I love the convenience and ease of using this app. I've encouraged so many to use it. In my opinion this app is even elderly friendly. Thank you MLGW for working so hard getting the city of Memphis/surrounding areas as well, back up and running. 5 stars to that entire TEAM!!

This app is completely unbearable to use already, but the fact that I was bombarded over 7 times with the notification harassing me to review the go's forsaken remedial as Ms paint app made this review a complete necessity. If my experience hadnt been hijacked repeatedly by the ridiculous request to review an app, maybe I would be talking about the convenience of the application but there is nothing convenient about changing my password every time I have to log in.

ZERO stars this app is USELESS!!! I had to put 1 star in order to post this review, it was NOT earned. Don't bother downloading it. It never let me login. I called the help desk, they don't have access to the app only the regular online account. They directed me to login on their webpage. I asked what is the point of the app, they only had excuses.

The app is hardly handy at all. To get help I need to call when I call if I get an answer they hang up on me before I get a chance to speak. I have tried to report a problem with my auto pay hut never could get through. Now I am trying to report power lines down and after being on hold for 20 minutes they hang up. I will report down lines with the sheriff. This app is as useless as MLGW

I am in the app store and this app doesn't show needing an update. But I have a notification that says the app is waiting on wifi for a large download...but I am on my home wifi network....what is going on?

App used to have a 'my outage' feature to see specific outage'. Now can only use map and try to guess which of the outages pertain to me. Features keep getting removed with updates.

It absolutely sucks! No help whatsoever. Kept asking for information which I entered but when I tried to log in, I was asked to enter #s I had no place in which to enter them. I wasted precious time trying to get this to work. What a waste!!!!

Describe experience? Stop with the spam "are you enjoying this app, rate us", so annoying. Can't navigate my account without that popping up every few seconds. Damn. Take your 1 star.

The convenience of not having standing in line, reviewing payment history and safety tips for your home is awesome.

Helpful and useful app..as long as I don't have to call customer service for anything that means the app is doing its job.

Very convenient and no standing in line but sometimes you my have to go to the office but that only every now and then so thanks for the app 😁

The new app worked great at first but now opens and immediately shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times on my Android phone but still does the same thing

This is such a wonderful app!.. It's very useful, especially when it comes to my account. I can pay my bill, I can make arrangements and I can get information concerning my account. THANK YOU MEMPHIS, LIGHT, GAS & WATER!!! 😀

I am a paperless customer. The old app worked great for me. To setup an account, it asks for info that I don't have, esp recent info. I only used as 6 digit acct number . 16

The app is 1st and foremost user friendly! I can check bill summary and yes of course pay that bill with ease. By the way my own personal opinion MLG&W rates are excellant !

Just installed the app. It will not open! Keeps saying it has stopped. Guess I will have to uninstall. A shame was looking forward to using it.

Please fix the app to where I can log off. When I hit the back button several times, it does not close out. Thanks.

Will not open . I've been trying for 2 days to open the app to pay my bill. No luck. It is the pits. Hey MLGW fix the app!!!

Terrible app. It works, but is not user friendly, fast, or even reliable.

Its a great app. I would have given it 5 stars if the keyboard did not cover up the pay box.

Information is to jumbled up and repetitive.

That update messed everything up.. I changed my password like 10 times an it still says invalid! Why did it change??

App is very user friendly even for an old woman.

MLGW has got to be one of the most corrupt utility companies in the U.S. Overpricing, grossly inaccurate meter readings or estimates, and outrageously incompetent staff. They charge for their mistakes & are accountable to no one. Need a day or two to pay a ridiculously expensive bill? Better take a loan out or they'll turn your utilities off with the flip of a switch at the substation & fine you an addition $200 to flip that switch back on after you pay your bill along with a late fee.

They have my light bill listed wrong this is the first time in two months that it's been updated and the balance is wrong

This app sucks badly!!!! What is the point of logging into the app just to be directed to log into the website to pay your bill???!!! The people in MLG&W's I.T. department aren't too bright!!!!
