It's a great app for when my friends buy group tickets and we can each get ours individually ahead of time. The fact that I can't print a parking pass from it can be an issue because the scanners at the parking lot (like many) bounce off of the surface of the smartphone, sometimes causing issues to read the ticket. The parking lot attendant said the paper parking passes are much better to scan. So, is there a way I can still do that with the app on my laptop and I'm just not seeing it or has it been completely removed? Thanks!

I like this app. I've had it for years and have had minimal issues with it. Sometimes things are a little hard to maneuver or find, but I almost always do. I love that it stores my ballpark and ticket history. I miss the story that physical tickets tell and this offers some semblance of that- although I'd take physical tickets back any day. I wish the NHL app was like this instead of having to download an app for each specific team to get the same functionality.

Sometimes MLB tickets show up in this app, which is helpful if you want to go to a game. Other times, the tickets only show up in Ticketmaster, so this app is less useful on those occasions, unless you need coupons for haircuts. There's no obvious way to decide where the tickets will show up when you buy them. Buying tickets in the app may ensure that they show up there, but the interface for that is a disaster. I have to move to a desktop browser to get a transaction to complete.

Invalid password and username. I received a ticket for a MLB game, downloaded the app and created an account. Now I am unable to access the account because of the error invalid password/username. I changed password and still the same error. I am able to login in the website but not in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

UPDATED: It did not smoothly manage coordination with ticket master ticket transfer for NYU graduation. After many unproductive phone calls, and emails to the companies involved all resulted in finger pointing. Later it just started working properly. It was nice, however to have the quick response to my original 1 star review. Perhaps even that response fixed the issue. If so thank you.

Genuinely surprised by how fast and easy this app is to use. When I saw it was required for digital tickets I figured it would be a nightmare from my experience with other ticket apps. I need it to do 1 thing well: get my tickets to get into the game. Well done to the dev team.

When it fails Customer Service is horrible. Most of the time the app is fine. You have your tickets and go to the game. When there is an issue, the customer support will try to transfer you away as soon as they can without helping. Then the team will say you have to speak with MLB.

It's almost like the MLB spent time and effort into designing the worst process possible to getting tickets from a friend. New users have to create an MLB account. Then you have to register that MLB account with the club who's tickets you bought. You can then accept a ticket from a friend via the forward tickets email. But if you are using a computer you can't even see or print off the ticket it forces you to come download this app. Why MLB? Why?

As someone who typically prides themself on being tech savvy, this app really does have some bogus error messages when it comes to finalizing a payment method and completing a sale. My order nearly timed out it took so long.

Cannot Log In with my MLB account. It is saying failure with email and/or password. I can log in on my main computer with no issues. I even tried to use a different email and sign up and it still failed. I am not sure how am I suppose to get my tickets for the games. This app is no good. I never had a problem until now.

Way harder than it should be to buy tickets. It kept telling me Access Denied when I clicked on the game I wanted to attend. took me almost an hour to trick it in letting me pick out tickets, then it threw me out and I had to start over again because it zeroed out my cart. plus I had to wait even longer for the seats to be returned to the area so I could reselect them. Please don't make it so tough for people to give you $.

I purchased tickets directly from a team that were supposed to show in the app. They do not, and the support email for MLB is completely useless. They referred me to the team, which has an email on their website that came back as invalid. At this point I'm going to have my credit card company treat it as an invalid charge because there is absolutely no useful support available from the team or MLB.

Sent a question about the app to support. They passed the buck and told me to ask my local team my question that was specifically about the ballpark app. It's amazing that support can't simply say "we don't have that feature but it's something to consider. I'll pass this suggestion on to the dev team." Instead the customer's voice gets lost in the ether and support doesn't care. For the lack of quality support and feedback it's 1 star.

Downloaded app so I can get my tickets saying invalid email address so I create account then it duplicate email. I've emailed mlb several times with no response on fixing the issue. I bought tickets for a game on the 26th and I wilk have to miss the game because I can not access the app. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP OR PROCESS!!!

Wanted to buy flash sale tickets but could not get into my account. $6 tickets that came with a credit for concession/merchandise. Also, could not start new account because "it" recognized my name. When I called customer service the next day, the girl was very nice but it took us 20 minutes to get my account open. Disappointingly limited. There are no seating maps. If mobile ordering is not available (and it often isn't at Chase Field), you cannot update or add to the mobile wallet. The app is dependent upon Ticketmaster for functionality, which could and probably should be done via API instead. I use it because I sometimes have to.

No refund option when MLB cancels your game. I cant imagine another product you buy in advance, they cancel, and refund is not an option. Absolutely ridiculous. Not everyone lives in the city where the game is being played. Will never buy MLB tickets anywhere but stadium gate again.

The app glitches out continuously (especially when trying to add another email address). It is very frustrating that this is how you are forced to get your tickets for games.

The process of ordering tickets and parking, was easy, but I can only see the barcode for the tickets. Where is the barcode for the parking I already paid for, or is it included in the same barcode as the game ticket. I'm literally on hold with the Rays office, as I'm writing this. Been on hold 15 minutes so far. I already sent a message to the customer service... awaiting an email from them.

This app is needlessly difficult to use. I just want to quickly access my tickets but instead I go through a search loop of being redirected to look at other games and tickets for those games. Why is this app so difficult to use? Just email the ticket and stop wasting my time.

Never ever works right. Can rarely log in. Especially when all my tickets are loaded on to it. The app never lets me buy extra tickets and this is honestly terrible that this is basically the only way to do purchases for tickets/view them.

Everytime I try to used this app I have to request a new password every single time. I created a new one get access to the app, and than afterwards when I try to sign back in later the app keeps telling me that my email or password is invalid despite that I have save my information.

It is so awful. This is not being progressive. What is easier than handing a fellow a ticket, followed by them scanning and then letting you in.

It was difficult to get the short cut for the Ballpark app to be accessible for easy use. I was able to figure it out with the help of a man on the toll free number. He was very helpful and patient..

Absolute garbage app. Not only are you forced to use it, you can't actually buy tickets. I've selected my team and no games show up. I now have a $70 credit I can't use because they cancelled opening day and refused to refund my money.
