MMA Spartan System Female

Too quiet so I had to have my device right next to me. Too rushed--I don't have my dumbbells in my pocket. Luckily I discovered I could pause. However, one of the times I paused, the app crashed and sent me back to the beginning. The exercises themselves were great, but I was fantastically unimpressed with the app.

I really like the app and the workout challenge...but then it just started crashing and not letting me even load the challenge....and nobody respond it when I asked for support....really unfortunate cause it's the reason I'll delete it

Why do you require so many permissions...such as access to my media, USB storage and to add or delete content from it? When I click below on "Privacy policy" there is a broken connection, no website...

I have both spartan apps home pro mma and pro mma spartan now wanted to try the female spartan app version thought it would go easier on me... Lol... Really challengers your strength and endurance plus you can always opt for quick shorter routines... Am loving all the spartan apps have tried other apps too long over complicated always come back to spartan🏋️‍♂️🥊plus with the money I spend on subscriptions on spartan is not nearly the amount I would spend at the gym...💪🤘

Disappointed. Wanted a trial before purchasing but continuously throws you out and won't load. Not going to risk wasting my time and money.

I like the ability to completely set your own routine, exercises and times!
