroys the experience 100%

The most recent update is hot garbage. The interface is one of the worst I've ever seen. The different options are all over the place. Gone is the neat hub where you've had everything in one place. There is no option to change the app into dark mode. The combination of bright green and white really hurts my eyes. Using the app gives me headaches be it from the colouring and/or the ui mess. Btw the delivery fee also increased from 1,90 to 2,90€ (Vienna). The app deserves 0 stars.

So, I originally rated the app 5 stars because it was good. And then they updated it, which seems to have mostly consisted of removing a lot of features like being able to sort restaurants as well as all the basic readability. It is also obnoxiously bright and there seems to be no dark mode. Oh, and it has deleted my entire order history and favorites. It also froze on first opening just to be ever so slightly more dogs**t. Guess I'll finally switch back to Lieferando. It's a real shame.

Horrible UI, and seems to get worse with every update. For example, stores that don't even deliver to your selected address are still available until you try to checkout, which caused me to waste 10 minutes choosing food. For tipping you need to do a separate transaction which doesn't even support the same payment providers as the original payment, heavily discouraging tipping at all. Group orders used to work great 2 years ago but have become a complete clusterf*** since. Don't recommend.

When I order at my go to restos, it works fine because I only have to click on 'order again' . Buuut as soon as I wany to place a new order this updated version just constantly lags and I feel like calling the restaurant would have been so much easier. Scrolling is slow, then you can't really go back and forth. Worst scenario was that my carefully prepared order changed the delivery address when I clicked order?!?! Really bad experience!

Ordering with this app was the most miserable experience I had in a long time. A bug gave me the wrong order and then when the operator gave me a voucher to make up for it, the voucher disappeared in thin air. I spent 1 hour and a half to order a damn burrito. Customer service is good at least, and they solved the problem, but the app is hot garbage. Use lieferando instead!

New design is awful and hard to navigate. No dark mode, food list in restaurants are weirdly grouped to the point you cant find certain thing anymore. Filter in my opinion has TOO MANY options, it just overwhelms you and makes it less simple to use. Unable to reset the filter you set up. You have to manually remove them one by one. Not sure who had the idea for this new UI but its atrocious to call it with one word. Probably not going to use the app until the UI is finetuned and a lot better

Why would you remove perfectly good features? You used to be able to go to the restaurant from your order history. For some reason that is not possible anymore and trying to find a restaurant I have previously ordered at has become frustrating to impossible, because the search function is even worse than the one in the windows start menu.

Not satisfied. A few technical/UI issues. Somehow I miss foodora, their app was more stable and the service was excelent. For a while mjam was working fine but today it was not possible to order. The app kept crashing for a while, then after choosing my items I got the message that delivery was not possible (kind of the main semantic goals of this app), then my account seemed to have been deleted and the app offered the chance to register (again?)... Check again your design/interaction values!

From best to worst app in 1 update I don't know where to start. You can order again but cannot get to the menu- only order the same exact thing you ordered before. You can't click on any restaurants from previous orders.... you cannot see who is delivering vs who has pickup (maybe there is a glitch)? Favorites isn't working. I don't know what happened... how anyone can make an app less usable. The fees are no longer clear. The font for the menu is so terrible- what an eyesore.
