Very bad experience during mobile data..and bad experience durin high speed wifi network..and poor performance overall. Why everyone should contact support mail to fix the issue with app? Can't this be fixed by MOFSL for everyone...not only App, but also bad and sad experience with Online site. No improvement even after 3 months try...no option for 0 stars.
Gets hang several time during trading session. Many features are manipulated by rms is observed. App shows many features but most of them are not working or not updated. Global market updates are never updated.
Not a good app at all. -Especially the chart and technical indicators in it. I cannot add technical indicators in it as it requires landscape mode and when I do that, the keyboard activates and again deactivates leaving me with no option. Compare it with Zerodha's. It is very easy to operate. -I can't understand my funds ledger clearly. -I can't see my overall Profit/Loss position along with charges.
Worst app ever. Unable to transfer everytime tried. Suddenly balance shows to zero. Unable to contact support as well..l
This app is fast and functions work good. But why always every order is executed late? Evey time I exit a trade it reduces my profit by more than 25%. I think you know what 25% means right! I expect a solution in the app not with words.
For the past one week the app. Doesn't works. Very bad experience. If we go one option like fund transfer like immediately the it stops working. What happened?
Bulk order tab needed in bottom bar, for every thing need to click on that perticular tab should be done by just slide left or right, app opening time need to be improve, In search bar scripts need to be added in wachlist by just single click
For reading charts it's totally zero please make an option to read in portrait mode as well, when many indicators applied can't read the price on chart in landscape
Most useless app no additional feature like using basket order for entering and exiting multileg option. Motilaloswal think people will blindly trade without seeing what motilaloswal has to offer. Most motilaloswal suggestion is on future why not ITm otm option who iss going to take care of mtm loss and additional margin future. Even mo investor is better then this uninstalled
TGS is overrated software. Don't invest in TGS it's useless. If you still need TGS then buy for 1 month or trail version. If you don't like then you can't unsubscribe it.
Financial security is reliable !However , althogh they charge heavy brokerage but mostly all cash intraday tips not working & good provision of stop loss while placing orders never work & investors suffer heavy losses on fast declining pricesl ! The app developer should rectify the error ! If a/c holder get beneficial tips naturally regular brokereage shall benefit the company !
Added amount in the wallet but not able to invest in any segment there is a pop up sry not allowed for every segment the amount has already been added I want to withdraw money from the wallet
Updation of this app is not better' than the previous one. Also not showing profit loss in percentage and amount. Kindly update the same as soon as possible.
It has recently develop a bug. It always show wrong password and everytime I have to reset the new password. In tried uninstall and reinstall but it didn't help
Unable to withdrawal amount. Not good app. Also data of Nifty not updating on real time. Worst experience. IT team also unable to provide solutions they are passing the parcel with user.
Very worst app always facing problem After updating new version this app crashed and not working properly. I have install several times but results are same.
Almost 10 to 15 days unable to make Pay in through this app. When Log in is made in the Bank Home page afterwards it is throwing message Session expired. Switching over to Laptop to make payment. Please resolve the issue to have hassle free usage.
You don't have nifty 50 graph ,bank nifty graph.if we try to put indicators it will get vanished after 5-10 mints. Every single day I need to put indicators .and yes I have very good mobile phone .
I m using this app from long time one of the worst app i have ever use n the service is more mad then the all , while opening the app they call 100 time but if we have problems the even dont respond to use so dont use this all i will not recommend this app to any one
1] App does not allow money transfer from motilal to bank account. 2] Does not show correct purchased share quantity. I would rate 1/2 star for this mobile version.
Not able to open for the past few days.while opening ,a black background is appearing.I uninstalled and installed ..but at that time working next day the same condition..Iam using mo investor at present due to this problem.please look after this issue
I am unable to open my MO trader and Mo investor app for the last 5 days. Same problem occurred 10 months back, they solved it after 20 days. Service is not all good. I am sorry to say worst service. The issue is pending with MOSL. They are still finding the solution. Worst service. See they will send the same reply to everyone

Never make a mistake of downloading this app. The brokers are not professional and it is a very tough app to use. You could face huge losses due to their unprofessional traders.
Very Bad interface.. No chart direction ...Redevelop it and develop with an Easy Interface aim.
The app is user-friendly and easy to use, but back-end performance needs to improve a lot! Today I gave a sell call at my desired target but the app failed to confirm the order (twice). The third time it confirmed but, at 1.5 points short of my target which resulted in missing Rs. 2500 profit. This has happened on several occasions. Please duly note this issue.

app is good but the chart section is terrible. sometimes it opens sometimes not. sometimes oscillators shown in the chart & sometimes it disappears, chart interface is horrible. in your desktop terminal shows another chart while your mo trader showing different charts. when you guys are so much advance about the technology then this kind of problems not acceptable. for reference you can find one other brokers mobile app which is very good in this.
Bad experience. How much you guys update this app but overall performance of the all is still laggy and not very smooth. Sometime menu hangs also. Sometimes watchlist takes too much time too load. Overall worst worst worst app. Plz improve the performance and smooth functioning of the app
