Worse application i am not able to access any content i dont know how much they have paid to my collage they are forcing students to use it

This library was provided from my institute but after downloading this app it only show logo of m library not go inside of it
One of the best site to all cadre and class of Professors and students.Consists a huge collection of ebooks, journals, monograms, etc. Request to provide full access all the time( so that research work will progress) not only during this lockdown period.
Never have seen such a library where books and authors are displayed but we can't read it. God knows what kind of book formats this app has. This app is worse than that of which we call third class. I just don't know who does such an innovation. This app must not be given any stars but since I have to post the review I have to give atleast one.
The app crashes whenever I enter my registered email address. Haven't been able to access the library even once.
Not in a mood to give even 1 star. I am unable to download the book from the application. Application stops working in the middle of downloads.
It is useless app it shows the list of book but when we try to read the books it doesnot open it.just loading symbol appears and it is frustrating.
This is the worst app I have ever used in my 17 yrs of life on earth.Its full of glitches and the UI is superbly unfriendly. It does not deserve even 1 star. Plz do not use this so called e library app.
An excellent mobile elibrary App. It allows all institute users use all library eresources through single platform. It provides admin portal to do lot many things by Librarian such as publisherwise usage statistics, remote access and ur library will be fully accessible anytime anywhere.

Most of the books that I need are missing
I got the app from my University library. They gave me the login credentials. When I downloaded the app and opened it, nothing happened. It just keeps showing the mlibrary logo. I don't even know how to get into the app 😫
