The resources MLS's provide agents is shameful compared to what Redfin and Zillow offer our clients. This app fails in many ways. New listings do not populate or update until way after they are on Redfin. Sharing listings does not use the system default messages or email apps, and instead forces you into some internal system that doesn't even have all of your phone contacts. You also can't select multiple listings to share, or everything in a search result.

App is ok, saving favorites is nice, but it needs to integrate more from the desktop version of the mls. Details are what matters. If it could bring over all information fro the mls for a listing including ability to view disclosure doc's, and other uploaded documents, then it would be better. Occupied vs unoccupied seems to have disappeared altogether. Need to know when a home is go and show or when it is occupied.

Clumsy search interface. Easiest ro search for a particular address using the map interface. Too difficult to forward listings to private parties via text. Requires they accept and download a personalized/branded website before delivering the goods. Just how hard can it be to find a listing and text someone the link?

nice app and love that they added tax records for agents. wish it would allow us to pick default cities tho.

This app has created a conflict with the categories I created in my MLS with my contacts list. Issues still unresolved. I also have overlooked messages because I don't receive notifications. Was unable to brand without Tech Support because they were having issues with that feature as well.

This app is totally useless. I'm unable to log in because I keep getting network error message. I've sent an email to support twice and called them but they provided no solution It's not my phone...I'm able to access all other apps except for this one.

Terrible , does not sync up with mls properly i get mixed results. Ex. On app may say 0 homes available with the filters. On mls i get 62 options. Also when foing map search of filters applied you can not edit filters must erase and start new search. I miss the old app.

Previous review: 1 star:Can't login on app. When I use the computer with the same login information it works. Not sure what is going on with the app. Problem was resolved within a week of talking to support. Works perfectly now.

App will not open. Force closes everytime I try. I was really enjoying the app but this is very frustrating. Just made me look very unprofessional and unprepared with a client. *Updated* Issue was quickly addressed by developers and resolved. 5 stars both for the app and the customer service!!

Can not save a listing. Does not import our swmls or MLS contacts already set up. It's still not allowing my MLS clients to import and the favorite feature star does not work. It will say "suggestion not possible " nothing about saving. Also my email and website do not show in brand & share u set my listing layout. Please assist!

Previously a great app. I don't know if there was an update yesterday, or what, but it just crashes everytime I try to open it. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Still crashes.

Not too great for leases. Doesn't show if the homes accept pets as well as the pet/security deposit amount as well as other important leasing info. I am also limited to choosing $1000 and then $5000. Can just specifically pick $3600 for instance. I am a newer agent so I am just chasing leases right now. These fixed would be great and rather simple.

Great ascocation to belong to, very friendly staff always ready to be of help

I like app and find it very useful however there needs to be some improvement on search criteria like: pool, waterfront, community/development, sq ft living area. Criteria that will help agents identify properties that their clients are looking for.

Until this app includes my virtual tours that I believe is as equally as important as the pics of my listings than the app is doing a disservice to real estate. Include the vt already...I spoke with someone months ago and the same thing is said..."we are working on it. "

Easy to use when you are on the move and not in front of your computer.

Can't search for anything... Neither, the map, zip nor city search gives accurate results. I sent a message to support 2 months ago and it's still not fixed.

Has potential but should sync with our MLS so we can access customer list and saved searches. Also search parameters should have waterfront freshwater or gulf access and pool homes easy to choose. With property type it should breakdown to single family or condo as choices.

I have to do a full sign-in after a bad gateway error every time. Searches for active properties don't come up unless I use the MLS #. I also use on an Apple device, and I think the Android version is far inferior. Really disappointing as Realtors a our MLS fees pay for this.

Every time I use the loan calculatorthe app shuts down. Really lame 😒

Doesn't really alert when someone has installed the app with your code and doesn't show what they're intrested in or the type of home they're looking for i have had 2 contacts install the app already and it never alerted me they installed it, i dont think it made them put in my code.

Some aspects work others not so much. The search bar doesn't find property consistently with the advanced search tool. Frustrated!

I read the crashing issue was found and fixed? I am not sure it is true. This issue is 2nd times. So what was the problem? Keep crashing?

It's good. I like this app much better than Homesnap. Only issue is that I don't get push notifications when a contact comments on properties or emails me from his client portal.

Needs more criteria. I have a client open to 2 stories but one bedroom has to be downstairs. The app doesn't have this filter but the website does. So I have to use the website.

Great information. Love the integrations. It does take some training to learn all the features.

Previously very useful app, why can't I search by property address now? Only able to use zipcodeor city very inconvenient if I want to look at a specific property.
