Crashes every so often and gives error messages with accepting payments, but other than that, it's clear and simple to use. I don't like that the editing of a payment is behind an extra step in the updated version, with the option to DELETE the entire payment as the main button below, and SAVING your changes as a small button in the right upper corner. Bad design. But we'll get there when enough people give feedback on accidentally deleting their bills :)
Just wanted to stop by to ask for a feature I think we all want in this. A "copy account number" -button. It's really PIA to switch back and forth in apps to write an account number to someone who is sending money. Other than that, great app. Works well with the key-app and is customizable. Takes some time to get used to use this but that is the case in every redesigned app or thing.
Somewhat bad security still - could you also ask the 8-number account like in the old app. Otherwise fairly good app to use. I just think 4 numbers is too easy for accessing all financial information and payments. Now the secure login way is quite painful to every time with the Danske ID linking. Mobile editing of payment classifications would be great, as otherwise it's a bit useless feature. Thank you!
Any information when we get recurring payments? Lack of that renders this app unusable for me as I have to use desktop/mobile browser anyway for those.
There is some UI element in the lower panel, which prevents from accessing some buttons when entering pincode and later on preventing from making a transaction, by not allowing you to press next there after entering the sum! Also, it barely lets me switch between tabs.
A worse iteration of the danskebank mobilebank application that replaces the previous one. The design principle for this one has been to put all your financial data to the entry page for all to see and you cannot hide it except be tranferring it out of danskebank. Also the two-phase authentication for external financial operations is gone, making the application less secure to use. While the previous application had its curiosities, I still wouldn't have voluntarily tranferred to this one.
Garbage app, locked me out of my account said password was incorrect when I hadn't even changed it. They also ask you to call customer support which doesn't work half the time either and won't pickup calls! Also if you wanna get into contact with then by messaging you have to do it IN THE APP that you can't even log into. Overall, nothing but bad experiences with this app and bank in general, Id advice finding a different more reliable one, don't waste your time with danske bank Edit: trash bank
Great app, but I have some major issues. My biggest issue right now is with when you scan a bill, it won't fill out the reference number field, but you have to fill it by hand now.. This has caused me some issues with insurance bills and such, where I have not noticed this happening
A forced downgrade from the previous app. -functionality: you have to scroll down to access places / you don't see your options in a glance -the view is "customisable" but there really isn't anything useful to do -you cannot edit/label your transactions in the app anymore. A huge disappointment
The layout looks nice. Not being able to see what you spend money on (by category and/or timespan) is very disappointing. The app seems heavier than the last one, opening it takes a bit longer than before. It's not too bad though.
This new app is simply Great. I like especially possibility to configure home screen based on own preferences. Also fingerprint login is nice feature. There is slight slowness with login but for me it's really compensated by versatile functionalities. Anyway, I hope and believe that there will be improvement on that
Barely usable. UX is flaky, you have to try out a bunch of things even to pay bills. Even though I've sent numerous suggestions through the official feedback form, there's no improvement over a long time period. Also annoying marketing popups.
Ir's huge inconvenience when I can no longer log in on my lap top now without a phone in my hand, likewise the mobiilipankki app no longer opens from my phone desktop but rather tells me I need to find the app on google play and install the App! .....over and over! So, I now need to ooen it from Google play until I figure out the issue! Constant Updating! ....if it works, don t fix it!
Ask for update and after that doesn't work at all. Gives error 2731 on Android 7 "this is due to an technical error we have in our systems. We are working on it fiercely! -Annika" Thanks for the fast response no matter that the holiday season is on going.
Like the new one alot, better design overall! Cost breakdown by category would be the biggest feature i'm missing from this. Hope to see that soon! Also adding personal notes could be a nice addition.
Would it be possible to have most simple basic feature in the login pin screen. Have posibility to logout from 3 dots. Change use using the app. It's really frustrating to randomly be forced to reinstall just to change user.
slow, unpractical, no chance to make payments abroad, no chance to check balance on a different time frame than a 30 days period... I am going to uninstall it, I will reinstall the app in 12 months hoping you are able to overcome those amazing challenges.
Great to use after getting used to. Still lacking some features like ability to alter continuous payments... Or I just haven't found that option.
Still missing basis feature to set monthly expenses directly. It's made way too hard to do with mobile app. It should be directly possible when you create new charge.
No way to copy the account number. If I shrink the app to half screen it requires another login. It also doesn't allow taking screenshots. Where's that piece of paper and a pen...
A lot of issues, one of the biggest being that the bar code scanner is unusable (the view does not fit on the screen and does not read bar codes).
Software does not obey phone's Do Not Disturb mode and annoyingly beeps for new invoice! It happens early on morning and wakes me up. Please fix so that when phone is in Do Not Disturb mode this software doesn't make any sound!
Looks slick, love the fingerprint login. The pin number buttons could have a bigger touch area, seems they don't work unless you press right on the number.
Overall decent experience. Wish the app would default to subtracting upcoming payments against your current balance like the Nordea Bank app does. PIN entry is incredibly sluggish. As an aside, the Play Store app change log is only in Finnish.
awful. views taking space instead showing information. really slow animations. software cannot keep up with typing. just annoing.
App design is good but it will be a great step forward if English is added. It's difficult to use or love an app that is in a language u don't understand or barely comprehend
Using the app (and subsequently, the internet banking) is not possible unless you update the app - and Google Play refuses to run the update! Danske should give a bit of warning and not just simply block using the internet banking, that is just simply irresponsible;
Definitely a downgrade from the old version. It's slow and laggy. interface is fancier, but that's not necessarily good. The monochrome colour scheme for account information means that all transactions blur into one another and it's a bit difficult to differentiate. It feels like a beta and I'm sure will be improved in the future. until the time that they make the old app inaccessible I will be using that and hoping that this new version is out of its beta phase.
