Been trying to delete this app for three days now, had to have it for a job a year ago n it was great. It has become a tick and will not let me disable it in Device Manager! Word of advice, before becoming upset like I did take the time and "un-enroll" then you can uninstall.
It works ok on my old phone an LG G5. Trying for the pasty month on my btw phone, a Galaxy S8+ and it will not install. Keeps telling me connection to server list even when I'm on Wi-Fi. Any idea when a newer version will comes out compatible with the latest phones?
Can't get it to open keeps saying unfortunately mobi control has stopped very frustrated spending over 600$ for a new phone just because att/directv required it and it doesn't fkn work

It says it's compatible with my version, but after download and installation it's says "The device agent is incompatible with your device. Please contact your administrator."
This thing ruins me my tablet and my freedom anyone who likes this they are making a big mistake!

Can it hide apps?
Why would this app need full control over my device. Need permission to factory reset phone, delete email accounts, control my phone calls and texts. Better fix these permissions before full launch. No way in hell I'm allowing that kind of access to my personal phone
Hi, I've found a issue which pops up every 10 minutes. A security pop up asking a user to input a screen lock even if one is put in it still asks. It seems to be a massive conflict between the admin rights of SOTI and Lotus Notes Traveler. I have 65 Galaxy Notes all with Traveler installed and once the admin is switched off for Traveler or SOTi no pop up. Unfortunately switching either off causes issue of either no e-mail or no Administrator rights for Soti. Please fix this as 65 engineers complaining every day gets a bit annoying after a while.
This app requires you to have a dedicated IP address and server. After 5 tech's and 6 hours of troubleshooting they weren't even able to get the demo to run on a Samsung s7.
This application was working around like three weeks ago and now it's not working. Keep saying error and than crashes. Need new update or new improve application for directv.
Worst app ever. Once you download it, you can't get it off your phone unless you do a factory reset. Then you risk losing contacts, videos. Etc
Doesn't work, need it for work and it's causing me to loose money, cx service was no help and just as clueless as the engineers how created this app.
We have 700 windows mobile and Android devices on Soti which we use to deploy apps and lockdown function. An excellent mdm for enterprise solutions.
This app saved me hours on provisioning and application deployment. Recommended for anyone with 5 or more devices.
To everyone posting 1 star and bad reviews. This is enterprise grade software. It is not designed for the general consumer. I have been using it in our organization for over 3 years managing hundreds of devices and does what it is supposed to do within the limitations of technology. Signal, gps etc. 5 stars.
