mKDR - mobilna Karta Dużej Rodziny

Large Family Card now on your smartphone.

The Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy has prepared in cooperation with the Polish Security Printing Works SA mKDR application, where you can view your card Large Family.
If you are a parent, you can also have access to their entire family of cards.

Just fill out the request on https://empatia.mpips.gov.pl to gain access to the card.
Submission of the application is necessary - even if you already have a plastic card Large Family.

If you have previously made credit cards deposit request for other benefits through the platform https://empatia.mpips.gov.pl and family members entered the data in your account, they will be a predicted in completing the application for a Large Family Card.

You can also submit a request in the commune office competent for the place of residence.
After examining the request, you'll get an email with the login and password of an SMS.
