Bugs causing force close, session time out. Please check and fix it. It is annoying.
there is a problem about the application recently, whenever I try open the app it will take around 5 minutes and more to run. I reinstalled it after deleting it but the problem hasn't got solved.
There is a problem with the application. When I enter my password, it says there is a problem with the system and doesn't accept my password. I changed it but again I cannot login to my account. I deleted the application and reuploaded it, still it doesn't accept my password. Can you fix this?
The rating will keep going down jf you don't maintain the app, I gave it 3 just for the sake of it's good quality when it works, but you need to fix the compatibility issue with Android 12 ASAP, IT DOESN'T LAUNCH AT ALL, AND THIS WILL STARY TO HURT MANY PEOPLE'S BUSINESS.
The application crashes right away, please fix this issue this is our lively hood and now i cannot access my account. Please do release a hotfix or something this is unacceptable for a bank. Edit: Finally updated after patiently waiting. Would recommend you keep your apps updated ahead of time though.
Too bad... When I updated the operating system on my phone to Android 12 the program stopped working completely You must find a solution to this problem. You are the worst online banking service in Turkey. Also, we cannot access via a web browser because it needs verification from the Internet Division............
It was working fine until the new version has been installed. It suddenly doesn't recognize my device. Asked me to verify, however after having entered the customer ID and password and done the SMS authentication it tells me to logon via the Settings - saved devices list. But I can't find the settings option anywhere in the Mobile Branch App. Searched everywhere on the website for clues, it's been disappointing. Please help!
When you will update the app and fix the new android version problem??? it's took months and still no update, shame on you
Everything was going just great until I received a software update on my phone. Now the app is not opening (Android 12), and it's vital for me that it works, I can't do anything now! Please, address the problem urgently!
Android 12 is not working. Samsung s22. Can't connect to the application
After Note10 update, the app does not work anymore. I touch the app icon, the app opens for a second and closes right away.
I've just migrated my company & personal accounts to QNB what a relief!! Kuveyt turk you may rest I peace 😌 One week without bank account waiting for unreliable technical support. If you depend on banking app like millions of customers you may consider avoiding this bank, their technical support is funny, opened 2 cases and 1 complaint without any solution, the app isn't compatible with new Google softwares (Android 12)
Great easy application except in opening accounts not fully clear
i cant even use it to give it any stars at all. im trying to submit an application, but it says "tc kimlik numarasi dogrulanamadi" i even tried for 3 other family members, even those registered with nufus. it is not accepting the id number from the beginning.

With the new update, I cannot start the app, it crashes right away and doesn't open. I need to make payments, please fix this bug. Thanks! I cannot log in from the internet either because you want some mobil verification. You guys are making it impossible for customers to access their accounts while living abroad 🤣.
First it was a great app, simple, easy, reliable, user friendly, till the last update (06th of oct.). The app is not working any more, it's not opening, we can't access our accounts and therefore we had lot of problems with our business. It's really a mess and a disaster. Till now we have to try tens of times hoping it works. We called customer service 4 days ago and yet the technical team is still trying to fix the problem as they said. Unfortunately toooo bad, poor technical support.
It is a total failure and does not work. Brings the standard of Kuyet bank right down. When I try to access the app, the only choice the app gives me is that forces me to click on update, that doesn't work anyway. 😑 one star is not a choice but that is the minimum the feedback offers. It is a total failure.
It's a great advantage that we can buy silver on this app. However it doesn't have a dark mode.
It stopped working after upgrading the system to android 12. I had to call the bank and ask them to deactivate my registered phone from the bank system to be able to access my account from browser
The application was doing very well but after the last Samsung update the application is not opening It seems the application need update to work
It doesnt work properly. It freezes when trying to buy or sell stocks. I have lost money because of that. Reading all reviews, I realised that customer service only respond to those who thanks them and tell them how great the app is. The app is good, but it has some problems to be fixed. We are living outside Turkey currently. They must understand that we need to do all transactions through the App, that is why you need to attened to every problem reported to you, and not just ignoring it.
Kuveyt Turk always strives to be the best at what it does. Whether it is with the services they provide or with beautifully designed new mobile app. There are so many new features that make my life so much easier like different language options, transactions with QR code, and easily resetting your password.
It's a good application but still there are some options that are available for Turkish language but not available in English language, if you add all the options it will be more helpful and a perfect application. Thanks,
Just because of errors and uselessness of the new version, It is highly recommend that to CHANGE your bank in TURKEY, otherwise you can not access your funds in a rush. During pandemic, facing with an unresponsive app is detrimental for managing personal finance. The latest update is a total failure.
The application is back on Android 12. I was afraid it might take more time. Thanks for the service.
Not working because of upgrading to Android12 , and no internet access !!!!!!! what's going on !!!!!!!
Too many negative issues to list, how do you chat via video conference using this app, was told by a REP. To uninstall and reinstall the APP to get updated version and you can video chat instead of going to the branch , it did not happened.
If you travel often, then you are going to have a lot of difficulties dealing with your bank account since every action require sms verification code sent to your registered mobile number in the system. Mine is closed now because I'm not in my home country and I can't access my account due to this unfortunately. Hopefully this will be fixed with an easier way
Customer service is a big Headache. No solution. They just repeat what they memorised. Note:as u can see they repeat I can call their number, my problem is not calling or reaching u! After calling not solving any problem, just talking about they wanna help but can't solve the problem. KT Needs 100 years to understand the meaning of customer service
