Like working for techlink but this app is a HEADACHE. Basically after every job you have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. And when you speak with them (Techlink) that's there fix to all problems on app. Uninstall/Reinstall. Nice people to work for/with, app is the only problem I've ever encountered with techlink.
App is useless. You cant view completed work orders, limited acceptable uploading format, scattered layout with no true direction, and no counter offer ability. Day 36 and still haven't been paid. 30 days is already way to long to wait for a completed assignment so it makes it even worse when you wait even a day longer for payment. Lots of developments needed before this app is anything close to an Alpha release let alone a final release. The staff is nice. Pay scale is very low.
App does not load on Samsung A71 5g phone Android 11...need it tomorrow morning!
Very undependable. Stops working when you need it most. Needs tons of fixes. If you have a lot of time on your hands try it.
Awful, does not work. Need mobi to read a book, I can't do it because it's a job site that requires I add more information. Yet there is nowhere to add that information. All I want is to read a book.i am uninstalling this app.
It would be great if the document section actually allowed the upload of document formats not just photographs.
This should really still be in beta. It's very undeveloped and not very user friendly.

The app is not compatible with newer versions of android.

GPS function is buggy at times. Other than that, this app is hands down on of the best apps around you could get for your company.
It is an OK app but needs some tweaks.
It's a great app but it needs some bug fix. 1) Sometimes address takes it to wrong address. 2) Cannot access past or future work orders.
Easy of use allows for better communication between Technicians, TL Project Managers and Clients. All benefit from faster paperwork and picture submittal. Mobi use by Fields Tech's also provides them with faster payments.
Needs bulk upload ability on photos. Also, "other" work orders will sit on loading forever unless you scroll away and then back to it.
Limited app. Techlink, you need to understand the concept of counter offers.

We have an app
Ok for the most part. The only annoyances Ive seen are that the app frequently "stops" while just being alive in the background, and seems to store much more data than it should, without a way to clear it out other than to "clear user data" which removes all your login credentials, etc. Last update over a year ago says to me that it's due. TL has been good to work for, but the app can definitely use some TLC.
