There is always fund settlement issue in this app. Mobikwik doesn't transfer Settled funds in bank account. It is fully waste of time and money. There is no any service support.
I request to Play Store customer care to delete this app immediately from Play Store. Because it's a chitfund app...... Money received but not settled in bank account, past after 2 days..... No customer care support. A customer care number showing but always switch off.

Refund is processed but not received by the customer and when asking Refund Refference no. there is no reply from the customer support system
"FRAUD APP" many times fail transection but the money not return.I did'nt recive a payment of 513rs which was fail but payment shown success on 21 april 2022,By this transection money cut from customr bank account but i did'nt get the money,

it has been more than two days but the amount hasn't been settled into my account. This app Will no longer exist into the wallet in the comming years. I have had very bad experience with this app may be that's why no merchant likes to use this app as their preferred method of payment..
2 star for service and must add instant payment settlement option
Showing settelment is done since two days, but amount is still not credited to my account. No customer support from there side, wrote email's but didn't get any response. Pathetic service, right now I am uninstalling this urge people not to fall in trap and stop using this immediately. There are many other apps which is totally best in the market. If it's possible it doesn't deserve even a single star.

very bad experience, since last 2 years, I'm requesting to change bank account. but, they all are telling me different documents to be sent. i sent all the documents but still they are asking other documents. why do not they tell about documents once ? but it's my own documents my own number my own bank, then why are they making time waste on my bank account change. very bad experience
some time settlement is not settle, if auto settle option available its better to use like paytm was gived that

2 days ago i received a payment but till i am not receiving the settlement.
If possible might have given zero. A stupid app which just knows how to deduct money every time you transact on it. I got merchant account with Mobikwik and is so useless as it takes away all my money no settlement is done and if you refund money and ask customer to pay again it deducts 250 every time money is transacted. Why no settlement? And no one to complain, no customer care and no response over email. Pathetic app will request not to use this service am still emailing them for my issue.

Don't install it , not settling amount . I'm accepted payment of 14000 not settled to my account more than 3 days , so I made refunded to customer. It changed 107 rs for accepting payments. Still you installed just uninstalled it.
The app says amount received will be settled on the next day. But it is more than 2 days my amount has still not been settled. There is no customer care number to contact to and I have already wrote three mails describing the issue. Not heard from them still.
It's a fraud app. Don't install this app. It will not settle amount in your linked account. I am waiting of amount from last 3 days. It shown settlement message in queue but amount not creadit in linked account. I request to all please save your money and don't use this app. I will give zero rank for this app.......

The app can't even detected a pancard no matter how much you try to take the pic. Dose this app need the photo from a 1 Lack rupees camera or something? I'm so disappointed in there detection system.
Since 5 days my payment is not settle in my account.
Worst service for me. I have received payment on 8th of jan and same was settled in app but payment not credited in my account. I have tryed so many time to contact customer support executive but no one is responding. Please improve your service I'm not using your service after facing this issue.
