Wonderful. Easy to access and understand visually stunning and very impressive with a wide range of Access to many things.
The first thing noticed is it's not crashing. That's one improvement ๐ ๐ The guys are trying their best to keep us happy or quiet ๐คซ. Either way ๐ thanks. Shall continue to share findings.
PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP SO PATIENTS CAN ALSO HAVE THE OPTION OF "SIGN-IN" USING THEIR "FINGER PRINTS". IT IS HARD FOR.PATIENTS TO KEEP REMEMBERING THEIR PASSWORDS. ESPECIALLY OLDER PATIENTS. IM SURPRISED OTHER IMPORTANT "PERSONAL" APPS HAVE THAT FEATURE. BUT YOUR "MEDICAL" APP DOES NOT !!! IM SURPRISED MY GROCERY STORE HAS FINGER PRINT SIGN-N. BUT YOUR MEDICAL RECORD APP DOES NOT !! p.s. WHEN ANY APP HAS LESS THAN 4 STARS RATING FOR LONG TIME LIKE YOURS, THEN DEFINATELY IT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED !!!
Good idea, terrible execution. For the past week and a half I've been trying to place an OTC order and every time I try to complete the order an error message pops up. Doesn't help when you tab out the cart mysteriously empties itself making you go through the process of picking everything up all over again. A family member has an iPhone and she can place orders just fine, no issues whatsoever. This version of the app needs some serious work done.
This app used to work well, but it crashes too often, especially after putting in an order. December 2021. This app is still awful. Difficult to place orders
Unable to complete the sign up process. I tried so many times and the same message appears..."technical difficulties"??

At the begining the app worked just fine. After a few updates the app kept crashing. When I try to order my OTC the app gave me same Error "We are having problems with the system atm. Please try again later" after that the app crashes and deletes everything I have in my shopping list, completly annoying. I decide to uninstall and reinstall again wondering if that will fix it with no luck. Sometimes the OTC bottom dissapear completly and then you have to proceed to logout and login again.
App Doesn't work! I've been trying to order my OTC for the past week with no success. Every time I start the order, the app stops all of a sudden and you have to start all over again. Definitely no good!
Haven't been able to use this app. It doesn't work! I try everyday to no avail. Have to rate app to write a review which imo deserves NO STARS. The app is no good.๐๐ป๐
Site is very easy to use
Dose not have for a comment section and some products are not as photo. Ex. Eye drops in bottle, and was delivered individualy. Very frustrating.
Has not updated my medical appointments. Therefore my rating is not what it is suppose to be. App not working and help not available. Customer service leaves much to be desired. I will not sign in for next year. Nobody knows nothing, but to refer you to an answering service awful and bad, getting worst. Catch you on the rebound. No after hours and holiday service.
Always well informed about things I need to know about my medical treatments.
This app is unstable.
It's easy-to-use
I was in the hospital for days back in January and the app shows no hospitalizations. LOL Preventative health stars aren't even reflecting my colonoscopy! The app misses a few things, and when searching for a provider by name, less is more!
It almost never works. You have lots of downtime in the app and in OTC. Products are rarely available. System errors constantly. Hate it full! Thank goodness is not my parents dealing with it. urgh
App stops and info has to be re-entered. Awful when ordering OTC! Plus for this service, one should have the option to opt out my contacts and other personal info.
Four out of 5 times when you download the app to place an order or to review your files, the page freezes with a message: "Having problems with system, please try again later".?
When calling, no answer , waiting for 15 minutes, they hung up. Offers aren't provided as included. Specially dental, no coverage. Eye examination is very accurate, very clever Optometrist and friendly. Thank, I'm out!!
Every time i open the app i have to put in my password and re-enter my pin num as a new member...when i first joined i registered and then all i had to do was put in my pin number to get access....and last week the system was down and i couldnt even log in for 3 or 4 days for which i lost log in points and you guys didnt even bother to have them added very dissappointed
This app has lots of glitches, needs a lot of working on it, you sign in and it closes up, you erase messages and they appear back up...etc...
Very disappointed . I only got to use it once . Couldn't log log in after that. Got customer support to help and logged in once more . Now I can't log in . Not even with customer support
Theres always a technical problem when opening or trying to order. And when I order, the order is always incomplete and they charge me anyway.
Unable to download for weeks. Had issues opening and using app try to reinstall, and I haven't been able to.
The provider directory is a bad joke. I enter the specialty & name of the doctor I'm looking for, to see if he's affiliated to the plan. Next, I enter the city. The form also wants the zipcode. When I enter it, the city disappears. I hit the search button anyway, and it says my information's incomplete. It also asks for the mileage. Come on - really?!! This feature elevates my blood pressure! I thought that with the update it would change but it hasn't. Not user-friendly at all.
