The app is nice and user friendly but please add a feature to notify the users when you've released an update since the old one stops working so it's not like everyone will think of checking for an update

Nice one, but work on your Dark mode/theme. The black one you have is just not good, darken the whole UI.

This app simplified banking for me. I rarely find myself in the bank nowadays! I enjoy the copy and paste feature of account numbers and that makes processing transactions very easy. Access to the bank statement is also a very handy feature. Plus how it auto fills in my phone number if I've to buy credit 💯. Thanks to NBM for this making an application very functional and valuable to day-to-day activities.

The new update is really much better. Just make the pin inputting space more user friendly i.e. when deleting a number from the pin, you really can't do that easily. Anyway check it out and see what I mean. Thank you

It's not working. Everytime I try to register my account it's always saying "you are not allowed to register on this device" I think it's all trash

Worst app ever l can't even register it keeps telling me that the details do not match that of the bank and that l should input a 12 digit number 🙄

When I try to log in , the message I am getting is that "no associated accounts found". Why is it so yet all the login information is valid?

The new update has simplified life for me, thanks for that. Please consider adding another sending money to phone number on Mo626 option, sometimes you don't have the account number but the phone number only. The other thing to consider retrieving account name when saving NBM account number as recipient, this can help in reducing errors

Using this application has been exceptional, it's response time is amazing and never glitches. Another thing I love about it is that it has no ads at all. I highly recommend it. Good work national bank

Have downloaded it but it fails to open. Been trying to unistall and reinstall it but to no avail.

Basic app. It could be better and more convenient.

This app is extremely Good.💞💞 Ever since I have been using this app I don't mind of going to queue at the bank. And now I have even started forgetting the way to get myself to Bank😅😅. I will just advice the developer to keep updating to advance the security more and more

Wonderful experience, handy & swift, 24/7. Only challenge, can't use it to pay water bills with LWB. It fails.

I changed my phone and av tried calling. Even going to the bank to help me reset IMEI upto now am not being helped so how are we going to use thos and experience the easiest way of banking Consider that too

The new update is on point. The part i have liked the most is the downloading of proof of payment as a pdf..now i don't have to physically go to the bank to get that and am enjoying it.

Great app👍. But please change part where you have to add recipient Everytime you want to send money to a new account.

It was working properly until I updated it. Since update it doesn't allow any transaction and keeps giving errors to contact customer support. You contact them, the App still doesn't work. So painful when you would like to make a quick and reliable transaction. Please fix this problem! Otherwise it used to be a very good Application.

A very good update to the old app. Everything seems to working fine. I'm particularly happy it has borrowed more features from the USSD version. However, Please allow to take screenshots. Screenshots save us when SMS updates can't be relied upon. 5 stars when I can take screenshots. And why can't I paste an account number? You expect me to punch it in manually? Seriously? It's so inconvenient! You've lost another star from me.

I downloaded the app to access my funds because am in another country then i was advised to send my national ID and some documents seriously is that all necessary for trying to use an app? Isn't it supposed to be straight forward?

After updating the app and now I am getting security questions that I might have responded to in 2009 when I was opening my account. How am I supposed to remember the responses ? And so now I am locked out side and this got me thinking that this was scam🤣

This app is superb, it simplifies my life. I can recommend all fellows who have accounts with National Bank to go for Mo626 Digital+ and minimize queuing inside the bank.

I have tried so many times installing this application but when i want to register, it doesn't work for me..how can i solve this

The app is nice and user friendly. The removal of screenshot option isn't quite cool. I have realised that the share option isn't working as well. These 2 help as proof of payment. Now, the issues raised have been well addressed. The app is now perfect and meets my soft banking needs. Bravo

I love this app. its great features. Its blueness. Just pretty! Since the app needs mobile data for every transaction and I don't get data often, it helps me to have a grip over that burning desire to spend regularly. Try it and fall in love with it😍✔✔

Very good app but it gives you problems when trying to register for the first time and when you have changed phones🤦🤦🤦

App is good m indian origin here com in Malawi experience very worst banking sector still need work software ...no such features improvement .can't allow anothe device registration
