i was blown away by how easy this app is. holy cow ive tried so many file managers and theyre complicated and buggy. this is one single tap and everything you want is backed up. couldnt be happier. just what i was looking for when i started running low on storage. i like that it can take pictures right to my external drive too. it works and isnt complicated. what a novel idea!

Glad a one star means hates it. Can't trust it when it comes to back up for data especially precious photos etc. you need to be able to rely on a program. Well when you can't even get it to work then how much trust can you truly have? I got mine at qvc also. They make it sound so good. HA! Now it's sold out so you can't put a review. Figures. I can't get things to upload to this device from the computer at all. The mobile was just ok. Blahh

Frustrating that the app doesnt automatically show up on desktop...ive installed 3 times here and it isnt showing up so i can load photos from laptop onto it uuuuugh. my phone droid version loaded ok tho.

It worked the first time I used it a year ago, now I get download failed. No explanation. I'm using a Google 3a. I also tried it on an apple SE and it doesn't work on it either.

Keep getting the "backup failed" msg. Tried the USB OTG app & Google files...deleted, reloaded, always granted permissions and always failed. Occasionally it would read "successfully connected" then wouldtap backup all button & kept getting "connect device" msg. So immensely frustrating. Was bothered that the app conveniently offers the option to buy a service for over $60. Just want the device (which was a gift) to WORK.

This device sucks. Doesn't work on my note 9 or my S6 tablet. Worked once now it keeps crashing. Waste of money. Wish I could give it 0 stars 🌟 WOW

No go. Only says backup failed. I have a motorola z3. Purchased from QVC. Will be returning.

constantly getting backup failed. Have not been able to get my phone backed upped yet.

Horrible xmas gift and it will be returned. Calling for help was a horrible experience...was disconnected twice and waited 20 minutes the third time to speak to someone...with poor english..whom told me I needed to download it from google play not just google so I did and it told me it was already installed...grrr. It took 3 rechargings of the phone battery to add all pictures and when I open them, my wifi printer appeared. I have wasted way too much of my time with this.

I spent hours trying to get app to work on two different android phone to no avail. App keeps asking to reconnect storage device to phone. My opinion save your money, do not buy datalogixx triple play if you have an android phone. Maybe it works on I phone. I'm not willing to spend the money to find out.

Bought this from QVC,the presenter was a photographer,not very good with technology,but anyway my fone is a Samsung A10,for ages kept saying reconnect,till I was getting fed up and ready to bin it then I realized I had a small OTG lead in my drawer which I used and since then I've managed to download photos and videos from my phone and iPad air then onto laptop where I can put them onto a bigger HDD drive ,if you've got a OTG lead try using it !

This app made it extremely simple to backup all my pictures and contacts. One button to get everything done, no more clicking through hundreds of pictures, and no more low storage notifications!

I usually don't write a review but this storage device was advertised on HSN to be compatible with Amazon Fire 10. It doesn't work 😤😠. Instructions were poorly written. And the only device it works on is my Samsung phone. Don't waste your $$!!!

Does not work on my vivo phone. Keeps telling me to reconnect my storage device when it's already connected. However, the device does work on my PC. It's just my phone I am having issues with.

I am so ticked off. I bought this a couple months ago from QVC. I only , today tried to use it for the first time. Nothing...I Get nothing! The icon won't even come up for me. It says its compatible with my computer nd that its installed. Plug it in and nothing happens. Of course, now, I waited too long to try it. And now its passed the "return" time for QVC! Livid!

Very confusing once connected to the phone. Nothing appears on phone screen as stated in the video for backing up contents. Customer service unavailable to assist...wouldn't purchase again!

Does not work. Keeps telling me to connect my USB when it is already connected. I have followed all the instructions and watched videos. Will be sending back to QVC.

Do not buy this device or download this app. The app is useless Keeps telling me to reconnect the usb storage. When I reconnect I get the same message again. Needless to say I will be sending this back to qvc....

Just like all the other one star reviews, wish I could give it negative numbers. The only reliable thing about this product is that it is unreliable. Don't waste your money. Very frustrated. Wife bought several for Xmas gifts. Too late to return🤬🤬🤬🤬

Great app works well! Was able to easily backup all my photos, and easily put them on my computer from the device. Would definitely recommend

I don't usually write reviews but I am very disappointed. I was so excited to receive this product and it does not work. I am planning on returning it to QVC and suggest nobody purchases it. Customer service only answered one question and then refused to respond to any of my other emails. So sorry bad product.

The app does mot work in huawei y6 2019 phone despite that the phone is otg compatible. Support us appalling. Back ups fail to complete and on many cases the app keeps asking to connect the usb device even that it is connected

Will not work on Samsung S9 phone. Everyone is correct about how bad this app is an how poor the HSN datalogxx is. HSN sells it on how easy it is to use and it's not. They will get it back tomorrow. Do not buy it for an Android phone.

Does not work. Bought from QVC like a reviewer before it keeps saying reconnect then error. Im terrified to keep using incase it deletes all my files. Waste of money. App gets low rating compared to other apps. Do the makers not read these reviews and fix these clitches. Will be returning for a refund.

I bought a mo disk from QVC in the sumner and have still to get this damn thing to back up anything from my phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I would like to rate this device a big fat ZERO but zero was not choice. I absolutely HATE this device. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Don't buy it. Waste of money. Tried over dozen times and it doesn't work. I have a Samsung Galaxy. Also contacted Datalogixx and they suggested what to do and still doesn't work.

Just like everyone else, I can't backup anything and it fails every time. If QVC or any other company runs a sale on this product, do not buy it. You're better off setting your money ablaze.

Doesn't work with Samsung, Note 9 or 10, back up fails all the time, keeps asking to reconnect !! But no issues with Ipad ??

This does not work at all. I did everything right, very simple but Everytime I hit backup it's always says backup failed. This is an epic fail!

it worked great to copy photos out my phone but how do I put them in my computer? when i put the Mo Disk in my computer it dose not do anything. I wanted to transfer them to my computer. i downloaded the app but it just wants to copy the files on the computer, not transfer from phone to computer. what am i doing wrong?
