I really enjoy using this app because it is so helpful in submitting my surveys without having to worry about taking home the pictures and using the computer to put my information in. The only downside is filtering the surveys. I do over 100 surveys and they are in the same city I have to search through then all to find the one that I am going to do.
This app is ok, but it is difficult to use and there are several issues with it. The most notable is that some surveys' responses cover up the text of the question. There are also some questions that don't allow you to continue on to the next question: I'd recommend you put red error the red error bar at the bottom of the screen, above the forward/back buttons, so it won't adjust where the responses are when one is selected, and just have a popup window which can warn/allow the user to continue.
With this app I cannot use the keyboard microphone. When I tap the microphone, the speech recognition opens then closes immediately. I have checked all settings and permissions, updated everything, and do not know what went wrong. I recently changed phones, though, it is now an Android Samsung a20. Is this the problem? What else should I be looking for? I really prefer to speak than to type. HELP, PLEASE!!
App works fairly well for submitting shops. Wish it had an option to show a available shops in list rather than having to find them on the map and then click to see what they are. Also, very annoying to constantly be asked if I want to be automatically be notified of new shops each time I look for shops. The answer is no!
When the app works, it works great. Lately it keeps hanging while I'm in the middle of doing a shop. That is EXTREMELY frustrating. If the issues continue, i will have ro submit my shops when i get back to my computer instead and then will uninstall this app.
Lately when clicking continue it freezes and you have to wait for it to proceed and also scrolling up on missions it freezes and the screen goes white. Does it need an update? Overall it works great.
I love this app for my mystery shops. The only thing that would make it better is if I could do a search by city. With my shops I can have 5 or 6 different cities. If I could bring up just one to the top of the list it would help with planning trips.
You need to add a search list to this app i have a list of over 100 sites its hard to have to through the whole list. I'm still awaiting a sorting feature. But it is a great app. functional and easy to use.
I use this app for mystery shopping surveys. Today, it failed to find the shop that I knew was in there. Then it continued to just search and search and search . Rght now it's been looking for 3 hours for that survey. It has become totally useless as an app for working. I turned my phone off andy turned my phone back on. Now I've uninstalled it and I'm reinstalling it. And the app still isn't working
Excellent app! Makes taking the surveys so much easier. I love how you can organize everything by each town/city. Has made things so much faster and easier for me. Very happy I got it on my phone.
As an IC and working in the field it is very important to have an app that does not freeze, time out, and/or don't respond to the online version and this app does that and is the best that I've ever used in the field. Job well done!
It sometimes is difficult to sync. It would be better if it had an offline mode to enter surveys when the signal is bad.
all the shops are mixt up. That will be great to join all the same shops names together. then sorting them by street for example. plus sometimes the app erases photos or note that we just downloaded or wrote.
MobiAudit has made my audit reports more convenient and efficient as I can do them on my device as soon as I'm done the audits rather than waiting until I get home to the computer. I find it easy to use and prefer it to using the computer.
The only improvement that I would add is the ability to see all the surveys to complete in Map mode, to better allow for route planning.
This is one of the best apps that could have ever been invented, especially for self employed people!!! This make my job so much easier and I can get twice the work using this app. I really have nothing bad to say about it.
very confusing about how to submit. no instruction on sync. sync is very slow. no way to enlarge the pictures

It is easy to enter shop data in MobiAudit when a shop is completed. First, follow the shop notes for writing Visit Date mm/dd/yy (for example) on documents as directed. Then, take the required photos on your cellphone, check them for clarity, & open the Visit in MobiAudit. Enter the data into MobiAudit attaching required photos where noted. At the end, click Finished. MobiAudit will process the data and display the Submit button. Press Submit; MobiAudit will complete the Visit & remove it.
Why is our payment taking so damn long? It's almost half a year now and no payment is in. Discourages me from carrying out further assignments especially the ones that require you to eat. How are we supposed to roll the money if we aren't getting paid on time?,Please do something!!
Just needs some fine tuning to make it more user friendly. Losing entered work makes it difficult to want to continue to use it
Downloaded and uninstalled straight away.. If you don't give this app access to your Photos and all your personal information on your device its un usable.. sus much
Very easy to use and fast
Very hard to see all open oportunities and dates in wider area to schedule when traveling is option, making it difficult to schedule different areas.
I love this app. It makes it so easy to submit your shops when you need to. Very quick and efficient.

I guess an app is only as good as the people loading the data to be used. What I don't like about this app is that it's always running in the background.

Mich better than filling out forms later on the web, but not a very efficient app. Have to tap to enter an answer, then tap again to move to the next question. Takes a very long (minutes sometimes) time to sync when you get back to the list of missions... Very annoying when you want to submit or go back into a mission. About what you would expect from a no-bid contract. Does the job just well enough not to get a replacement.
