In order to sign up for rewards you had to have the app or go at sight. I tried the app. It would not allow me to sign up for rewards as stated. It requested a rewards card. I now see why it is 3 stars👎👎👎
App stopped working and now tells me there are no showtimes for any show at my local MJR. When i go to their website, everything shows up as normal. App has become completely useless.
for some reason i can't find the MJR in Southgate MI on the app anymore. i have to get tickets through my browser. kinda defeats the point of having the app if i can't find my local theater on it.
someone broke the app. I used it plenty of times before to buy tickets. Now you can't do anything. It used to be a five star but not until they fix it. Not even worth downloading.
used to work great, my app hasn't updated since 2017 but suddenly no longer works for Southgate....please fix this!
this app used to let me get my theater on it Southgate now it won't even pull up movie information I have to go to the website maybe they don't want my business never had a problem until they update app
Ever since the new update. I'm not able to choose the date and time of the move that I want to see. The app won't even load anymore.
it used to be 5* app. you could buy tickets, pick seats, see rewards. now I cant do anything. PLEASE FIX
Whenever I open it, I'm told there are no cinemas around me. When told to try other ways in finding cinemas, it still doesn't work.
junk after the latest update doesn't show my local theater..can't purchase tickets either..please fix or I'll be going to AMC from now on!
The description only shows one theater and when you try to search for another it doesn't come up

used to work great now i cant even pick my seat on the site and my movie theater isnt available on this app i have to download a new app to find my movie theater. so stupid
this app is useless -10 stars says i have to download a new mjr app but thats just for apple phones cant even look up movies
with the new update I had to uninstall it and then reinstall. Works great for me
I enjoy being able to find out what is playing while I'm dining with friends and picking a movie together.
I loved the app but it won't pull up the theater I go to in westland mich dont know what else to do but uninstall the app....
Don't forget your password as they make u delete you payment info which also removes your earned rewards. Rippoff.
my theater's have been removed from this app and I can't access the new app
map fails to work and no longer shows the theater near me. Guess I'll go to Emagine instead.

Have the app, and it had been working great. However now MJR has a bug warning when you sign in and when I went to the theater yesterday the employees scanned my membership when I purchased tickets at the front and concession, but my rewards points are not showing. Spent over 45.00 and now I wont get my reward earned because the purchases are showing.
