If you regularly travel by train, you no doubt like to have the latest information about an upcoming journey. The alarm function sends you push notifications with the details of delays, cancellations and service disruptions. Our system can send you information about disruptions for a specific service or for a number of trains using the same route. To ensure that you can plan your journey properly, you will receive messages until the disruption is resolved. You can click the pause button to stop the alarm function.

It was third time within one week that the application was showing me the time of the train that it's being delayed and will come at 1833 whereas the train had left 10 minutes before that. Don't know why after claiming the title of most advanced country why they can't make reliable transport application.
Needs much more improvement. Check the app in Vienna or Munich. The app does not show all the different routes. The GPS navigation is also not good. Add the function of buying ticket online.
For DB Developers if you want to make this App better : — This App is better than DB Navigator — Why So many apps doing the same thing?! DB, NRW, München, etc. — If it all done by Deutsche Bahn, why different User Accounts?! — i think it would be better to unify everything in one app with a single user account. -- Please add an option to import our tickets like DB Nav. -- the timing during night and weekends is not accurate, which is very critical for travelers I will keep this updated. Thanks
The app is fast and works fine, but I wish there was better clarification for price levels. I also hope that the localization problem in the ticket selection page gets fixed soon!
Frustrating sign-up process. This app is developed by Deutsche Bahn, but do they offer to sign in with an existing DB account? No! Is this even supported? We don't know. Then the usual security theater: app enforces arbitrary password character rules that aren't communicated before you submit. Even rejects objectively strong passwords just because it misses an upper case letter. The casual user is misled to provide an insecure answer to the 'security question'.
Very nice interface The only problem, and showstopper for me, is that you can't buy "4er tickets" So I'll stick to the DB Navigator app until this is supported 👍
It's ok, if a little clunky, but I live in Bocholt, which according to this app doesn't exist so I constantly have to pretend to live in my destination in order to purchase tickets.
My account was suspended because I entered my password many times wrong. the thing is that with the same password, I could log in through the browser, but the app did not recognize it as correct
Payment workflow and tariff options are not as easy and understandable as they could be. Otherwise great app
The app doesn't update databases. Some changes in public transportation does not comply with the schedule posted at some stops.
I go anywhere within NRW with the help of the app. It is accurate and reliable. But the app needs regular updates to accommodate newly built areas
Excellent app for navigation of Buses or Trams. Specially the map guidance feature is really helpful to locate the bus/tram stops for newbies
Unable to login even with any accounts. Neither DB login nor mobil.nrw login. Website login is working flawlessly. It's not user error. It's with the app developer

Very Bad application. Trying to book a ticket from Colditz to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof, Willy-Brandt-Platz, 04109 Leipzig But i cannot se Leipzig in this app Is Leipzig in Germany ? Hhh Very bad app
It's a very good app and most reliable in NRW.
After 5 months of daily use I can say that is 100% accurate on the timing

Slow and laggy
is a great app
Quite bad. English translation is half-complete and there's no option to tell it to just use German instead of the confusing mix. Too many clicks to get to the most useful spot: favourite tickets. Also, seems not to be aware of fare rules: in Köln, I don't need to give a starting station to buy a VRS 1b ticket, but the app won't let me proceed without it. Just use the DB app.
