Through this Application, the residents of Kerala can pay KSEB and KWA bills, access old payment history, bill details, meter readings etc; The Calicut University challans for various purposes can also be paid through the application. The citizens can also access services LSGD to download Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage Certificates etc.
The various services of revenue department such as applying for caste certificate, Destitute certificate, Life certificate, Income Certificate, Inter-caste Marriage Certificate, Minority Certificate, Solvency Certificate etc amounting to a total of 24 certificate services can also be accessed by citizens through this application.
Apart from this, various other departments services from Motor Vehicle Department, Tourism Department, Postal Department, Lottery Department, Police Department, Meteorological Department, Welfare Fund Board etc are also incorporated into mKeralam.

The app fails to register the user even. It just keeps you waiting as if its processing and then throws up an error message on the screen. Needs to be fixed asap, no use in just declaring an app has been launched, when it does not work.
This app is good for nothing! Just a waste of time. You cannot upload your documents, cannot take print/print preview , but grab money from your valet- that you are not you are not going to get it back.Soon after the initial step you will be asked to pay the required amount, but then onward you cannot proceed. Once you become a registered user, you cannot use the same for another person in the same system. People behind this app have ideas but no knowledge . They don't know how make it executable. Its a shame on our IT department.
Couldn't even register with the application. Tried the official revenue services website as well for payment of land tax, but failed. The pdf available aa tutorial in the official website is useless. It asks for subdivision number which ain't available (or something I don't know) in the previous land tax receipt. They could've added a detailed tutorial. And the plight with this app is miserable as well. Kudos to the Keral govt's technical team. 😐
What kind of app is this. I think someone is learning to make an android app like this. How many times i had tried to assign my password but all my attempts were in vain. It is showing that, need to choose a password with alphanumeric and more than 5 letters. That i had done but no use.... otherwise at least provide a sample for setting password. please do something better ... Thank you...
1)I can't download any file from Android. 2)There is no option for save the downloaded file from IPhone. Concept is very good, but not working properly. Expecting the bug fix as soon as possible.
App is helpful, but Result for every search is an "unexpected error" please solve the issue, downloading documents is a problem, shows error, may be no documents have been uploaded.. please make it helpful to use.
I appplied for possession certificate, payment was successful. There was no option to upload documents and no information about required supporting documents. Very next day recieve message in mobile tells that application pending, No documents.. GUYS, the best option is go to manage profiles in mkerala , deactivate edistrict id.then open edistrict site directly and apply, there is option to upload also..
It doesn't work, I have been trying to register for almost a week, after entering it seems like the app tries to do a lookup on server and it never suceeds.
There is online site for bill payment of KSEB, KWA, etc. in which it is easy to pay online by giving mobile number. In this app it is not possible to do so, mobile number is easily memorable and use, here all are demaded consumer number, bill number etc and these are not easily memorable as it is used once in a month or two months. So pls update app with access to registered mobile number.
Great idea, but needs lots of improvement, could not even complete one time registration. Can't select Taluk or village for one time registration. No option for payment of land tax (Revenue Department) through e-payment.
Worst application ever used. payments accepted and successful, but file status will be in pending status. No option to upload documents. Tried calling the help desk.. the only response is " we will inform authorities". Further to that no response from authorities. Don't waste time downloading this app and applying through that
Good for nothing app. Wasted lot of time since there is no option to upload documents. Don't you people check whether everything is working fine before releasing it for public use? There is no point in such show off release of apps to the public.
totally a very bad experiance... when i try to register, app crashed and later when i tried to do the same, app is showing that my mobile number and email id is already registered and asked me to reset the password using the forgot username/password link. but when i try to do so it is showing that my email is not registered.
Lottery results are not displaying. App intimating that some error occurred. Also I try to pay KWA bill using this app. Even if I enter correct details, app was showing "invalid details". So I paid through KWA online payment website.
Sir, I tried to register with M-Keralam but i got a message on screen showing unexpected error, please try after some time. This app is very useful to the general public. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Regards, VIPINMOHAN
Application of no use... Even not able to check whether related information... Better to login on facebook... Click on any option either shows 'ERROR!' or no response.... I don't know what is the use of this application...
Search is working fine, I could find the file. But download is not happening. The whole app doesn't make sense in that case
Please do not use the app. Better apply offline. Application gets rejected due to lack of documents. The fact is the app never accept any document uploads. UTTER WASTAGE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!
Not even showing the options for enclosing the supporting documents while applying for a certificate. also there is no option to view the status of the application through the app

This app can be very useful for the peopel of kerala unfortunately its not working properly. Every day i try to register in the app but always showing error. Please try to solve the problem
Not able to login. When use the forget password option, got the OTP. Then try to change the password and when submitting new password, says user not found. Please test your app properly and release.
Login mangement is worst as it is restricted to maximum 8 characters. Also downloading documents are showing errors.
Super app. There are only a few services now but it is expected that all services will be added in the coming days.We can do all the services at home without the help of someone else. Thank you
This app needs refinement. Once its payment option failled noway to try it again. We have to input all the details again to try the payment.
Useless App. Only publicity. You won't be able to register. Also the helpdesk numbers are not reachable.
Tried to pay the bill for KWA. But it is showing undefined.....no use....by this app.....kseb bill can be pay using even paytm...but there is no option for KWA...bad experience...
Couldn't register eveif several tries. Disappointed. Three stars for this great initiative. Pl. go through the reviews and try to solve the defects pointed out.
While trying to pay kwa bills its showing undefined. also for marriage and birth certificates download of pdf is showing error. Need to fix the bugs...
It is a great initiative. But seems like all features in the app are not fully implemented. I have only tried to get my birth certificate from panchayat, but it shows some 'Unexpected Error' message. I hope the bug fixed versions would rollout soon. Kudos to the devs
