Something wrong in this update. I can't open my account. Always showing you entered the wrong information, even my information is correct. Please make a new update version
I cannot open the application right now and I really needed the money. It says please check username and password. The contact numbers given in the application interface is useless. It's always busy every time I dial. Pls work on this.
It asked for a one-time pin, but when I enter them, it shows that it is incorrect. I tried requesting for a new OTP but it was still the same. It says it is incorrect.
This app is not 100% working, in terms of registration PIN was needed without entering your mobile number?? I hope the developer of this app is on the right condition before they put this app in the play store.
My account has been block for 24 hours The system ask for security question that i have already answered, however, it always saying wrong information. Please check your system, I just want to update my information
App is pretty much useless for now. The app only connects properly when on data and not Wi-Fi. I thought the bank transfer feature is already available but its not. App also redirects to login screen if disconnected from data unexpectedly.
What happen to my account when i update the apps it says my account has been deactivated i still have a balance before it happen what can i do also i cannot connect to the given numberby the apps for support. π What can i do to fix my account.

why when I update. the password is wrong, that's right. after attempting Pa 24hours blocked. fix your system. embes emergency. Not to be retrieved. I've had a lot of experience like that. change pass again. Now I really love this app easy and secure app
I love these app, been using for almost 4 yrs . But I don't like the new update The OTP because sometimes, I am at deadspot area and only wifi signal is available, I want to send money or withdraw but it's impossible because Mobile network is not available. Please can you make it easy for the nx update .
App asked to change my password and I did but the OTP in withdrawal didn't send to my phone which I currently used. I attempted multiple times 7 times to be exact but no text still. I called the customer service mobile phone number but there's no dial tone. I have money deposited yesterday by family member I needed so bad to withdraw THIS 8AM IN THE MORNING, please don't keep, it's not yours.
Something is wrong with the loading feature. Previously it automatically shows registered networks and lets you choose loading options. However, presently, it says no network is registered. There is no option to register a network. Thus, making the loading option useless. I hope you can fix this as soon as possible. I'll be editing my rating as soon as this problem gets solved.
The problem is when I'm going to buy E_load, It cannot verify my transaction , please fixed π§ your system...π I though this app is very useful for me but this is literally useless.πͺπππ

I only installed this so that i can receive the sent money for me without going outside but the receive option does not even work.
Waited for 6 days to get a verified account. tried to claim money and found out that the service is not available. Contact numbers are always busy or.out of coverage area and fb messages are mostly ignored. Hassle sobra. Kaya nga ako nag register dito para hindi na sana lumabas for health and safety reasons.

My Last Name have a dash (-) and I can't create an account because it only accepts letters, if there will be an update please add other characters in adding a name for the profile when creating an account.

Very poor when it comes to problem solving issues..u cant contact them ..they do not respond emails and nobody wanted to answer your calls ..most of the time cant be reached...my rating is suposed zero star but no option therefore giving u 1 star which is still against my will... Pakahirap ba customer relation services nyu.
App is convenient however theres no option to cancel a transaction. I have multiple transactions since june this year that the recepients name was mistakenly misspelled. I sent you multiple emails and called customer service but no resolution on how can I get my money back. Its just crazy that I cannot claim the money at your local branch even though I was the one who sent it. I will definitely not recommend your app.
It's very hard to register. I have tried more than 10x. Error is either you don't receive the OTP or it won't proceed after typing the OTP. Also, everytime you failed registering, it goes back to the very 1st step, it's a bit annoying that you have to enter info all over again. Needless to say this needs a fix.
walang kwentang app, nag rerequire kayo ng otp without informing your client first na magrerequire na kayo ng otp, my cp has been lock & doesn't signal anymore, there's no other choice where you can send an otp, whether it should be on email or text. You're not answering my call on your customer service hotline, I sent my query with your email, but no action from you. I keep on going to your branch asking for assistance but keep on saying they have nothing to do with it.
whenever I try to browse item on the mlshop and press the back button it automatically exits the app, and when using the arrow it will lead you back to home page. Is it not possible to make an update that when you press the back button it will just lead you to your previous page, 'cause it's too time consuming repeating the same process whenever I'm browsing on ml shop. I'll edit my review when you fix this.π
