MobiFax - Facsmile for Turkey

the app used to be amazing, but I've been trying to use it with $20 in fax credit and it keeps crashing. extremely disappointed and would like a full refund if the issue remains unresolved. I just trying emailing using your contact info provided and it was kicked back for improper configuration. I've seen others have had similar issues and the response is to contact mobifax, but your contact info does not work!

I rarely have a need to send a fax but when I do it's great that mobifax is always on standby. There's no recurring fee or anything, you do have to pay for the faxes but you buy credits and it's quite reasonable. Very simple interface I think someone with limited computer literacy could use it. For someone that needs to send a fax once in a great while it's the perfect solution.

Gee hate to say it, but I did not have a good experience with this. It was confusing oftentimes, even though I correctly calculated the credits I needed for all that I was sending it STILL asked me to purchase more, when I did I bought another 12 credits that never showed up in the account, the fax confirmations do not confirm multiple pages sent so I spent so much time waiting to see if if it would before I removed docs to add additional docs (since you can only send up to 12 at a time), I was so cautious because I'd spent a ton of time and tedious effort having to size and crop each individual page (total docs I had to send was 22 pages--if you could imagine, and there was no way around this because without it words were cut off so you HAD to manually crop and/or), all this was after using one of the recommended scanners to whiten up each individual page (again, 22 of them) as it would not do this based on a file--only separate pages. I'm still waiting to hear back from the company/recipient as I have no idea whether all pages were sent or not in the two sections I faxed. I don't usually leave comments when rating but you asked--and based on the fact that your company is wonderfully interactive with it's customers and seems to genuinely want to do better is why I took the additional time to provide feedback I believe you can use to make your customer experience better. Plus I think you're on to something great if you iron out the bugs. Even though it wasn't a entirely great first time experience for me, I can say that now that I know what to expect I would actually try to use this again if I had to fax a small fax somewhere. Sorry for the less than favorable review, but just being honest about it. Thank you.

I have used this app several times with no problem and it's affordable. Since the update it hasn't been acting right. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it keeps force closing. I really needed to send a fax so I downloaded simple fax. I hope you all get the glitch fixed with this app since I still have credit that I payed for.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! I bought 232 credits to send 17 pages to South Korea. I had to divide this into two faxes as it's only possible to send 12 pages at a time. Both attempts to send the pages failed although the fax number was correct. After checking my balance, my credits were reduced to 178 even though the service did not work. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS, it's a scam!!! Update: credits are gone again and after trying for hours fax did not send out, customer service is not responding anymore

When you have to FAX and don't have a FAX machine, this app does the job. It is easy, fast and reasonably priced. No fuss, no muss, gets the job done. My FAXs have always gone through. The app is so easy to use just add your documents (I use google drive to access my documents on android), add the FAX number, press send. I use PayPay with the app; easy, easy easy. An awesome app!

This is awesome and easy to use. Totally worth it if you have to fax few pages to a government agency. Yes, you will have to pay, it's not free. Just like if you go to any fax service store... you have to pay. It's in a form of credits...I paid $.99 for 36 credits and I faxed 2 pages for 18 credits... like $.49 for both pages. If you go in person to a FedEx Office or UPS store it will be about $1 or $2 per page. Just saying!

I've been using this app for a 3-4 years now and am very pleased with it. Simple, intuitive, cheap. Can't ask for more. Oh yeah, with the Sign In feature added last year, you can use the app on any device and your credit follows you. A good app just got better!

I'm from south africa i used your service because it was reliable not anymore. Google pushing updates to waste our data and enrich the cellular networks at our cost and all our apps we use become more unusable. Just have to look at reviews to see the amount of unhappy people. All this updates is just a money racked and we pay the cost. Now faxing from your service to south africa not working and i have 36 credits can do nothing with.

I downloded this app to send a fax to Puerto Rico and it says that it cannot deliver to this country. Really? Puerto Rico is part of the United States. Since this app failed to allow me to send my fax I am giving it one star. If this is corrected I will change my review.

This app has been absolutely wonderful for work. I can send faxes from anywhere I have clients and works almost every time on the first try.

I purchased the needed credits for my 6 page fax and it never went thru. Even after trying 6 times. Contacted developer thru the app and just now thru Google play for a refund. Haven't gotten a response yet.

Well I bought the credits to fax some documents and it did not send and does not work for me. I emailed the company and requested my money back but have no response and haven't had a response for over month. Bad service.

THIS IS FOR THE REPLY TO MY FIRST COMMENT ABOUT THIS APP. YOUR REPLY WAS MY FAXES WERE SENT AND THEY WERE RECEIVED. NO THEY WEREN'T ! I CONTACTED THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I SHOULD THIS I bought the credits I will never download this app again nobody received the faxes that I sent to them. AND TO MAKE SURE I EVEN WENT ON THE WEBSITE AND ALSO REFAXED THESE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS IN NOBODY RECEIVED THEM BUT YET IT'S GOING TO STATE THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I simply add the document and press send. It usually sends in less than 5 minutes. I've used this for about 2 years. Never used anything else. No reason to 😉

i have been using mobi fax for about a year, i love the convenience of using this from home or on the go, excellent service.im having issue with app today, please fix it it keeps closing so i cant fax, help

Used this app to send in documents for unemployment. Super easy to use and paers were sent quickly. I would absolutely reccommend this app.

This app does not work... Please return my credits to me. We are unable to send & receive faxes in South Africa using this app. Very frustrating.

I just read in this app I'll get 1 free page and I didn't get the free page instead I decided to not go any further with this app I got another one. And I didn't have any UNTRUTHS from it. DON'T DO BIZ WITH A LIAR

MobiFax has never failed to transmit one of my documents and has always been a great app when I've needed it to be.

This app is great and very useful! It's so simple to fax documents with it and it's very affordable to use too! I would highly recommend it.

Although I had issues sending my fax, customer service responded very promptly and sought to resolve the issue.
