Downloaded the most recent version and I am CONSTANTLY stuck on the loading screen. I haven't been able to open anything. I've uninstalled, cleared cache and data, and tried using both good quality wifi and data. The result is the same. I love card collecting so I'm sure this is a good app but there is nothing I can say because there is nothing to review except for the stupid loading screen.
Lots of bugs makes this app a pain to navigate. Trying to buy packs..... 'Check your time and date' error message. Trying to spin the wheel..... Error message Trying to select a card to trade..... Error message and cards disappear. The only way to use the app after all these error messages is to do a hard shut down and reopen it. 30 seconds into the app again......... ERROR MESSAGE! Please fix these issues as I enjoy the app, it's just all the error messages are starting to wear thin
I'll keep posting this because it keeps getting taken down. Freezing and crashing with crafting only after the 2022 update. You guys were having a host of issues with missions and instead of taking my feedback to look into the problem you just blame my device. I have a galaxy s22 and cleared and reinstalled the app. So, once it's fixed I'll take this down. In the future stop removing the feedback
Hi Topps team. I love the app and been using it since last year. However since recent 22 updates when you go to craft it considerably slows down the app where I need to close and reenter app in order for the performance to improve. If I dont craft and use the other features, it typically maintains a stable performance. Thank you
Love collecting, however I've lost access to my account twice in the last 90 days. Happened 6 days ago, sent an email got the auto response email. Sent a second email 2 days ago, same thing. Went on Reddit and saw this was happening to other as well. I've bought digital content and spent thousands and have no access and I am missing out on cards which will in turn lead to missing out on awards. I get that they are dealing with FB login issues and I'm not the only one but still...
I used to love this app now I am absolutely about done with it I have used over 2 million coins at least 3 times this month and nothing to show for it. The coins are worthless you constantly have to pay money for anything decent but some people don't have the money to keep spending on new releases every week. You all should stop being so greedy.
Great app, but...... Won't send an email to me to verify my online stuff. And I am not able to watch videos for free coins. When I click on the button to watch the video for coins it just goes back to the home page with no explanation.
I just downloaded and created an account, but it gets to the home screen and just shows a Home Plate loading logo and it stays there forever without allowing me to do anything. I have cleared the cache and force stopped, uninstalled and re-installed, and restarted my phone, all to avail. What a joke these app creators are now a days.
I'm having issues with one of the events, it locked up on me during the 2nd/3rd part where I craft 10 cards. It will not register that I have done it. Otherwise this is an excellent app.
**Not letting me update 3/23/22, click on update but says open/installed then back again... Please correct this issue.** Great app and concept... But please correct the lagging issue. Happens too often **UPDATE** still lags at times, but much better now. Would like to see earlier years version and different versions in the mystery boxes other than tiers 1-3
The app is a fun overall experience i have enjoyed building my collection but the amount of battery power this app consumes for something so very minimal is ridiculous...i play actual mobile games that play for hours but when i play bunt it drains my battery soooo fast and im doing barely anything compared to all my other mobile game. If that could be fixed it would be fine.
The app has gotten really stingy with giving people the opportunity to get inserts. I've opened 99 packs of a box twice in the past two months and got nothing to show for it. It feels like the only way to enjoy collecting on this app is to pay real money. Real money is for real baseball cards. Please consider ways to keep people on the app without paying.
I want to enjoy this app as a fan of card collecting, but they make it very difficult. Issues such as the fusion mechanic have been broken for a month with no updates on whats happening. While I agree paying players deserve more, free players or those that spend less are locked out of a lot of things considering there is no way to get gems besides paying what is honestly an absurd amount of money for a digital card. Fix fusion. Get free players involved with more sets like inception.
This game is so good you might find yourself addicted. Cards are awesome. Topps digital cards not only Re fun to collect --- there's such a great assortment of them, but the game within the game makes it even more interesting. If you like collecting cards this is the best place in the world to get your baseball card fix. If you want cards of every type and look this is the place to be.
Been loving Toops BUNT, but lately it has been slow and freezing up, especially in crafting. Also keep getting errors when looking for trade partners. Making it difficult to enjoy the game.
This new update is ok. But the rising stars set, with being sent to down to the minors, is a bad idea. Won't be collecting this set due to being sent down. Three times in a row is annoying. Not spending money or coins to simply lose it. Bad idea Topps.
Fun app whether you're into baseball or just collecting cards. Having a digital collection at your fingertips makes it much easier to share with others your collection. Great art, great holographic effects, excellent user interface. My only wish is that the "select a trade parter" would refresh with different users. Multiple cards could have a global count in the 1000s but the same 25 users show up as trade partners for every card. And perhaps the user profile can have a little "bio" entry box.
It's a fun app with some great features and outstanding graphics quality. But it's hard for beginners to get the basic details, and Support stinks.
I loved the app until Bunt 22 when they eliminated the contest tickets. I'd rather have the contest exclusive cards than the coins and gems. The app is still a lot of fun but the elimination of the tickets is annoying.
This app is amazing and addictive. Last update seems to have broken missions. It is greyed out now. Not sure if this was done on purpose awaiting the release of a new years set of cards or not.
Terrible terrible terrible 1) To Many Inactive Traders 2) Not enough Rewards for Task Events etc & 3) Way to many Hoarders 4) What is the concept to spend money on something you don't physically have or own Developer should implement some sort of trade in feature where you can trade duplicates for card needs give the little guys a chance to finish digital collections. I'm offering cards they need in trades & all are declined meaning they are hoarding Also needs cloud back up for safe keeping.
I keep buying packs with diamonds and it keeps giving me error messages and taking my diamonds and not giving me my packs. As of late it did the same but this time I was buying a bundle pack took my money but again received an error and did not receive the diamonds nor the packs in the bundle. This really getting anoying and making it easy to decide what to do next.
I love this game, but why isn't there a way to buy and sell cards with other users on the app without going to eBay? I'll spend my money on your diamonds to chase big cards, but I want a chance to pull a monster card and to have the option to sell it for a lot of money. 4/5 stars until Topps gets this obvious problem fixed.
After their maintenance period, I'm asked to update? There's nothing to update as that was done March 2nd. Now I can't get into the ap, which means that I have lost thousands of dollars, thousands of cards and almost two years of my time. Give me my money back or my cards.
The best no longer, endless loop of me trying to open the app and it telling me to update which is not possible. Horrendous odds that make no sense and terrible algorithms that decide what you get make this not enjoyable what so ever anymore.
Like the collecting function and trading but it's a shame that common or un common cards are not on the wheel spin or crates. Feels like once the base cards collection is complete they will become a bit redundant.
I already lost my Topps Marvel and NHL because of malfunctioning, now MLB is messing up, it's telling me to update and it's already updated? I go to play store and it's updated, it just says open. Fix this mess. I'm really upset about the Marvel one, because I was collecting for years, Same with MLB.
If you're using the app for free, I think it is decent. Spending money is a colossal waste considering the other options available as there is no marketplace. Any investment is ultimately worthless. Also, the recurring tech issues are starting to limit the experience. Currently, it seems impossible to search/filter while trying to trade, making it impossible.
